I purchased a vehicle here in January. The salesman Mike was helpful & very professional. Went in to have it checked for a check engine light 9 months later which they kept it 7 days for diagnosing the problem which I chose not to have them repair it because who knows how long that would take? The service agent Rene Rodriguez would not take nor return my call for whatever reason. Totally unsatisfied with the service & will not be going back😞

My experience was and still is horrible I just purchased this 2020 Toyota Camry and it’s been hell ever since first of all I left the dealership September 17 2021 at 2:45pm and at 3:26pm on the same day safety lights came on for brake system collision system and lane departure that I found out from Greg Leblanc Toyota that this vehicle wasn’t inspected as they say it was it had a bad tire on the left rear with a big egg in it that had to be changed and now I find out it had been in a wreck back left taillight not working properly and Toyota dealership in Houma Louisiana did a real inspection on it and found out it had been in a accident and that the front tires that they claimed to have put on four days before I purchased it are bad as well and they have the nerve to say the tires passed inspection but in Houma at a real Toyota dealership it failed WOW!!!!! Pics I will post will show u time and day everything started will I buy another car from them NO!!!!!!!!!and I will be contacting a lawyer cause this car is still in the shop with electrical problems

If you need a vehicle visit Mario Quezada at Chrysler/Dodge/Ram Auto Nation in Spring - he is the best! We were open to different truck models and buying options and he just rolled with it, trying to provide the best offers every time we moved the marker. He really listened, followed up in a respectful manner and didnt drive us crazy. Hes very personable and honest throughout the process - cant say enough about how easy he is to work with!!

Jeffrey was knowledgeable at his job and helped with answering questions that I needed. I had a great experience dropping off my vehicle.When picking up my vehicle same experience, met with Jeffrey again and waited a few minutes for them to bring my car, he went over a few things and I was off.I would give Jeffrey 5 stars!!!Unfortunately I am only giving 3 stars to Autonation and the techs because shortly after leaving I noticed a squeaking sound coming from underneath my car. It sounds as though someone tighten up my brakes so that I would return to have a brake job. There shouldnt have been any reason for them to touch the brakes due to the problem was in the engine.Not sure if I could recommend this place to someone. Its hard to find a honest mechanic these days.

Just bought used Porsche Cayenne GTS. Carfax and autocheck were clean but car had obviously been in an accident or had body work done on passenger side of vehicle. Also has an oil leak and break leak on passenger front wheel. This was verified by inspector. Took car back within 5 days. Car was back on lot for sale same day returned. Salesman was good but obviously this dealership does not inspect cars properly and should know that the carfax is not accurate. Car still had tape from repainted front bumper.

Luckily this is the last time I will ever have to bring a vehicle to this dealership. It is the worst of the worst service department that I have ever had to experience. Good riddance to them. I have nothing good to say about it. Ive had to deal with them with 2 separate vehicles in recent years (2015 Wrangler Rubicon and 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit). Never had one good experience. I tell friends and family to go anywhere but here.

Arrived at AutoNation 45 minutes before scheduled opening time, but 15 minutes before time to open, was met by one of the most gracious sales people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with - especially at an auto dealer! Louis Watkins shepherded us all the way to signing. And as for the car itself, we have not had time yet to drive it much, but what driving we have done has been absolutely great! The car is immaculate inside; and Auto Nation made sure all the little scratches on the exterior were touched up, so that the car appears to be brand new! And to anyone interested in buying a car, whether new or used, you ought to ask for Louis Watkins!

Do not buy your car here!! Do not get your vehicle serviced here!! Ive had nothing but problems since I bought my jeep in October 2020!! They will hold your car for a week before even inspecting it for diagnostics!! Told me for two days straight my jeep was next in line for a technician to check it out. And it never happened!! Had to pick my jeep up and take it elsewhere after them keeping it for over a week! Ive never had so many problems with customer service. This is also a review for Erik, the service departments assistant manager, who does not return calls, blatantly lied about the status of my jeep multiple times and then blamed the tardiness on the software system!! Thanks for the wasted time, money and stress!

It was a great buying experience. Big Jon and Andrew were attentive and patient. There was no high pressure positioning as I looked at and drove about 10 vehicles over a 5 week period until I found the truck I wanted. And then, we spent less than an hour working out the details and land on an exceptional price. Will, the Finance Director, was also great to work with. I couldnt be more pleased.

