Luttrell jewelers is a great place to buy and reset jewelry. Shane was able to reset a piece I had, exactly the way I wanted. He went off a picture I had, and he persisted to make it perfect. It turned out beautiful, and I am very happy!

Took in necklace for a repair on 6/17/2021 finally received a call 7/17/2021 that it would be done by 7/22 and finally 7/26 it was done only after a friend of ours called for us as they know the owner. We never told it would take so long, have taken jewelry for repair in past and had a much better experience.

Oh my god!!! I just picked up my watch!! My watch had been sent off twice with a call back of an astronomical price to repair it!! I finally tried Luttrell jewelers and they were cheaper and still did a better job!!!! My watch now looks like I just bought it new!!! Its 18yrs old roughly.. !! I am impressed!! My fiancé and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Luttrell Jewelers. We went to Luttrell Jewelers in hopes of finding wedding bands- in which we easily did. My fiancé’s wedding band arrived within one week. My wedding bands were custom made due to the unique shape of my engagement band; this process can take up to eight weeks. I was able to see cad images of my future wedding bands within one week and actually picked up my bands within four. The entire Luttrell Jewelers team was friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable. I will be visiting Luttrell Jewelers for ALL my future jeweler needs and will be highly recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Shane did a beautiful job fixing the prongs on my wedding rings. They looked like brand new. He even polished them. But the best part was having my husbands band resized for me and having his fingerprints put around the band. It is beautiful!!

Luttrells never disappoint!

I recently had an old pocket watch restored, and Shane Luttrell was great with following up on the end result and answering my questions about its restoration. He even offered to have it sent back to the jeweler AT NO ADDITIONAL COST so that I could get some info on its origins such as manufacturer, date of manufacture, materials used, etc. This is a family heirloom, so these kind of details are important to me!

You saved my rings after they had to be cut off when I needed surgery on my broken wrist. When I upgraded the diamond, the one I had selected came in higher than expected. You kept your word and gave me the promised price, plus threw in a few extras. I am very happy with my new set of rings. Will definitely be back!
