Dont know how this place gets 5 star ratings. My daughters car has broke down 3 times in a month. Most recent she had it back for 2 days and boom broke down again. A car she pays $500 a month for that breaks down constantly....Edit..so after having my daughters car for an entire week they tell us its ready to be picked up. We make it as far as the gas station next to the business and guess what? Car makes a loud grinding clicking noise once my daughter tried to start it. Loud enough that the guy next to us at the pumps says.. that doesnt sound good. And to the rude Brittany. You are in the business of providing a service to paying customers. A young mother who has had her car 4 days out of the month because clearly the service department has no clue as to whats wrong with the car. And again Brittany to ask an adult if gas is in the car is quite insulting. So Brittany instead of getting attitude at frustrated customers try to provide a better answer to complaints. I dont know is not an acceptable answer. And yeah I will continue to post about this place because I think its wrong to take advantage of people.

I bought my car may of 2019. And as of today, I’m still taking my car in for the exact same problem. I pay $452 faithfully every month on time and all I get is the run-a-round. My brakes do not work and my car won’t stop in rain or snow. The abs system is no good. I’ve been kicked off of two transplant lists due to lack of transportation. I barley make it to dialysis

My husband got a vehicle from this place but Im the one whos been driving it the whole time. After a short while, I told my husband, I dont know much about cars but Im positive theres something wrong with it as it makes all kinds of noise and it just drives awfullySo I had him take it back to them to get it inspected and get it fixed. The service light hasnt been on but all you have to do is drive it and youll see, something aint right. He took it there like 5 to 6 times but didnt fix it( because the warranty is still on). Then lately, it started driving worse so last time we took it for inspection which is last week, all of a sudden, they found whats wrong with it. Oh warranty is out btw. Dont trust this place.

Angela is the best, but everyone is really nice and truly works with you to get you in a car you want. 15/10 would recommend.

There were some things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle but he assured me that the service department will fix them free of charge, Juanita in-service is absolutely amazing I couldnt ask for better service I was in and out in less than a day in my vehicle was working great. Highly recommend JD Byrider to everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Still am not happy about my service. I had to pay full price for my rental plus still pay my car note, so to me thats very unfair. This is about the 7th time in four months my car has been back for the same problem. Overall wish I would have waited to get a better car.

11/15/2019 took car in very minor repair. Took an hour said it was fixed. Same warning light came back on by nightfall.BBB time?11/08/2019 2nd visit. Found car I wanted and they remembered me and became very attentive. Repetition did not occur. Filled out credit paperwork and I asked how much was I approved for. They said I could have any car on lot!Sales people are not on same page. They use forms copied 5+ times and expect someone to read it let alone sign it. Very unprofessional. You give them the answer then they ask same question with different words. They dont even know what theyre saying.

I don’t like the way they run things. I had to wait a month to get my car serviced which they DO NOT SERVICE THE VEHICLES when they get them. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR OF THE CAR! I WAITED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET MY CAR SERVICED FOR A MONTH OR MORE. They half way fix your car. They will only fix what you tell them about. They will notice something else wrong and just leave it and make you make a brand new appointment. Or they will only know everything that’s wrong and not fix it all at once.

You should really try to avoid them. The rates are insane. And read the fine print!By “limited warranty” they mean they won’t cover anything on the car. But they will offer to repair it at their shop for a “discounted price”. Which turned out to be cheaper to get the car repaired at every other shop I checked.Worst car buying experience of my life. They are con artists who prey on low income families with poor credit. They claim it will help boost your credit score, when in fact it can only hurt your score not help. They don’t actually report to the major credit bureaus unless your late or behind on your payments. So even if you pay your bill on time every time, it won’t affect your credit score.I learned my lesson the hard way. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistakes.

Its a OK place for getting your credit up. But I was 62 dollars a month short of income so I was..I guess denied??. After getting the email to go to their location. But I will say theres always the option of buying cars straight out, it just doesnt help your credit score. So oh well guess I will stick to doing that. Oh and not much of a selection. Give it a try good luck

Please do not go here. Trashy vehicles for an outrageous price. They say they want to help you improve your credit score so they approve everyone at 3x the cars value... but its ok because it payments. Worst decision iv ever made buying a vehicle.

Honestly Im really disappointed because I got my car and a day later it was acting up and wouldnt start. I went to autotune to get it checked and something was wrong with the censor... I went back to J.D buyer and told the tall black lady what autozone found and she blew it off and said the car had been repaired.. knowing that I will be traveling she then went back and got it fixed but I am now noticing Im going to be putting more money into the car then paying for it. Once again disappointed

Bought a car almost paid off but there are some negatives to consider ...First of all almost 400.00 a month car payments for a 2005 car .. Secondly you are harassed by mail / phone calls for 4 to 5 years with payment reminders . If you are late they rarely want to let you slide by even a day late . Weve paid almost perfect payments even early and I was late once by about 4 days and had a tow truck down at my house. The car itself even though its older still in good condition, however the day we bought it we drove it straight home and when we went to go out again the car wouldnt start so we had to call them and get a battery out in. These are minor things but soon add up to be a lot . Most of the staff is amazing to deal with .. Thats mainly the only positive I can say right now . If you are a day late they will put you under review..or repossess your vehicle so keep this in mind. If you dont mind high payments this is the place for you. Another thing is we paid $200 to get the car off the lot but what they dont tell you til you are done with paperwork is you will need another 1000 or 1200 to keep it that same month.

This by far has been the worst experience. John has been great but the service department gets a big fat zero!! Im a single mom of 3 and a traveling nurse. Cant drive my car half the time. Has been back in the shop 3 times for the same thing and still isnt fixed. im just going to give the car back and take the city bus. Atleast i know its reliable. Very sad.

Its a typical buy here pay here dealership. Theyll get you approved with sufficient income, but it will cost you, a lot. If youre expecting $100-200 payments, dont bother unless youre willing and able to go higher.
