Fraudulent activity and card skimming at this place. I bought 2 cans of 134a refrigerant on 10/11/2021 around 4pm using my card at the store and it was my only transaction. Then at 1am on 10/12/2021, my card was unauthorized used to order 1500$ tires from tire.com. Good thing my bank detect the fraudulent purchase and stopped it. Whoever, the manager or owner of this store, you better keep track of your employees and protect your customers financial information. Please be aware when using your card at this store.

A customer had a starter that failed and I came in to get a replacement as it was an Advanced Auto part. I came into this knowing that the stores are not interconnected like O’Reilly and Autozone, so I made sure I had the information they needed. This same starter had previously failed October 2019 and I was able to get a warranty replacement for my customer. I had the Bar code they needed to look things up but it needed a Manager to dig and get the required info. Malakai was who originally helped me and did everything he could. The manager stood idly by hearing the conversation and wasn’t interested in helping me get this resolved. I came to this same store October 2019 and they were able to get me a replacement for my Customer’s truck. Now it’s a much different story and they chose to leave me and my customer hanging.

The customer service representatives in that store are excellent. They display patience with me to understand the project that I was working on and assisted me in purchasing the right parts that made my job easy. They were very knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions with a simple solution, which made my experience Pleasant.

I bought a headlight bulb and tried to change it myself. I wound up removing the wrong light bulb and thinking the replacement didn’t fit. My bad.The person at the store when I went back was very helpful and not at all condescending. He showed me the right bulb to change and walked out with me and talked me through it. He didn’t try and take over and he even went and got an umbrella to hold for me when it started drizzling. This is a fabulous location.

Convenient location, mostly knowledgeable guys, much better than Autozone or Oreilly! New manager is great.

I was here today, 4/15/21, around 7:00 pm to get brake pads for my car and I received exceptional customer service from Patrick. This is probably the third time Ive had to stop at Advance Auto Parts since it opened, but in those three times hes helped me. Patrick is an asset to this company and location. Thank you again!

I am used to Napa, AutoZone and OReilly. Pricing felt a bit higher and less promotions and discounts.

My headlight bulb on my car went out. I stopped by to replace it. Unfortunately, it had overheated and fused to the part that it was attached to. So it will take a bit more effort to complete the job. However, Dawn L was very nice and professional. She did her best to assist me in every way possible. 5 stars! 🌟

Staff service varies from location to location it seems they are very helpful if they want to be and not just if they are busy. Spent over $300 and had to go to 4 different stores to pick up items and return items that werent correct. My wife picked up a part that was closed with scotch tape I went to return and guy at the store says its missing hardware you have to go to the original store now Im heading there hoping I get my money back.. to be continued..