Dont bother to make an appointment it does no good your better off just getting their too be first in line. jeep was for 10 days I had to keep calling to check on the status of my jeep service advisor never called me and every time I call he is never their the only time he did call after I had made 4calls trying to find out something its a good thing my warranty covered it. found out from others that had talked to was, I had to have a new motor.called twice on Monday both times I was told they just had to test drive. that it should be ready. had to call again the next day to find out it was ready.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sold them my vehicle as a trade in for a new car. Two months after I had sold the old car I got tickets stating someone had been driving my old car with MY license plates still on it and they parked in a handicap zone. So I am having to fight the ticket that totals 780 dollars! Don’t do business here. They are shady and unprofessional and downright criminal.

I was very hopeful that my transaction here would be different then other car experiences I had had. Abd to a degree it was. The source of my hope was my internet contact and salesperson Mario. He was excellent. Since I was buying a used car remotely I used Mario as my eyes and ears before I flew to Houston to take delivery of the car. And Mario was an honest broker, showed the good and the bad of the car so I could make a fair assessment. he even picked me up at the airport. So why the lost star. Two things: 1) The inevitable sitting and stewing. There is always that time where you feel like you buying a timeshare and they want to wear you down. Well mine wait was over an hour between sales and finance. 2) The website and the initial set of contract papers I was presented about the car included a short warranty. That warranty was reneged on when it was observed the age and mileage of the car. As a big dealer if they had made an error, ya know what for one time eat the mistake. The restaurant gives you fries instead of onion rings they usually let you keep the fries too. It is just good customer service, that should have been done here. Still all and all, Mario made the transaction better then most buys I have done in the past.

Really poor experience. Honestly, every time weve ever used this location the service department treats us poorly... Ive never seen a collection of this many Alpha personalities in one place. This time we brought our Jeep Ren in... again for random warning lights popping on the instrument panel. For three years straight they have claimed its a battery and replaced it. Last about a year and its back. This time they were going to do a recall upgrade to see if that fixed the issue. We didnt hear anything for two days and when we finally called in to check on it they informed us the car wouldnt start. Apparently something happened to the key fob. Just coincidence nothing more.In there defense they did give it to me at cost... and then when I went to pick up the car I found out that they hadnt even tried to put it on the extended warranty I purchased from them when I bought the car. The lady had been doing this for 15 years so she knew better but I could feel free to try if I like. I did... and it was covered first time with no issue. Why did I have to do it? I paid for the services, had to do my own paperwork (time=2+ hours) and now I have to wait for the money to return.Ive been a field service engineer on everything from helicopters to laboratory instrumentation for over 20 years and have never seen anything like this. Ill not say Ill never... but I would definitely say Id RATHER not go back to this location again... for service or car purchase.

9/3/2021Thanks to Rene and the service team for replacing the defective radio unit. The unit was available in two weeks and then an appointment was fixed to replace it. The work was done in less than two hours. Ii is working well and I do not see any issue as of now. I hope oil change will only be the next requirement to visit service again.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------8/22/2021, Review on radio screen completely blank: This review is not so much on the service but the product quality that is Jeep brand.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Issue (message sent to AutoNation) on 8/12/2021: Radio screen completely became blank / dark. I waited a few minutes and restarted again. It did not show the screen. I drove another few miles to come home thinking the screen would wake up. But still the same. This happened a few days ago, but the screen came up after a few minutes. Now it looks like completely dead. This is a serious issue. Would you please let me know the next step. I am concerned about this issue in such a new vehicle (4 weeks new).Took the vehicle for service on 8/13. The screen came back but left with service to check. They did not find any obvious problem, but wanted to update the software to make it good. This made the situation worse that the update failed and now the blank screen shows a message that the update failed. I was told this is equipment issue and they are ordering a new part that will be available in about two weeks. Fair enough.Message sent to AutoNation on 8/19/2021Sales & service teams,I received my Cherokee back but without fixing the blank screen issue. I was told it is a software issue and it needs the complete radio to be replaced. I hope it has been ordered. I understand it will take about two weeks and so I am looking to get it replaced by 3rd Sep, 2021. I assume this will be reported back to Chrysler Jeep team as product quality issue.The vehicle is driveable, yes it is but without many of the supporting features I wanted and so only I have traded in my perfectly running Honda CRV.The features that are missing (because the screen is not active) or do not know if they are working:1) No back view camera: this is one of the main safety features I wanted2) No phone link: this means, can not use phone features hands free; also GPS, an important requirement, is not available3) AC / heat: not sure if it is working; can not see the temperature setting4) Air vent status: no indication or option to set, do not know where the air is going; feeling the air is not giving good indication.5) Windscreen fogging: do not know if the defrosting is working, I have a hard time to drive with the windscreen frosted and trying to defrost it with the wiper.6) No clock7) No radio8) There may be more that I do not know or not started using them.I wonder why the vehicle with such defect was sold to me. Are there more to come? Do not know!!With such condition, I can not brag about my Jeep and I am being asked about its quality, dependability / reliability. We travel hundreds of miles for site seeing and now I am not confident if I can take this vehicle for long drives.I hope the issue will be fixed with the new radio unit. When it is available, please set up an appointment and let me know. Worked with Keith and Jordan in service who were really great. Only gripe is that if you want any warranty work on your vehicle, you have to leave it with them for 10 days before it can be looked at. This process doesn’t make any sense to me. Why can’t a customer leave the car the day before?That said, work and service by the people at Autonation was prompt and friendly, as usual.

