Update to this review. We finally got a warranty authorized return. We are trying to get it switched out. But selling a house and trying to do this with pictures is a lot. But they did honor there warranty. But it took a lot of work. But Ursula the owner. Fought from her corner.

I had a great experience here. I contacted them to replace the mattress in our guest bedroom, and they quickly pointed me to an option that fit my needs. They also delivered to my home. The delivery guys were great.

This is my second experience shopping with these folks! The first time, we helped my father-in-law purchase a new mattress. They were VERY patient with him and delivered everything as promised! We recently returned to buy a complete new set for ourselves. The staff is on it! Very educated on every item in the store! Great experience! You have gained another loyal customer!

Well, super disappointed. Went in to buy a mattress. Found one. Was going to drop a couple grand. Was told there was one on truck scheduled to be in on Monday with our name on it. Was told we could come pick it up and pay on Monday. We called at 9:30 Monday and they had sold it to someone else and it was going to be weeks before another is available. We were told they dont hold without cash down. We would have put cash down had we been asked too. Spent a ton of time looking and had finally found one. Now Ive got to make another trip to town and wait even longer.Changing to 4 stars. After speaking with the manager, Brian, again they were able to get our mattress within the week. Much more acceptable. I feel like he went above and beyond and did everything in his power to correct the issue.

Good retail store. But we have been waiting almost 3 months for a serta bed. Not the retailers fault. The manufacturer is that far behind. The manufacturer is not giving good info to the retailer for delivery time. So be prepared for a wait if you buy a serta.

Bought a mattress for over $2000. Was told it would be in on the truck in a week. Its been almost two weeks (actually purchased on Saturday 3/6 not 3/10)and still no mattress. Call to ask about it and was told they didnt have an answer for me and it will probably be the to four weeks. Dont but a mattress from here unless you plan to buy a month a head of t receiving it. I have purchased brand new mattresses and furniture and the maximum wait is usually a week. Definitely a terrible buying experience. I will not be a returning customer, and will advise others to look elsewhere. Thought at first, this was going to be an experience of Beauty, but it has now developed in a nightmare.

We went in looking to replace our old mattress and we warmly welcomed by Brian. He asked us what we were looking for, and we told him a queen size mattress and possibly an adjustable frame. Brian gave us both new and out going models to try. He was very thorough in his explanation of the differences between the different mattresses. I also had the pleasure to let the owner know, unbeknownst to me at the time, why I chose that particular store. I let her know I was impressed the owner was willing to handle the complaints firsthand. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Best staff, best beds. I spoke to EVERYONE in town that sells mattresses. Greg was far more knowledgable than the others. He listened to what I was saying and took me to the bed I ended up buying on the spot. I went from sleeping 4-6 hours at a time to getting the best rest I have ever had. I will never buy a bed anywhere else and highly recommend them.THANK YOU GREG!!!

We intended to only buy a mattress for our master bedroom but ended up buying them for each of our kids rooms because of the reasonable prices, high quality product, and great customer service. The employees were nice, but there was a screw up after screw up with my purchase and misinformation between everyone who works there. I got a bed in a box there. If you’re going to do that, save yourself the hassle and just order it online. It’s worth it.

After going to several mattress stores, looking for a mattress for our daughter, we ended up at Beautyrest. Our salesman was amazing to work with, taking the time to answer all of our questions, making recommendations based on what we wanted, but not trying to sell us more than we asked for, and even held the mattress at the store for us until our daughter’s bed arrived. Since then, we have also returned to buy a needed new mattress for our bed, and had the same buying experience. Beautyrest and their employees have earned a customer for life. We will not shop for a mattress anywhere else!!

We bought a Beauty Rest bed 5 years ago at this store and had a very educational experience. When we recently decided to upgrade to an adjustable bed, we returned to our friends at Beauty Rest Sleep Gallery. We bought the best new adjustable bed, on the market.They made the process simple. Delivery and set up were free. We couldnt be more pleased.

Bought a mattress from here several months ago and still have nothing but great things to say about the experience and the sales people at the store. Anytime someone asks me where to go I always recommend this place. After shopping around a good amount trying to find the perfect mattress at a good price my wife and I decided to stop in here just to see what they had on off and we werent disappointed, the salesman was very quickly able to help us narrow down what mattresses we might like and he was a big help! We almost immediately fell in love with a beauty rest hybrid mattress and after wanting to try another store across the road, the store across the road had the same mattress over there but for about 400$ more and couldnt even beat or come close to the price we got at the beauty rest sleep gallery. We came back and bought the hybrid mattress and have loved it ever since. Highly recommend going here first if looking for a new mattress!

I bought a mattress, box springs and two very expensive pillows ..I slept on them two nights and decided I didnt like the pillows. I returned them within 48 hours. Yes, they had been removed from the original packaging. I certainly didnt expect for them to take them back, however, I was hopeful. I spent $69 on each pillow. They were not my cup of tea. I didnt know until I slept on them! Greg was super helpful and took them back. He reimbursed the money I spent on them. I love my mattress and boxsprings, and LOVED the customer service I received. Outstanding experience from start to finish! My wife and I had been to many mattress stores in the Springfield area researching options, prices and services. What set Beautyrest Sleep Gallery apart from the rest of the vendors was the fact that they treated us like a neighbor and were locally owned. We felt right at home with Brian, the sleep consultant. We purchased a new Tempurpedic Pro-Adapt Firm and have loved it ever since. Delivery was as promised and the men were quick, professional and friendly.Definitely recommend!

