Had a appointment for a alignment on my truck at 10 am. Was told I would have to wait about a hour. Which i see no reason I should wait since I had an appointment but did it anyways since my truck desperately needs it. Almost 3 hours have pasted and went to check for updates in those hours. One of the guys told me that the alignment person doesn’t like to cooperate with him and gets easily annoyed. Went to the alignment person for a time he can fit me in. He brushed me off and I saw him procrastinating on the job. This guy already spent 2.5+ HOURS on a alignment. I left that horrible place and went to another place the next day and they had my truck ready in a hour on the dot.

We moved here 3 years ago, Vinny and his crew were the first to look at our car after having taken it to the dealership to diagnose. They have always been 100% honest about what actually needs fixed and what we should put our money into. Even though this will be the last time I buy a Volkswagen, they’ve always been able to properly diagnose and fix what’s wrong with her. They’ll always have our business!

Had car broken into while car was in shop. Cameras dont provide any security and the shop didnt even take any responsibility for the incident. Please be aware that is a risk you are taking by leaving your car at this shop

Vinnie Garza is the best. This business is wonderful. I got a flat tire near Springfield Oregon. I was towed to a motel where I got on market place and Vinnie had 2 tires he was selling for 80. I asked if he could bring them. He not only brought them, but helped me jack my car pull off 2 tires took me to a tire shop and helped me install both tires and did all this for nothing but the cost of the tires. This guy is absolutely amazing. Thank you Vinnie.

Wow wow wow. This has to be one of the very few shops out there that are actually honest and won’t try and take your money and sell you a bunch of nonesense. Tyler was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my Astro Van. Definitely recommend this place as I will be a returning customer. Keep up the good work!

This place is horrible, they told me that my starter was bad and after we agreed to replace it, they call me to say that I need a new engine. They messed up with my engine and wont admit it. They charged me for a diagnosis fee, but they were not able to tell me what the problem was; when I told them I will take my car to the dealer they left my car in parts. Very disappointed with this place. For a simple issue they turned it to a huge issue, just to.make money. Guys, avoid this place it is terrible.

Ive been going through Gene and Vinnie at Royalty Auto Werks for close to 2 years now, im a business owner myself and they do maintenance on all my business vehicles including my personally rigs. They get you in, work fast and efficient to the factory standards of your vehicle in a timely manner. They prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Edit: my car was completely misdiagnosed and it took going to the cars dealer to find out why I was having a cooling system leak. They ran leak down tests and ran the engine as hot as possible, to find that there was a gasket, which APPEARED to be a water pump leak. Because the pressure ran into the weakest part of the system: the water pump.None of it made sense, as I just changed the entire water pump system, timing, gaskets and everything, just 10 months ago! Got the parts back and there was nothing wrong with them. Dealer mechanic FULLY agreed, it was a misdiagnosis. Then, it took them three times to calibrate the timing chain on a misdiagnosed problem, after it slipped the second time I got it back! Unbelievable! Now, they insist they got the pump seal right and Im out $750 and still have a broken car. If you want shotty work, misdiagnosed problems with your car and go broke fixing what isnt wrong AND run the risk of further damage because of poorly done, misdiagnosed work: this is the shop for you!!Update: since all of this, my thermostat needed rereplaced cause they overtorqued the helicoil, my serpentine belt they did three months ago AND when they changed my timing chain, they put in the bolt wrong on the engine mount and therefore, the entire mount wound up destroyed and needed repaired!! Absolutely, bar none the single worst mechanic shop ever. They absolutely refused to honor their warranty and gaurentee on all their invoices, too And Vinnie said, Oh, all mechanic shops say the other mechanic shop did a bad job. Funny thing is, I didnt tell my new mechanic this stuff was just replaced. They could tell, by the horrible job that someone had to have screwed it up. It wasnt from wear and tear!!!
