We found the most perfect dining table and chairs at Dirla, the cashier and owner are super nice and helpful, as to those who wrote bad reviews that their furniture was damaged, you should of examined the items better at the store. We are aware our table has a few flaws but nonetheless we LOVE it and had a wonderful experience at this store, Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Dirla!

Looking at the reviews, it seems like they are overpriced and have bad customer service. Only going off the reviews though.

I purchased what I thought was a brand new carpet cleaner in an opened box and paid good money for it. When I took it out of the box to use it, the unit had been used and was full of dried animal hair. Nobody had bothered to clean it. When I called to complain, the woman I spoke to was very unconcerned with my problem. I will never be back to this store.

I love this place only one issue is most of the stuff is overpriced in my opinion especially when not all the pieces are there. But the little guy Kevin is hilarious and very helpful and professional! He always has great things to say about the place he works and the people he works with! Its always a new adventure every time we go in there.

Do Not Waste your money at this store. If you buy here use great caution!!We purchased a couch and loveseat. Turned out that both were damaged internally (which could not be seen from the exterior). After the delivery men left we actually sat on the furniture only to find the frames loose and one arm of the couch very loose. We made numerous calls asking to speak with the owner but he would not return our calls. We took photos of the damage and tried to work through our credit card company to resolve this but lost our battle. This store hides behind a No Return which you never see until you review the very bottom of your emailed receipt and does not post a No Return policy anywhere in the store. One would not expect this policy to even apply to damaged merchandise. Reading through some other reviews it appears that Dirla makes a regular practice of selling inferior products, then hiding behind this obscure NO RETURN policy.

Horrible...the cashier was extremely rude to everybody.....to the point we had to leave ......alot piled junk and over priced couches...im suprised this place is still open ?!

My parents purchased a couch and love seat, they was damaged and the arms were extremely loose. They did not want to except a return. Poor quality and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. My father called several times to work something out, the woman was rude and the owner wouldnt call him back.

I purchased a very expensive couch for my wife this past Christmas. When I purchased the couch, one of the seems in the cushions was ripped. I spoke with the owner for almost half an hour and he seemed very nice. He had one of his associates stitch up the cushion and I was on my way. Ive had the couch for less than 7 months before the cushions started shredding at the seems on two of the three cushions! I tried calling the store to ask what they could do to make this right since I paid over $800 for this couch. They said the owner was out of the country and would call me back. Its been over 2 weeks now and Ive heard nothing. Ive tried calling them several times but I think theyve disconnected their phone number or blocked my number. Im hoping they will see this and try to get in touch with me. I was very excited to present my wife with this couch for Christmas but it should not be falling apart the way it is! We are both smaller stature people (less than 150lbs each) and I cant believe the issues were having!

Recliner broke 2 days after purchase and they would do nothing about it, Jim wouldnt even return my call. Terrible customer service!!!! I also think its funny that you will answer a negative review but none of my phone calls! I also dont appreciate being called a liar when you wouldnt even return my calls to find out my problem, you had to have your employee tell you what happened, not sure what I wasnt honest about, the spring fell out and the recliner was unusable! I guess if everyone wants to do self repairs to their 2 day old furniture they should buy from you!! I am also not sure how your low quality furniture that started falling apart in 2 days is my fault???

Spent 1500 dollars at the place to be sent home with chairs that were too tall for the table I purchased that I had to take back and exchange which they did. Also the cabinet had damage to the box I took a picture before pulling it out of my truck and once opened it the door doesn’t open right and damage to the corner. All the owner had to say was it’s out of warranty cause you picked it up. Which they loaded it. As for the door we will send someone to look and adjust it but won’t warranty it. We will see if anyone shows up. The product I bought was good priced and nice but horrible customer service.Lowered review due to owner closing case and not sending someone to look at the door. This product is nice but go some where else cause the owner doesn’t handle someone who leaves an honest review of his store. If the owner sends someone to fix at least the door and show customer service I will raise my review back.

Neat looking building but its definitely a furniture store and I was expecting more of an antique mall.Edited for owners response: three stars means I felt it was okay. Since you sell new furniture I removed the used part from my review. I felt it was just okay because I didnt walk out wanting to buy anything and wasnt greeted by anyone the entire time I was there. After reading through your other reviews I now know I should have called it a flea market instead of an antique mall and you wouldnt have corrected me. I was driving by the first time and stopped because the building was interesting, I wont be stopping here again. Commenting on Google reviews in an aggressive way isnt a good method for growing your business. I have reduced my review to two stars because of your response.

Bad for business! $700 Couch was delivered damaged! The handler was wearing cotton gloves that made it hard for him to grip the leather sectional while the couch was in the doorway. I could hear the scrapping from this action. There is now twelve inches of damage and 2 puncture marks on my new purchase. I called the retailer immediately. She tried to con me out of my value by offering me 2 lion statues she noticed that I liked. This highly undervalued my purchase as their customer! Dirla (or the female owner) was the person to show me this red leather sectional. I spoke of damage and maintenance of this particular couch. No damaged was noticed upon purchase nor was there any communication of damaged goods upon the sale. Damaged was produced upon delivery. The female owner tried to convince me that I purchased a damaged leather sectional and all purchases are final. She also informed me that she didn’t have to compensate for the damage caused. As a college student, I am extremely unhappy with my purchase at this marketplace. I feel cheated and lied to!!!!! Save your money!!! DON’T BUY HERE!!!!!!!!

I had a very good experience buying furniture here, owner was very patient and polite despite me being stubborn and indecisive! But he didn’t push too hard and gave us a very reasonable price! I will definitely be recommending this to anyone needing new furniture 😊

This was very different from our last visit. Primary inexpensive furniture now, along with some imported metal decorative items. Not much actual flea market stuff.

This place was happening when we stopped in. Lots and lots of booths, really cool custom made metal signs.

We really enjoy swap meets and are always looking for a unique item or some kind of a deal. Unfortunately, we have never found anything really worth having.Most items found in this store are items that one would find when someone cleans out their home or from an estate auction. The furniture we saw was used, not that of good quality and yes, dirty.We have never been personally greeted either coming or leaving the store but have heard a few grumbles from staff about hours and pay. No customer needs to hear that.Like any store it has its pro’s and con’s.Pro- nice way to kill an afternoon browsing and digging through items and boxes.Con- I agree in that it needs a cleaner store that is less cluttered and dusty.Create an online shopping website.AND Perhaps a professional advertising company to shoot a commercial for television to draw customers in, instead of a low grade, hard to hear commercial using a fake spring, an employee and kids.**Update 5/31/2018**In response to Owner remarks below...Owner insists i am Confused about the location of their business? I see complaints about pricing which is nothing new these days. Wondering if people complain about Wal-Mart pricing and the modern garbage they sell? Apparently the complainers do not understand things are not easy to find resale and make a profit on. Lots of time and money is spent by vendors find products to sell in this day and age and nobody is willing to give anything away and they always want top dollar for their stuff. But when it comes to buying they exspect you to be competitive with a multi million dollar company. SMH.... If you want cheep pruducts cheaply made go to Wal-Mart. If you want quality well built products from the past go to flea markets. But please leave your Wal-Mart and Amazon mental disorders at home.

I made a special trip to buy an item they had on FB as “first come first serve.” When I got there I was told that the item was locked in the warehouse and they couldn’t get to it. It was a waste of time and gas.
