Mo is awesome. This will be lengthy because I give solid reviews. I started looking for a new car last weekend. My daily driver started acting up and I needed another car asap. The trouble is I typically am a cash only person. I make good money and am usually okay with throwing out thousands all at once, never really bothering with credit. Id buy used cars from the lots on the lower end and then fix them up. This time I decided I needed something newer without crazy high mileage. So I looked around town. And most of the places wouldnt bother since I had no credit history. I gave Elite Auto Exchange a shot and not long after my inquiry online I got a call from Mo. Super long story short he was able to get me into a 2017 with 69k miles. He really will try and get you into a great car and try to work with your budget. When youre signing paperwork leading up to your purchase he goes over everything each paper says and doesnt leave you in the dark about anything. I immediately took the car and drove it for about 3 hours just to kind of break it in and I loved it. Mo isnt just a good looking guy trying to make a, quick buck. He seems to really want to help you get into a good car. Id rate it much higher if I could. And being a businessman myself I was very impressed with the level of professionalism he showed in the office. Awesome guy. Id recommend it to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend recently just purchased a car from them and it has a lot of issues. we went through them because they had really good ratings and everybody was talking about how they got really good cars. We explained to them that we needed a good reliable car and that was big enough because we have two kids. I was told that was no problem that they would get us in a really good car. Well they gave us the complete opposite. I am very disappointed and annoyed we have to pay for a car that needs work done.

Wish I could give a negative five star rating for this “company”. They told my husband and I that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 that we bought from them the beginning of March and within the first 24 hours the check engine light comes and and we found out there’s a gas leak there holes in the exhaust and before we even signed the papers we asked them about a knocking and they said that it wasn’t anything to worry about found out it’s the ball joints and there is many other things we’ve found with it since we’ve had it to come to a total of over $5,000 in repairs..... we trusted them to put us in a good reliable vehicle and they screwed us.....

I had to replace the engine in my car less than 5k miles after purchasing. Sounded like the dealer made a cheap fix so nobody would see the issue and it would last a few thousand more miles. STAY AWAY.UPDATE: now also having transmission problems. I have spent more repairing this piece of junk than I did on the car. Coming here could be the worst mistake of your life.

Got a 2006 Ford Taurus for my daughter tonight, she turns it off for 5 minutes to go inside to tell them she got a car and when she tries to start it, it doesn’t start!! Paid them cash for it but apparently this is a place who takes advantage, I would not go here. Car didn’t even last an hour!!

This place is a complete joke! They sell cars with high miles on them way over priced. I would go get your own loan threw the loan company on Bechtle & shop else where. Unless you enjoy paying 6k more then book value! Have a wonderful day!

This place was great when the other guy was here. Frank maybe? To my knowledge he is at the xenia location now. Anyway my husband and I bought a vehicle from here over a year ago. Purchased a warranty and the second week of October the timing chain needed replaced. (Warranty covered this) as soon as we got the car back, the check engine light was on so we immediately took it back to have ot looked at and they told my husband and i that it was a crank shaft sensor. And that the warranty will not cover it because they said these go bad “ because we didn’t properly change our oil frequently like we should have.” 🤔 So... they quoted us 350.00 and 2-3 hours labor to fix it. Now they charged 1,100.00 to fix the timing chain and tensioner. So we were just gonna bite the bullet and pay for this sensor to be replaced. Then they quoted us 1,100.00 to change the sensor. 😳 We end up taking it to another mechanic and come to find out they didn’t change the gears. And there was too much play in the chain and inch of play. They charged us 400.00 just for the chain!!!! And told us they purchased it at auto zone. So we checked auto zone ane the whole timing chain replacement kit.... KIT is only 167.00. I will be reporting this place immediately. They rip their customers off any way they can. They aren’t helpful. And very rude. I will never recommend someone coming to this location at least. ( Springfield )

Great selection and very nice family oriented place. They helped me when no one else did, they been around this business for a long time and they sure know what to do to get you in the vehicle you want.

They sold us a 2014 escape for 18000 and the first week the transmission goes out. Oh they fixed it alright. HUH. WE BOUGHT THE CAR AT END OF MARCH ITS NOW JUNE 23 and when they had their whatever you want to call him cause he could NEVER be a mechanic ha ha fix the transmission that took 5 weeks to get back its in worse shape than when we purchased it. And the transmission that didnt even go to the truck was put in within 2 weeks of getting it back and having to replace the bushings and tighten up all the outside mounts to the engine and transmission just so the engine and transmission didnt just fall out of the bottom of the truck and either flipping us n my grandkids that we raise and me in the hospital in Columbus Ohio and we live in Springfield getting my treatment n chemotherapy they gave my wife back the truck in such a messed up condition that if she hadnt have had a grandfather that was a mechanic in michigan and a father that does it all but hes 75 now and cant do everything that he used to and taught her better than most females would know her definitely would be dead right now and possibly our 9 and 6 yr old grandsons would be dead as well.DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM ELITE AUTO WITH THIER FRAUDULENT ASSES

Bought a car from there recently and right after it wouldnt start. I called and tried to see if they could help me figure it out or if they would just take it back and I get another but they continue to tell me they cant and wont help me. My car still wont start and according to them there is Nothing wrong with the car... very disappointed and I will be reporting them...
