I bought one thing from this place. The warranties are iffy because basically they cover anything that’s broken but it does not cover lost or stolen. Depending on what jewelry you bought. However Monday through Saturday they are only open until 7 PM not 9 PM. Just went to go buy something today and online says they’re open until 9 PM. I think they need to update their times since they close apparently at seven. I got here at 8 o’clock at night and wasted my gas just to find out they were closed. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer their phones. Other than that their jewelry is very good. Just some of the staff are not. I do believe their staff could be trained better on explaining certain things.

Horrible place to buy Jewelry. STAY AWAY! Avoid this place at all cost. Bought over $6,000 worth of jewelry here. First off, the prices are fake.They can discount, even more than the fake sales they throw say.Which leads me to believe the markup must be insanely high. Sales associates and management lie about financing, warranty and insurance policies. We bought the insurance policy, which we where told covered EVERYTHING. My wifes car was broken into, and merchandise was stolen. We filed a police report, and faxed it to them. When we tried to get the merchandise replaced or taken off of what we owed on our account, guess what? It was NOT covered, and they basically told us to suck it up and pay even though we did not have the merchandise. I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service, and spoke to 5 different people. They kept trying to dump me off to other parties. This company will not help you out if there are any issues after a purchase,all they want is to your money. Just look at the consumer affairs website, we are not the only people they have screwed over. Waiting on a call back from someone, lets see if they even call. I will update my review after (if i ever get one) the call back
