A tree branch took out our back windshield in the spring, and these guys got us in quickly, no muss no fuss (as opposed to the impossible to schedule with Safelite), and they did a fantastic job of putting the glass in. No leaks, no wind noise, and they also fixed the spider cracks on the front windshield of our 2nd car, and it looks great and shows no signs of further cracking. They were friendly, attentive, and professional - and worked quickly without cutting corners. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

Ive been waiting on them for over a month now. Theyve called and rescheduled three times, which was understandable because it was raining but the last time they said they would call back they never did. Its been almost two weeks now with decent weather and still no word. Im taking my business elsewhere.

They were so easy to work with. They came to my home. The installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up all the shattered glass and were done quickly. My husband and I were so impressed. We will definitely use them again.

Im a commercial truck driver. I came in with my rig and the window that needed to be replaced. From start to finish they were done in 15 minutes. Good place.

I was impressed. I asked for a chip repair and rather than take any money, they told me it wasnt a significant enough chip to require repair. I appreciate the honesty, will recommend them to others, and will go back when I have a real chip!

Made appointment over a week ago. Was told would be here before noon. At 1:30 I called to see where they were. She said I’m sorry we had 2 techs call in sick. And that they were calling customers to reschedule. So I asked her what time they opened. She said 8:00. So I asked it’s almost 2:00 and if it takes 6 hours to call customers? So she said hold on. So I did. Than she told me my glass is on a truck and he would be there by 3:00. So I waited till 4:30 to call back. Then she told me the driver tried to call me twice. (I’ve been sitting in my truck since 2:00 with my phone next to me) and that I didn’t answer. But he SHOULD be here by 5:30. I do not recommend using this glass company. Pay the extra $20.00 and get someone more responsible.

Nice people paolla espeacially funny girl but knows when its time to get busy. Will definately use them. Come to find out they are like 100.00 cheaper then safelite yes really! I tried them first got a qoute for 144.00 then found Discount Glass in springdale said no worries its all good and gave me a qoute for less then 60 bucks to fix the chip in my window that Lexus of Tulsa so nicely left me to deal with. If you have a Lexus dont take it to tulsa I would go to Springfield if I have to go to a dealer again. These guys were nice and said we will pick ur car up bring you a loaner and fix ur recalled airbags. They did bring me 2021 rx350 65 70,000 dollar car. So week later I call and their done and we set up time to meet. When my lexus got dropped off I hand only had the car for a month. The driver left going back to tulsa. Started looking at my car and their was a big chip in it. I had the car for a month I knew every ding and little imperfections. A quarter size chip out of my window I wouldnt have noticed so quickly but like I said the size of a quarter. I figure one of the drivers did it between fay and tulsa and they would have heard it to thats a big chip guys would have sounded like a brick hit it. I called A.hufford the service supervisor he said send me pictures so I did he called me back and said he talked to his drivers and didnt happen when they drove it just a bunch of liers. A.hufford the service manager called me back in less then 10 mins and said his drivers didnt do it so I must have. Im not a thief and would not try to get over on them just not that way. A. Gifford didnt look at the pics and said nope sorry not our faul. No maybe or pay for half just a flat prty much screw off. Thanks LEXUS OF TULSA. Give ole A Hufford a call and tell him what thieves they are. Sure dont trust them to touch my Lexus anymore. Ever!!!!

Anthony was awesome! I got confused on my appointment time (completely my fault) and was extremely late and he fit me into the schedule anyway. He was extremely friendly and great to talk to. I wish i could rate higher than 5 stars. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome customer service and affordability. I got a quote from Safelite to replace my driver window after someone broke into my car and they said it would be $330, so I kept looking. DAG did it for $164 and they even drove my car to my work for me for no additional cost. The employees were super nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely go back if I need to.

Called on a Wednesday made appointment for Monday. I work all week so made arrangements for someone to drop off for me. Received call from place, that tech called in could not be changed till Wednesday. Well found another place that could make it happen Monday calling them Monday. Is what it is

Great place to get reasonable price window replacement

Came to my house worked on my back glass on my truck for 2 hours only to get nothing done cause he couldnt figure out how to get the back seat out making me do it myself and take it to them. When i got there he arrived to the shop an hour late and when i got my truck back 7 hours later the power sliding back glass didnt work. EXTREMLY unprofessional and not willing to work with me. like i said very unprofessional group of people and would never recommend doing any business with this people.
