When I first moved to the area, it took a while to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful service station. Having a mechanical background, I could weed out the bad garages fairly quickly.And finally, I found Rolling Road Sunoco, and have been taking my vehicles here for years. The staff is great, the mechanics know their stuff, and if they see something off with your car, they list any suggested repairs without pushing you to do them.I will continue to take my vehicles here, and I definitely recommend thier services.

I have used Sunoco Car Center for more than a decade. Always prompt service and clearly explain the status of our vehicles. The service manager, Bao Huynh, is always kind and available anytime. I needed some quick attention for a panel install due to a snow storm coming and googled service station off rolling road and it brought me here.Ive always just brought my car to a dealer for documentation, but after todays service experience they will get all the non proprietary business from me. They were quick to let me know I needed to get an additional part and ensured me that when I got the part theyd do the install. I got the part and they efficiently installed. Very good gas station, Bao was very nice and helpful.

It appeared that I have been discriminated every time I go there. The vehicle safety inspector and owner Ali had very bad attitude. There is no number to contact him. He never replied calls. His staff has bad report about him when i have spoken with them. I will never ever go to this gas station again. I hope owner will get back to me.

Been going to Bao for about 2 years for our three cars. He and his staff are professional, courteous and carefully explain any issues along with corrective options. Will continue to use them for our service and inspection needs!

They have the highest gas price in the area. I stopped going here when few feet down, Shell and Exxon Gas offer better prices. My car only takes premium so this place is not it for me.

I have been going to Joel for my inspections for over 15 years. He is fantastic. He used to be at Exon and then he was off work for a while and he showed up again here. He does an quick and honest inspection and will let you know of other issues that need addressing. He is my go to guy for all my vehicles.

The guys in the service station in here were great. I got a flat tire and they immediately came to my assistance and got my spare on and me on my way. Great experience during a bad situation.

They have done a terrific job with working with me! I had a few pre-purchase inspections. Bao and Joel are honest and they dont try to up-sale you. If you shop around and compare prices its less expensive to get your car fixed here then the other nearby stations.

Had my timing belt and water pump replaced last week on my 08 Honda Odyssey. The service was fantastic and timely. The cost was reasonable considering it is a a 5-6 hour job. Shortly, after the timing belt replacement i took a long distance trip to Virginia Tech and back. No problems. Would highly recommend in the future.

Do not trust this place. I went in for an inspection and oil change. During the inspection, they came out and told me there was supposed to be a rod that held my car battery down that apparently wasn’t there, so they put one in before asking if it was okay to do it in the first place. They said it was $36, and since they already did it I wasn’t about to tell them I didn’t want them to do it and that I didn’t want to pay for it. They also told me that my rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced before passing me for inspection, and they wanted to charge $455 for that. I told them I would see my own guy for the brakes and asked them to just do the oil change. My total came to $114, for what initially should have been $50-60 for an inspection and oil change. Also, why is there an additional $5 “hazmat” fee for the oil change? Why isn’t that built into the overall oil change price? Anyway, I go to my usual guy to get the brakes replaced and he told me that the brake pads had to be replaced but the rotors were still fine and would pass inspection. I went back to the Sunoco to get the passing sticker and they told me that my guy didn’t do anything. I asked for more details and they said that the rotors needed to be replaced to pass me for inspection. I told them my guy said I didn’t need my rotors replaced and asked why it was important and all he could tell me was that my rear inner rotors are rusted and would mess up my brake pads and make noises. I went back to my guy and told him all of this and he said that in his 30 years of experience he has never heard of being failed for inspection for having rusty rotors. My husband also looked this up and confirmed this as well. This place is sheisty AF, I regret wasting my money and my entire day off over this, never going back.

Rolling Road Sunoco took very good care of me! Highly reccomended, as soon as I went in with my issue of brakes and tires, the cashier got the service manager right away for me and took my vehicle in for a diagnostic. I quickly got my estimated which was significantly less than all the other shops that quoted me around. Work was done fast and promptly. For any service needs I will always be back, 5 Stars for quality, speed and service!

Rolling Road Sunoco consistently provides fast, honest and friendly service. I have taken my car in regularly to RRS for service for over a decade and am always pleased with the results. Numerous times RRS has waived fees for small services, and I greatly appreciate their generosity. They do not push unnecessary services and always provide solid advice on needed repairs. I also appreciate their friendly and helpful staff.

I really recommend Rolling Road Sunoco. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are always thorough in their assessment of my vehicle, and look for the most economical way to make the repair. I will definitely use them again. Bao, the service manager, takes time to patiently explain each repair and the various options for doing it, which I greatly appreciate. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car repairs.Most recently I need to get my rack and pinion steering replaced and at the same time all my exterior brake and turn signal lights failed. It turned out that a switch needed to be replaced, which had to be ordered from Subaru. We were expecting a five day delivery for the part, but it arrived a day ahead and they were able to finish up the job and get my car back to me promptly.

