I just had my first auto accident since I was in high school and took my car here. The owner is awesome and explains everything in an easy and understandable manner. Any question I had, he answered and was very patient with me. Plus he’s a Star Trek fan. If I’m ever in another fender bender, I will be bringing my car here. The work they did was awesome and looked great. The whole process couldn’t have been made any easier by the owner.

I am so incredibly satisfied with my experience at Carstar! My Honda got hit and I was really stressed about the whole experience but this company made everything so easy. They remembered my name and were incredibly personable and broke everything down in the best way. I was also having some problems getting information from my insurance but they were patient and always helpful. When it was all done my car had never looked better! I even screamed I was so excited and he came out to celebrate with me. I don’t wish anyone to have car problems, but if you do this is the place to get it fixed for a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Thank you carstar!!

Great experience with Lindsey & crew. First with 2007 Silverado windows that quit working. Great communication and no surprises on the final bill. Then they worked on 2016 Nissan Frontier. I priced other places and Arkansas Collision was by far the best deal and best quality work. Frontier was CLEAN inside and out, as well as good as new with repairs. Now, they are working on a 1978 Bronco that has been in storage for 14 years. They hand waxed and buffed in addition to all the other work. Cant wait to drive it! Thank you, again CARSTAR Arkansas Collision. They dont just do body work, they can diagnose and repair most performance issues.

I had messed up my car pretty badly and took it here as that’s what insurance recommended and if I ever have anything else wrong I’m going to be going here! They kept me updated with what was going on through the entire process. Even when something was on back order he called and let me know my car would be a little bit longer. I’m very very pleased with how my car looks especially with how I gave it to them haha! When I did get my car back the paint was a little messed up but that was due to a terrible painter who is no longer with them. I took it back up there and Lindsey let me use his loaner car for the few days while they repainted it for free! Very happy with the service I received all through the whole process! Highly recommend them!

Got my car towed here for potential work, told me they didnt deal with flood damage and the car was not going to be touched. Go to pick up the car my engine lights were erased and they had STOLE my battery from my car and left me with an old one that was not mine. Just came back a week later I confronted them and was told a whole different story from the one I got when I picked up the car. Best believe this is NOT the place to take you car if you dont want them to steal your belongings. Looking forward to taking further action, shouldnt be tampering with evidence for insurance claims.

A few weeks ago someone stole my catalytic converter and my car sounded awful. my sister recommended i go here. so i called and told them my problem and they gave me a few options on how they could fix it. i went in today so they could just CHECK what size pipe they needed. they ended up just fixing it today when i wasn’t even expecting it to get fixed today. needless to say i’m very happy with how my car sounds and runs!!!

I bought a beautiful used 2017 Lincoln Continental a few months ago, but it had two issues: the finish on the cars paint seemed a little rough (??), and it had a dang door ding on the drivers door. I took it to ACC, whom Ive used several times in the past, for repair of much more significant damage to other cars, and so I hoped that even small repairs would be handled in the same professional way.I certainly wasnt disappointed. In one day, it came back looking like it just rolled out of the showroom. The price for their work was so very reasonable, I wont even disclose it, and negotiation wasnt necessary.While I hope I wont need future car repairs, if I do, or if my friends should, I know exactly where we should go.

They repaired my Lexus with major hail damage and replaced the windshield in time and were great to work with. I hope to never need body work in the future but will return if I ever need work done.

The owner was very rude in contrast to the woman who helped us originally who was very nice and considerate. He told us that we were stupid and that we wasted his time asking for help. Will never go to or recommend this place to anyone again.

Well you want the truth or lie okay well go with the true today okay the truth is do not take your car here it will not be the same when you get it theyll take your tires off and replace them with their old tires they will take your battery off and replace with your old battery and you never know. Ive had my car in there 5 times now, and they always do a great job. Never had an issue with insurances not paying for the additional damage they find. They detail the car each time. I drive an 07 Corolla, and it comes out looking new inside and out when these guys are finished. Only body shop I take my car to.

I was in a minor accident in December, and they repaired my little Patriot good as new! They even cleaned the inside of my car which I was not expecting! I had some tissues stuffed in my cup holders to catch crumbs, spills, e-liquid and they even took the dirty tissues out! I am now a bit embarrassed about leaving that but it didnt even occur to me that they would clean it so well since the work was on the outside! Thank you for making me feel like I have a brand new car!

Jim at Arkansas Collision Center did a fantastic job fixing and re-painting my hood at a very reasonable price. He was very thorough explaining the repair process since my aluminum hood was more difficult to repair, all while trying to get me the lowest price possible.I was able to drop the car off on a Monday and it was ready to be picked up Wednesday afternoon.Overall great service and a good experience.

It was a great place and was almost 3,000$ cheaper than my original investment. The staff were amazingly friendly and gave me rides two times to get back to my rental car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will always be using them moving forward.

I have been a return customer for years! As far as body work, they are the best value around. My most recent experience: I quoted a job that all other shops were going to charge excess of $400 to repair. Jim and his crew were able to do it for half of that - and I feel like the quality for surpassed that which other shops do (based on what I see from other people since I ONLY use ACC). I am always very pleased with their work and for over 10 years of service, Ive never had an issue with any of their repairs failing. Believe every good thing you hear about Jim, took my 16 Camaro there with front end damage. Jim’s shop did a perfect job you can’t even tell that it was ever damaged. Jim took the time to show me the actual damage of what needed to be repaired once my car was taken apart and did everything in a reasonable time frame. In the end, Jim also help me save some money too.

Did an outstanding job fixing my vehicle. I had a aftermarket metal bumper with a bull bar that was damaged in the wreck and Jim and his guys were able to bend it back out in such a manner that you cant tell it took any damage. They were half as expensive as my estimable. Very professional and friendly!
