I’ve never rented a storage unit before but Sabrina was very helpful with the process. She explained everything to me, helped me pick the perfect size unit to store my items, and told me me all about the perks that’s offered outside of storing my items there in my unit. This facility is super clean and everything is placed neatly by the front door.

I rarely write reviews, but had a pleasant surprise when I came with a relative to help him move. The manager Sabrina had came to offer us water. I realized I met her before when I returned a Penske truck at another location a couple years ago. She was incredibly helpful at that time and I can see that she is just as Amazing! Its so nice to know that with so much hate in the world, there are still people that work in service like Sabrina. This storage location is just as nice and clean as the other one I went to. I see they also do Penske here, as there were a few trucks there. What I really was amazed with was the covered driveways. It started raining while we were there, but did not get wet. I have to add this too- The bathroom was very clean!

This is by far the best storage facility in Texas, it’s super clean and very nice. Sabrina was very nice when I came in and purchased my unit and she’s super nice every time I stop by the front desk to get something.

We needed a storage in a hurry. My wife called here by mistake. She talked to the manager Sabrina and decided to check the place out. We ended up renting here and got 2 units. The service is Amazing. Overall this storage facility is great!I typically want my storage space to be clean, and this location delivers just that. It’s extremely clean!They also offer great security, as they have cameras in every hall and require security codes to enter/exit the facility....also you need a code to use the elevator.They also offer complimentary fruits / snacks as well as coffee and water in the break room which are very much needed while doing somemoving.The staff is also extremely friendly! I was greeted by Sabrina who made sure we didn’t need anything.While we were there, I was able to use their truck, which Samantha was very helpful through the checkout process and made it very quick and easy.Strongly recommend this storage facility if it’s within your area.Thanks guys!

Recently moved to Amazing Spaces and now I wish I had done it sooner!First and foremost, Sabrina and Samantha were very helpful and put me at ease in my decision making process. They are both knowledgeable and personable. They are certainly one of the best assets at Amazing Spaces.When touring the building, I couldnt help notice how many amenities and personal touches the owners had made throughout. The layout of the units, hallways, elevators and covered driveways were well planned making it easy to access storage. Carts are available and make moving boxes and furniture much easier. Restrooms are large and clean. The interior of the front office is beautiful and offers a peaceful area to rest and cool off, along with a conference room for clients to use as needed.Most impressive and important to me are the safety and security features. Not only do I value the security of my belongings inside my storage unit, I really appreciate the layers of added security to keep me personally safe while Im on-site.I strongly recommend you visit Amazing Spaces as it is the pinnacle of storage facilities in the area.

Amazing Spaces on Holzworth/Springwoods is just that...AMAZING. I selected this facility because it looked secure & I was positive my belongings wouldnt get damaged. Also the price was very reasonable. What I got was so much more. Sabrina who seems to run the show there has been a HUGE help. And all the other girls Ive encountered were incredibly kind too. What set my experience apart from other customer service encounters is that Sabrina really goes above & beyond. She helped me move some of my heaviest things after realizing I had no help. Ive observed her go off to measure a unit just to give customers accurate information. And her warm smile and welcoming demeanor is genuine. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs long or short term storage. Amazing amazing amazing. These guys are the best!

There is a conference room and waiting area, along with a small showroom where you can see the sizes of their most popular units.Amazing Spaces made our move less expensive, faster and easier by offering use of their moving truck, moving carts and covered driveway for unloading.Amazing Spaces is wheelchair accessible, too. The doors throughout the facility are wide enough to accommodate most wheelchairs. In addition to a wheelchair accessible bathroom with grab bars and plenty of space to safely move around, there are a couple of automatic sliding doors to the interior building, an elevator to the upper levels, plenty of space in the front office to shop for moving supplies and easy access desks (@ 30) for paperwork.This isnt just your average storage facility. In addition to storage units with top-notch security, they offer many amenities. Stop in and see for yourself. The staff members will make your next storage unit rental a great experience.

I recently leased a unit here to store a few things for a very short time. Let me tell you, this place is Unbelievable for a storage place. The amenities you receive here are endless! Free use of a conference room, free use of their moving truck, free use of their moving carts and they offer water, coffee and snacks. Music plays in the hallways. The entire property is very clean and the bathrooms are amazing! Did I mention they have a sitting area with a fireplace? The office area reminds me of a ski lodge. They even have moving supplies to purchase. I returned a few days later to purchase a couple of items and met Sabrina and Samantha. Customer service and professionalism is a staple here. That was another key reason I got a unit here. The prices are fair also. If your looking for a space, come to here to Amazing spaces. I would be remiss if I did not mention the young lady I leased my space from, I believe her name was Jacky.

This place lives up to its name, amazing!! The units are clean, easy access, the elevator is big, and the staff are awesome! And they let you use the moving truck free for one time, you just have to fill the gas tank back up. Definitely recommend this place!

Sabrina and Samantha were amazing at assisting us with our moving and storage needs. Moving a fairly long distance, we rented a Penske truck at their location which was quick and easy. We first talked to Samantha on the phone and she was very helpful in getting the process started by answering all of our questions. When we arrived in person, we met Sabrina who was available to further assist us. After talking briefly, we toured the facility - which really has Amazing Spaces! At first we were concerned about getting an upstairs unit, but when we saw the large elevators and moving carts, we realized it would be an easy move from the truck to the unit.All of our concerns and fears about putting our belongings into storage were gone after we saw what Amazing Spaces offers. Security cameras. Climate control. Large covered driveways. Elevators. Moving carts. The facility is built to protect you and your valuables.It was also one stop shopping which saved us time and money. We rented the Penske truck, purchased boxes and moving supplies, and rented a storage unit all at that one location.Throughout the whole experience, Sabrina and Samantha were both instrumental in helping us. They work very well together as a team. The facility is Amazing, but Sabrina and Samantha are what really make it the best. We were made to feel welcomed and comfortable to ask questions and walk around. We were impressed by their eagerness to make our moving experience the best. I live in the area and have watched them construct this building for months now. I pass by this place almost everyday and decided to stop by today to see what they have to offer, thinking it was a retail store of some kind. To my amazement, it is a storage place. WOW! It’s called Amazing Spaces and the place is beyond believable for a storage business. I was greeted by both Sabrina and Samantha. I will have to tell you that I was a bit surprised by the great customer service they provided. Not something typical for some storage places. I’ve previously dealt with Public Storage and UHaul Storage and this place is nothing like those places. Sabrina definitely knew her stuff. They even offered you water and coffee. The place was unbelievably clean, even the bathroom. You can view the different size storages inside the office area without having to go out on the property. They even have an area to store wine. I wasn’t looking for storage when I stopped in, but I did get some prices. I’m thinking about selling my home later. When I got home, I checked out online the prices of some other storage places nearby. Surprisingly, this place isn’t the most expensive for all they have to offer. As a side note whenever I do a review, most times I will list it on both google and yelp, Samantha had mentioned Angie’s list has a review site. I learned something new today.