The buying experience was great and Bryan was helpful and friendly. Had an issue with base not being delivered with all necessary parts, but they did return the next day to fix it. We are happy with our purchase so far.However, if you finance with them, DO NOT let them do so with Tower Loan. I have since read reviews about this company and plan to pay my loan off in full one month after purchase because this company is so horrifying. And, before I have even made my first payment, my experience with Tower Loan has been terrible. My first payment is due January 1, which is only about 2 weeks after I received the mattress. Thats fine, no problem paying it then - but no one has contacted me with information about HOW to make that paymen . It negatively reflects on Beautyrest because they choose to partner with a company of this sort.Additionally, I found out that although it was not offered to me as an option, they actually do partner with a different financing company but did not offer this option to me because I asked them to price match. Even though I have an excellent credit score, I got stuck with the predatory lender meant for people with sub-600 credit because Tower Loan charges them less fees than the other lender. Had I known that, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Knowledgeable no pressure sales, quality mattresses, and great prices. Delivered the next day (as requested), and even the delivery guys were exceptional. We just bought a new Beautyrest mattress and the difference is incredible.The folks at Beautyrest Sleep Gallery were amazing to work with. Both times my husband and I visited the showroom, we were the only people present, which pretty much gave us the run of the store. The associates greeted us and made it clear that they were there to help, but otherwise let us explore the various mattresses on our own.We tested four or five within our price range during our first visit. When we returned, 3-4 weeks later, the associate that helped us not only remembered which mattresses we’d been looking at, but the price range we had discussed with the store’s ongoing sales. He also went out of his way to get us a deal on a better mattress than the one we selected—one that had come in since our last trip. Though this new mattress reflected an increase in quality, he honored the price we had in mind. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and our mattress delivered right on time.I can already tell I feel a ton more rested on the new mattress, which isn’t surprising considering how old our old one was.My husband is an introvert and I’m not sure he would have felt as comfortable testing out the mattresses in the showroom if there had been anyone hovering around us. The associates were there for the questions we had, helpful and understanding of the budget we had in mind, and let us do our thing until we were ready to make our decision. We didn’t overspend our planned budget by a penny. Stellar experience all around.

I purchased a mattress here in May and it is the best mattress Ive ever owned. The customer service was amazing! I went looking on presidents day knowing I wouldnt need it for 3 months and no place to store it. They wrote down the cost of the mattress and told me to come back in and they would honor the pricing. Fast forward to May, different staffing and still the best experience. Very polite and knowledgeable and kept their word on honoring the price. I looked at almost all of the mattress stores in Springfield and even without the discount they have competitive pricing and the best services of them all. But much to my surprise, I received a better price than any of the other 3 stores I went to. Brian assisted me with finding just the right mattress for my needs. Greg is the one who helped me, I really felt like he knew about his products and helped me find a selection in my price range and desired comfort of mattress. Not only are they great in the store, they delivered my new mattress in just a short few days and within the listed delivery time. The guys who delivered were awesome about making sure they didn’t scratch my walls, bed frame or anything else. They also took my old one away with no extra charge. Mattress shopping can become overwhelming very quickly, we went here, due to the fact that we bought our last mattress here, and it was comfortable, durable, and affordable (10 yrs ago) . In the mattress world loyalty means very little, our experience has been frustrating and physically painful due to the mattress discomfort. The experience reminds one of telling a hairdresser to cut an inch and you get a foot cut off, meaning, we thought we had conveyed our needs to the salesperson, but evidently not well enough, and the excitement of getting a new bed has now been overshadowed with new aches and pains tossing and restlessness, never had, or diagnosed as well as how expensive this process has been.; 3 mo later update $1000.00 mattress has caused so much lost sleep and tossing/turning WHISPERING PINE MATTRESS is NOT worth the investment, was told to give it time, the bed will break in all at the cost of money and sore joints. as side note, told never heard bed could caused pressure point discomfort, well never had before bought this bed.

I had the best nights sleep Ive had in FOREVER and actually woke up without hurting for a change after getting my Great Lakes Cove Pillow-top mattress set from Sleep Gallery! I had planned on making Sleep Gallery my first stop in looking for a new mattress, but it ended up being my only stop because my salesman Tony was so helpful in guiding me to just the right ahhh mattress with no pressure and at a great price. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient in delivering and setting up my new set and taking away the old set for free to be donated. My first purchase from Simmons Beautyrest Sleep Gallery was 3 years ago when I downsized. Going to every other store around, I found exactly what I wanted here. This mattress set was the most luxurious set I had ever been on and my family loved to lay around and talk on my bed. I knew when I converted a bedroom into a guest room that I would be heading back to Beautyrest Sleep Gallery. I found another perfect set which is just as luxurious as mine.

Greg was awesome . He knows his stuff and didnt blow smoke at us. Even after finding a mattress at a different shop we came back and asked him what the difference was between the two (both were simmons beauty rest). The whole process was great and he didnt force us to buy the first day. When we came back 2 week later to purchase he was the same way and he wantef us to look at teo new mattresses in the store. Will purchase next mattress we need from greg .

Bought a bed to be delivered and then we had a personal emergency and couldnt afford it so had to return it. They happily refunded 100%.

The sign as soon as you enter is more than just words on a poster - Youre Entering a No Pressure Zone. A very nice man named Brian asked if I had any questions and I gave my no - not right now typical response (you know - to avoid a pressured sale like weve all faced at other stores). My husband asked a couple of questions, then settled on a bed that would have been considered a serious up-sell if that was the goal of the salesman. We never once felt like he was putting on his sales act/voice. It truly was THE BEST mattress shopping experience weve had! (well - its similar to the experience we had a couple of years ago when we bought our new bed from the Sleep Gallery) Did I mention we also received free delivery and haul away? We will continue coming here, but we dont expect it to be soon as we trust the business and the quality it represents. We definitely wont shop anywhere else when it does come time to replace beds. You shouldnt, either.
