Each time I go into Battery Outfitters the employees go above and beyond to help with anything I need. I have been in several times and on numerous occasions they swapped out the battery in my key fobs and garage opener completely free of charge.I have bought several batteries from Battery Outfitters and have been highly satisfied with the product each time. Recently, I replaced a battery from my zero-turn that was purchased all the way back in 2014 from Battery Outfitters. I was very impressed that it lasted so long that I came back to purchase the same exact battery. Prices are comparable and even lower than most other battery shops. I have never been to a battery store. Anything Ive needed could be found at a Walmart. Today was different. The battery in my key fab for my car needed replaced. I knew better than to try to go to Walmart for that. Besides, I didnt have time, I was in a hurry. I took a gamble and drove over to Battery Outfitters in hopes that I could get right in and out, but had my doubts. To my surprise, I walked in, got greeted immediately by Jacob, he took my key, replaced the battery and said it was on the house!!! I mean, who does that?! I was in and out in seconds!!! Great job guys, well done! I had given up hope for all customer service. Ill go back for ausre!

I purchased an atv battery from them but They have every kind of battery you could imagine. They did not have the house brand so Chris gave me a really good discount on an expensive battery. Ive only had it a day but the reviews of the battery itself are great. The customer service was awesome, he made sure it was fully charged and ready to go. Fast and friendly service

This place is awesome, their staff knows their stuff about batteries. Theyve got a great selection of the best brands of batteries and accessories, along with great prices, and what appears to be industry leading warranties. Better than most other battery suppliers. The only downside is the limited hours, they close at 18:00 making them a little hard to get to during the week before they close. For me that keeps them from getting 5 stars, but dont let a 4 star rating make you think they arent worth your time. If you need a battery and you can get there before they close, you need to check them out.

Good place to deal with so far, other than the fact that Ive had to have my battery changed out three times in the three year free replacement warranty. I usually have pretty good luck with not having to hassle with them, to get a new one.
