I used to really like shopping here. Everything in there was pretty much all adult sizes. No reason to go here if i cant get stuff that will fit and its age appropriate for my grandchildren

For being a Halloween store, there was next to no selection for a 4-5T sized girl, 12-18mos sized boy or to be honest… really any selection at all! When we were walking in, a lady walked passed us and told us there wasn’t anything. On top of this huge disappointment, you can not call into any surrounding store to check availability of what you’re looking for or call into any store at all! Just insane. PLUS online doesn’t show stock of any store! I MEAN WHAT THE H***???!!! We come into the Springfield store to find ONE costumer for our daughter to only get it home and it be way too big, mind you we spent $50 and guess what? They don’t take returns and we can’t exchange because THEY HAVE NOTHING!!!! Anyway, I’ll get off my soapbox. Moral of the story, don’t waste your time… like ever!

Me and my wife came to this store earlier today and we left underwhelmed. Their inventory was sad honestly. When I asked where the Michael Myers masks were. The woman replied what you see is what we have and no I dont have time to go in the back and look. This store lost out on a very expensive purchase because of that reason. Every year we go to spirit and buy an assortment of Halloween items and costumes. This time we left empty handed and will never be back. Theres a costume store In Fairborn called Foys go there instead.

This is not the place to work or go to, first off they show favoritism meaning somebody calls off and the ma agers will hire someone new and start there pay off 3 dollars higher than everyone else, second of all the workers cant even help me pick out a costume bc everyone has to be at the cash register at all times so on that theres terrible customers service and I know for a fact its not the workers fualt, but all in all terrible structure within the company.They need to shut it down asap. I feel bad for the workers that dont get the favoritism act. Like how do you get mad at a pregnat worker helping someone find a costume. Its sad and the manager PETE need to get it under control

I do not like this store. This store manager treat me like a robbery..And he insulted me So I am colored. I felt this store white only.

Hey its spirit halloween. Tons of of the ahelf costumes. Plenty of do it yourself. And they had a few giant pieces this go around! Definitely made the kiddo a little scared so we left a little faster than usual but still a fun place to go

Great selection and prices were reasonable. A much better experience than the other Halloween store in town.

Typical haloween stuff. A bit overpriced for the quality, but some of it is ok.

I visited within normal business hours, the store was staffed but the manager was M.I.A. so they couldnt actually open.
