Horrible service department! Told my wife she needed a new engine! I changed the oil now it runs, drives, and sounds like new! I took my wife’s truck to them on another occasion and they said she needed a new transmission! I changed the oil on the transmission and now it drives and shifts gears like bran new! Both occasions we sat for 6-8 hours without any vehicle and no updates on our vehicle! When I talked to the service manager about these situations he called me an idiot and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about! I’m a Ford certified tech with credentials! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