Rolling Rd Sunoco is my new “go to.” Great work on my car, reasonable cost, and service that included a ride from and to the station so that I didn’t have to wait there for my three hour repair. Highly recommend them!

Front desk is very polite. Service was fast. The three stars is because when I arrived the Asian emissions technician was on a personal phone call for a bit. I waited politely and his greeting was do you need something. Uuuuh, yeah! I dont hang around emissions stations for fun.

I go here often because it is so convenient to my house. They have always been able to squeeze me in when I needed some minor work. They have always been very nice.

I was charged more than estimated prior agreeing to proceed with the service.. I felt a little dishonesty from the business side, but I dont have any problem with the service quality.

I have been going to this Sunoco for years for service. The owner and all the service techinicians have always been professional and friendly. I have my favorite technician but i wont disclose who that is here, but they always take the time to describe what repairs are necessary and discuss the preventive maintenance of my car so I can stay atop of my vehicles health. I have the utmost confidence my vehicle is being well taken care of when visiting this Sunoco.

I got my inspection done here last Saturday and they told me that I need to change my brake front breakes needs pads, loaders, hardwares, break flash- and even mentioned that these are HIGHLY recommended and it will cost me $475. I said okay, and took that report to my usual mechanic shop and they inspected again for me and it is very SHOCKING what he told me. He told me that I did not need to change all that loaders, hardwares, break flash and just the break pads and it will cost me $120.DO NOT GET YOUR REPAIRS DONE HERE. Just pay for your gas, and inspection. I would not get my repair done here again. How can they try to scam me over $300? They are not an appreciating business to the customers, we customers all strive each minutes and hours to earn precious money for our family and they just try to scam you to get your precious money.

I use this place for VA station inspections and emissions tests. The staff is very friendly and they allow me to watch while they do their work. I like the relaxed feeling while get my stuff done.

Spent 40 bucks on gas in sub zero weather. Wasnt even 10pm yet, doors locked, had to use the outside window with the wind blowing at 25 MPH. Very rude employee. Will not be gassing up here again.

I brought my van to their shop 10 times over a 5 week period to get my A/C fixed, and they never got it completely right. They would tell me it was fixed, but it clearly was not – even the shop manager finally agreed with me when I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes with my van idling to show him the A/C wasn’t working after my 7th visit. Ill be taking it to another shop on Monday to get the job done.I believe the Sunoco Rolling Road team truly tried, but ultimately couldnt do it. I would not have kept coming back, except that I had already spent $2000+ with them and hoped they could do it without me needing to spend more money with another mechanic. To their credit, they started trying different repair attempts at no cost to me, but I wish at some point they would have just admitted they didn’t know what the problem was and refunded me a portion of my money so I could get it done elsewhere. I asked about that option, but they declined. It would have saved them seeing my van repeatedly, and would’ve saved me 10 visits to their shop.The last straw was picking up my van after the 10th visit (still not fixed) and the desk clerk not being able to find my keys for 15 minutes.I think I was a pretty patient and reasonable customer - most would not have let them try to do this as long as I did without demanding money back or getting very angry. I believe they are all probably very nice people, but unfortunately they didnt show me that they are knowledgeable and skilled mechanics.

I wish I could give these guys 1/2 a star. The car service there is terrible. I bought my own oil and oil filter and just asked for labor and they said it was going to cost 29.95. I go to pick up my car, and they charge me with some BS hazardous material and extra parts... which ended up being almost $40. There are no extra parts needed for an oil change! The front desk attendant is a big middle eastern guy who is a rude as*ho**e. He kept telling me he doesnt know he doesnt know and he just wanted me to leave. Simply put, if you are looking for car work done in the West Springfield area---> AVOID this SUNOCO

Do Not take your car at this location. The owner who is also the manager, is ripping off the people. I took my car at this location which is on the intersection of Rolling Rd and Old Keen Mill Rd in West Springfield to fix the brakes. They guy charged me $800 and gave me a flyer that says he warranties his work for 24000 miles and if anything happens to his work within that range, he will fix it at no cost. Unfortunately after driving my car for around 4000 miles, my car started to have the same brake issue. I took the car back to him to get it fixed for No extra cost because it is still under the warranty, the owner/manager refused to fix my car at no cost. He claimed that I am the most aggressive driver among his customers and my style of driving could be the reason why my car is having the same issue after driving for 4000 miles. He has no idea about my driving style at all. He is just guessing this to defend his faulty work. He also caused me to not work for one day because he kept my car at his shop the whole day. I took my car to another location to fix the same issue and I paid $450 out of pocket. He is ripping the people off and is doing business unethically in the state of Virginia. Terrible person and a terrible place to fix your car at. Total rip off. Just stay away from this location.

Charged my daughter a $5 Hazmat Disposal Fee for a state inspection and Tire rotation. Refunded it without apology when I pointed it out to them.

Had a minor tuneup and a few coil packs changed. Compared price charged for coil pack by this SUNOCO dealer to NAPA retail prices. This SUNOCO dealer charged double over retail. I will never go back to this station for maintenance. Way overpriced.
