My unit was broken into twice in 5 years. TWICE!!! They offer no assistance and literally no sympathy. The month it was broken into they not only charged me my monthly rate but added late fees. The worst place!!!!! The criminals spent a ton of time there and they “have no footage”. Inside job!!! My unit was organized and stacked to the top. Sick!!!

1st time renting here and the last. I’ll give it to the ladies at the counter, they were very welcoming and helpful. As for the equipment, the trailer had a dent in the fender, no biggie...I didn’t do it and I don’t own it. 5 miles down the street I had a blow out. Having to go through roadside assistance is not the answer. I waited 1.5 hours for these guys to show up with no tire to turn around and wait another 1 hour 15 mins for them to come back. WHO ALLOWS UNSAFE EQUIPMENT TO LEAVE THE LOT. Are we really doing walk around upon return? I really don’t think I sure have to do a 52pt inspection when I pay money to use your merchandise.

I am giving 2 stars for one reason. How is it that it says it costs $19.95 to rent a truck and then I ended up paying $153 when it was all said and done. I only drove the truck a total of 20 miles. Doesnt make much sense to me and I am very upset about that.

Came in here this morning to rent a storage unit and experienced extreme racism from the manager and one of her employees, because my black friend was with me. From the moment we walked in we were receiving dirty looks and had a very bad vibe. This lady denied me service, because she told me that my passport wasn’t a government issued I.D. I was pretty confused because last time I checked a passport is a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. I tried to explain to her that I just got back from Canada on vacation and accidentally left my drivers license at the airport. If that wasn’t enough I tried to show her my old drivers license( with the same number) still nothing. She got angry and raised her voice with me, so I just walked out! Go to Extra Space storage they’re friendly, less expensive and aren’t racist.

Dropped off a trailer. I did have to uncouple the trailer myself, however this was no problem. They were fast+efficient and I was out of there in 5 min, which was nice because I was on my lunch hour.

Easiest and fastest uhual rental I have ever had. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will always try to use this facility first next time I need a truck!!!

Manager rude. Very run down storage units, leak when it rains. Very narrow drive to units. Most of the lot not paved, very muddy when it rains, very dusty when it doesnt. Crowded and dirty. Dont rent there. Dont say I didnt warn you.

One of the best self storage places around!! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have all of the moving supplies you could need. They make renting a Uhaul a breeze! If you are looking to rent a storage unit or Uhaul, I would definitely suggest Montgomery County Self Storage!!!

Have had my trailer here for over 3 years. My CC expired and I did not auto update the expiration date. Kathy, who is quite rude, charged me a late fee when they contacted me 7 days after the fact Poor customer service. Its only $10 but the fact that she was an ass about it is why I am writing this. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
