We ordered a Freddy claw 3 weeks ago because they didnt have one in store. The gentleman working took our payment and wrote down our order, name, address and phone number. Tomorrow is halloween and we still have not recieved it. No phone number available to call and ask and we were told on facebook that they were looking into it but still have not heard anything back. We live an hour and a half away so we cant just keep driving there to check..

Great place to go if you’re looking for a Halloween costume! Big selection, good prices and some really awesome people that work there! Konnor and Mitch answered all my questions and the manager Tristen helpful as well. Definitely recommend!