Coincidentally, as I am about to post, theres a local news report that the high car prices we are seeing now due to shortages and demand are likely to be here to stay. All the more reason to keep the car you have in the best shape possible. These guys make that as easy and as pleasant as possible. Although it takes longer to get the work done, staff does a great job to keep the customer informed from start to finish.

This has been probably the worse experience with purchasing a vehicle I ever had. I bought a 2020 Chevy Impala in June of this year and supposedly it was a Auto Nation Certified vehicle and supposed to be covered for either 90 days or 4000 miles. My car has been having issues with a sensor that affects the temp of how cold the ac blows which they fix about a week after I bought the car. Now that sensor is back out again and of course affecting the AC... Also, the mic on the radio isnt working and the XM radio antenna isnt working. My car has been in the shop for over 3 weeks and Im being told that my warranty has not been activated and basely my car is just sitting in limbo at the Chevy dealer. All I want is for my car to be fixed and things to work that they assured me worked when they did the 125 point check.UPDATE 10/7/2021:Just want to provide an update. Autonation Used call department finally activated my warranty and fixed the issues concerning my vehicle. I personally want to thanks Service Manager Jordan as he made this possible. He was understanding and apologetic to my situation and made sure to keep in constant communication with me during the duration of my vehicle being serviced. His customer service is the reason Im changing my original 1 star rating to 5 stars and why I would be willing to continue my business with them.

Sales person Robert was extremely helpful in the process of buying my 2015 Focus less than 2 months ago. He made the experience as painless as possible. Company cares whether your vehicle is of top quality, performance and safety, even if its used. My 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited batteries died. I scheduled an appointment for service for the battery and another minor issue. All services were under warranty.The service advisor did a good job in providing updates during my wait.EDIT/Additional InformationAs a result of my review, I received an email from AutoNation asking if I was willing to speak to the General Manager (GM) to contact them by phone. I would be happy to speak with someone, so I called. The problem is that I was in a never ending automated system that did not allow me to connect with the GM. I selected option “5” since I did not need, service, sales, parts or any of the other options. That is where the endless cycle began - as announced on the call, I tried the press “0” for the operator...no answer. I tried holding on, as instructed, to be transferred to the operator...no answer.To be clear...I was not dissatisfied by the service provided by the dealership. They repaired my vehicle as expected.I’m not big on competing online reviews; however, does someone doing what is expected rate a 4 or 5 star rating? When I do personnel evaluations, if the employee is doing what is expected I rank them appropriately. It’s the employees, or in this case the dealership, that has to perform above and beyond exceptions to earn a higher rating.When my wife’s vehicle, from another manufacturer is serviced, they return it washed. That’s not expected...that would start to move the needle toward a higher rating. My Jeep was not washed.For my vehicle, with larger tires than the factory tires, the service team added air to all four tires. The air pressure was perfect...for factory tires...not the 35” tires I have installed. I did not provide a lower rating as a result of me having to reduce the pressure in my tires. But you would think at a Jeep dealership, that sales Jeeps with aftermarket wheels and tires they would understand that larger tires do not run on the same PSI as factory tires.Maybe I don’t understand Google reviews. If you do what is expected, and nothing more, isn’t that a 3 star rating. If the service is exceptional that would result in higher marks.Like the original post stated. The service adviser did a great job providing me updates. I sat in the dealership for 5 hours (my choice); he came out and spoke with me twice. Both visits were informational and appreciated. Did I need for him to seek me out more? No, I knew where to find him if I had needed more information.I’ll add that the dealership was out of loaners and I choose not to have my wife pick me up. If the dealership had a loaner or had offered me a rental, which I believe is part of the Jeep Wave program (first day rental). That would increase their rating. Again not an issue, should the service advisor have asked if I was part of the Jeep Wave program, I don’t know. Does my membership flag when my VIN is entered into the system; it should.I am still happy to speak with the dealership or the GM. However, I won’t call back and sit through the endless automated phone loop. I do appreciate and understand their concern and desire to improve any ratings they receive.

