I made an appointment and I took my 2015 chrysler 300 here for AC issue and a motor tick, despite having an appointment it still took them 2 days to even look at my car. Once looking at it I was called and told they did not have the equipment to check my AC unit as my car was to new for them. As for the tick in my motor was told it could be many things and was recommended to put a new motor in my car witch keep in mind is only 6 years old with only 150k miles on it. Was also told they didnt have the tools to work on my motor anyways even if they tried to fix the motor. After being very irritated after going with out my car for 2 days I picked my car up with nothing being fixed cause they couldnt work on it. I took my car else where and have an appointment later this week to replace my AC compressor and schedule a time to replace my lifters as that is what my ticky nose it from. My motor over all is fine and does not need a new engine. This place is very uneducated on vehicles especially newer ones and have little to no tools to work on vehicles either. They wasted my time and I will not be back I do not recommend them to anyone.

Very dependable one stop shop! Justin will get you fixed up right! As simple as Oil changes or brakes, and all the way to swapping out an engine or transmission!

Hopkins auto is my go to place for things I need fixed! Being a college student new to town I trust them with my vehicle! Price of labor can be steep but they get the job done.

It took Hopkins Auto 2 months to fix my transmission and only got 3000 miles before the transmission fell out and broke my axle and radiator the only way to fix their mistake is if I paid $2,000 to have the car towed back to them do yourself a favor and dont bring your car here
