They did a good job on my back glass. Made an appointment 2 days in advance and set there 45 minutes before they started working on it. Kind if defeats the whole purpose of an appointment. I know everything dont always go as planned. Still gave em 4 for the good work.

Gave me a quote 200 more than all competitors. For real. $430 safelite. Glass Dr. $240 Auto glass now $200 Discount Auto Glass $220. But through insurance they replaced my windshield 2 years ago. And did a fine job.

Miserable. When you call Safelite, they dont even give you the option to talk to a human being. There are two options; a robot asks if you have an appointment confirmation number. If you do not have one, said robot tells you that you can only make an appointment online. Upon going online, my cars make was readily found, but not the model. I could not find it anywhere. Of course, I could have found out why not, and what my options were upon talking with a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING. But no. Instead, I had to go to the contact us portion of the website, and type in my problem; then wait two days for them to get around to responding (I tried it. Yes, I had to wait that long). Instead, I called the Fayetteville Auto Park. A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING picked up. Within 5 minutes, he had an appointment set up and materials ordered for MY SPECIFIC MAKE AND MODEL. Much better.

Easy online appointment, and text follow up. Arrived and was greeted immediately. Had us back on the road in less than a half hour. Took care of insurance and can’t even see where the crack was in windshield.

A day after I call my insurance company Safelite was on there way to change out my windshield, at my place of work. Super easy and efficient. Tracy did a great job!

They did the work on time as promised.

Mobile service done on my truck on 7/26/19, tech cut thru my remote starter wire, taped it back in a ball and tucked it back in. ... my remote lock/unlock and starter no longer worked. Heres the picture of what the tech left me. Would have appreciated at least being told and not trying to hide their mistake.

They got me in quick and done fast.

Ive used multiple Safelite locations for repairs but these guys were hands down the most helpful and friendly. My rear view mirror fell off and they replaced it free of charge, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks guys.

I tried to go to Safelite to get a small crack sucked out of my windshield. Their price for this was $118, and they tried to convince me to take advantage of my insurance company to cover it. I went to Glass Pro and got the same procedure done well for about $40. Safelite preys on uninformed customers and those who prefer using their insurance for everything.

Horrible experience coordinating with my insurance and the work was terrible.

If I could give you less than one star I would! 28 minutes on your automated system to find out you dont know what a Freightliner Columbia is!

Poor time management and communication skills. Also very sketchy with their charges.

Did not show up on time. Made lots of excuses why. They still could have done it but didnt want to work 10-15 minutes past quitn time.... Couldnt reschedule for first thing the next morning. Going with someone else.

Installed window wrong the first time, sent another person out to look at it...they took pictures and said they would be in contact. Shop is now closed and no contact.

Stay Away from Safelite, They use inferior Glass and will not stand up for their warranty.had glass put it and it cracked after 2 months and claimed it was from a chip. I will never use this company Again!! All glass is not created Equal. look it up and do the research yourself on their quality.

Very dissatisfied.. Work is very sloppy had to get it redone and it turned out worse the second time. Will never use them again..!