I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I think is a fantastic 4x4! It had a noise I wanted looked at, made appointment took it in. Staff totally friendly and courteous, told me it would be 3-4 days before they could look at it.?.?.?. Ok, I guess I can do without my car for 3-4 days… Fast forward 8 days later, no answers, techs not able to determine what issue is… so 8 days no car, no answers… just curious why my car has to wait in line to be looked at waiting in the lot, why not have an appointment system where I can get service on my appointment day? Feeling a bit like because I was patient, not calling every day to pressure the service rep my car kept getting pushed to end of line. I think this dealer’s service team is probably good, just overwhelmed at the number of cars needing service.

Worst car dealership to get used car, bought 2015 Cadillac Esclade from here. They inspected vehicle and get it ready in 1 day. No proper inspection has been done on car. Very next day i called Hubert, car cruise control is not working, 3rd brake light is not working. They gave me warranty for 90 days. 5 days warranty was valid when I called about issues. All i have been told take it to Cadillac dealer and get us estimate. I took it to dealer found front shock absorbers are leaking pretty bad. Called autonation again. They hold me up for 5 days and then refused to pay.I paid 40k for this car which is jot even safe to drive on road. Management should be ashamed of them self. They should have done proper inspection on vehicle, third brake light is broken no one checked in inspection, adaptive cruise control is not programmed no one checked it, shocks are leaking.

Mrs Sallie and all the staff from her peers to the nice gentleman that dropped me off and was able to pick me up to get my Jeep Wrangler. This group took the best care and I appreciate that they had been able to exceed my expectations and replace all of my 24 Lifters ahead of schedule. If I had one improvement is for Jeep - Chrysler to stand behind there product as this should not have happened at a 100K motor and they know this a common problem with their product!!! They should try to help customers with some type of proration based on milage ☺️. I also need to mention the costs to get this done was reasonable and the team integrity to not try and sell unnecessary items etc. is also a win on customer service!!

I have bought 2 trucks from AN CDJR. I also service my truck in their service department. Jordan the service manager is super helpful and always remembers me by name. As long as I drive a Ram truck I will bring my service needs to them.Nathan services HD trucks there and has always taken the time to answer all my questions about service needs on my 2500 in detail. The modern day trucks are expensive and complicated. Don’t trust your investment with people at Mom and Pop shops that are usually glorified parts changers. These guys do it right and have the ability to stand behind their work. Keep up the great work!

The entire experience, from walking in the door to walking out with the keys to our brand new 2021 Ram 1500, was unlike any other dealership experience.AJ (Arthur Valdez) was the dealer that had assisted us, and from the minute we stepped in the door he had my family’s best interest in mind. He was not there just for the sale. My wife and I actually had thought we would be better off waiting a few more months to save up a little more for a down payment, and AJ had no hard feelings and instead just given us tips to ensure we would be in the right place when we were ready.At that time, James Kluna, one of the managers came by and greeted us and listened to our needs. He could understand why we wanted to wait, but to counter those points, he ended up offering us more money for our trade (which was higher than NADA clean trade-in value) and more money off of the truck we were interested in.I am not by any means new to buying vehicles at dealerships, whether that be for personal or business, and I can honestly say that this was the smoothest and friendliest transaction to date.All of our future needs for CDJR vehicles will certainly be through AJ, James and their team over at the Autonation in Spring!P.S.- their inventory is virtually unmatched. I had an appointment for an oil change. Checking in was easy. The waiting area is huge with a coffee bar and two vending machines. Also comfortable chairs and several tables with chairs. Free WiFi was available. I was there for almost 1.5 hours for an oil change plus all the checks that are done.

The time of them having my vehicle, it took me a week to get a appointment to even have my car looked. The customer service was very unsatisfactory . I have never had to leave my vehicle with a dealership over 3 days. The communication was just not there. I had spoke with the same service representative when I got my oil changed.

After creating an appointment to get my oil changed through their appointment system, I promptly showed at the time of my appointment, This is where I found that there was a 2 and 1/2 hour delay. I said, no really, because I have an appointment. I quickly realized that the appointment system at AutoNation does not really mean anything.Because some of the service departments have closed during COVID, the work backlog is difficult to manage. The best solution is to drop you auto off at the service department when it is convenient to you. Forget the appointment system. Show up a couple hours later and get your car back.This is what I did and it seemed like they did a good job changing the oil and a mediocre job of washing it, but I was not there for the car wash.

Bought my truck from here at the beginning of January of 2021. Not one time did I get a call or email that my registration sticker was there waiting. I had to get a oil change done and mind you this is now May of 2021. I called up and all you get is the run around cause you guys wont hire someone to sit up front and answer phone calls and look at the mail coming in and contact people. Come to find out that my registration sticker was back to dealership 2 or 3 weeks later in January. Surely you can do better with your customers.Service Dept. needs to work on things. No one answers the phone when you get transferred and then leave a message for a call back. It Never Happens. They do not do appointments like other dealerships and this would be very helpful to have. There is no reason someone should have to sit around for 2-3 hours for a oil change!!

We drove to AutoNation from out of town because they had a lot of stock and good dealer discounts. I made an online inquiry and set up an appointment. We felt their listed discounts and online trade in quote were good, which they quoted in writing. Anthony called in advance to answer some questions, and he had the van ready to drive when we arrived. We closed the deal at the exact quoted price, no surprises, and Anthony was quick to get our paperwork done and on our way. This was a great experience with no hassles. We were happy to buy here and will shop here again.

Worst AutoNation that I have even been to. Would not recommend it to family, friends or even my worse enemy. Very poor with communicating with customers. Got a used vehicle from them late March and just now receiving my license plate and registration. Tried to communicate with my sales guy about the situation prior to today and he unexpectedly transferred locations. Contacted this location about my license plate yesterday and miraculously they got it the same day. Don’t not come to this location if you want good customer service.

Service Department Juan Reyes did not call during the day to provide vehicle status updates. Failed to review the ticket in advance for accuracy and had to call me back. Hung up the phone in my face twice intentionally.Matter was escalated to Jonathan and Kara (his leadership) to investigate upon my arrival. Jonathan and Kara were both active listeners and attentive to the matter.This is the second Service person in seven (7) years that has hung up in my face intentionally. While I recommend the dealership I caution against who may be the agent assisting you. Ask for Daisy, Rene (male) or Sally. They are superior.

As a person who never writes reviews - good or bad - this is an important message for anyone considering doing business with AutoNation in Spring, TX. Do not waste your time. I was lied to, repeatedly, over multiple days as I checked status on a vehicle which I was told was mine.I signed paperwork which miraculously disappeared. I offered to pay a deposit and was ready to pay full cash price if required with my checkbook in hand for the vehicle to reserve it the day I was at the dealership. It needed to be detailed and some body work completed before it was ready for me to take home. I took them at their word.Apparently this dealership found a better buyer over the week and a half of fake status updates - hoping I would go away, no doubt. I have to assume there was financing or more money involved for them as there is not another explanation. Regardless, this dealership is the epitome of the slimy used car business you always read about. Please leverage my experience and do business elsewhere where there is a sense of decency and doing whats right by the customer - you wont regret it.

Keith was great, some of the others ehhh! Rude and lazy would be an understatement. My appointment was a 1030. Keith explained that AutoNation didnt gave my filter and would need to get it from GM. I was early thinking its only an oil change 🙄. My car sat in the same spot until after 2 pm. I didnt get my car back until almost 3........and they say i didnt even need the filter. My problem is why make the appointment at 1030???? My car never moved for hours. Why not set the appointment at 230??? Why not order the filter when I made the appointment???? So many questions........This experience was so frustrating after this service I drove to Katy to cancel the service plan.......after being told I couldnt cancel the plan in Spring. Id rather pay out of pocket and use my time wisely. I have two car from them both with service plans......need I say this was not the first time AutoNation consumed my day for an oil change, but it was the last.

Keith and the team were very helpful. Walked us thrift entire process of repairs and was very accurate on everything from wait time to cost over and above what our powertrain covered. They even discussed future maintenance and how our extended warranty worked. In addition Keith advise that we bring it back to them as opposed to the third party we bought the vehicle from. I highly recommend this service center. And being that I am from a family that works in the auto industry on the service side. I am highly critical. These guys did a great job. Five stars.
