I had called in advance to see if they had the parts I need. To which they told me I would have to order them and have them shipped to this location, but I would have to go in and pay first, which was fine. I went 20 minutes before closing on a Wednesday, I understand its the end of the day ready to go home, customer service is not always that great. Then I returned that follow Saturday at noon. HORRIBLE customer service!! I entered the center and no good afternoon or well be with you in just a minute. I stood there for approximately 6 minutes without being acknowledged. While the three people behind the counter talked amongst themselves. For the most part I would get most of my part here, but I think that may change.

They had the part i wanted for my F550, was looking all over houston. Good service

Chris the manager at this location is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful with the customers and getting the correct part for your vehicle.

I have been doing business with these guys since it was called US Parts back 27 years ago or so. I only talked to Ed for 20 something years, and when he moved on I got hooked up with Mary in Spring, and she has always done a great job for me!Standup guys, I remember them eating a bunch of US Parts warranty parts when they didnt have to.

Not a customer service orientated place employees considered rude, will try to make purchases elsewhere in the future. Would rate zero stars if possible

Old tired store plan, . Greasy dirty place.But good prices and plenty of oem car parts...hidden away in a warehouse where you can not find them.

Always have more options and better prices than anywhere else. I dont buy auto parts anywhere else anymore

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I called in with questions about part for my vehicle, and the man was absolutely incompetent!!! Worst service I have ever experienced. Man was not knowledgeable at all!!!

This place is ridicules!!! If you dont have your receipt you cant exchange anything under warranty... they have their accounts all messed up and are so rude and not willing to make the customer happy.. weve used this place for years and now they could care less.. I think they delete accounts so they can get your money...

Parts supply is great, front counter guy always seems grumpy and unwilling to help

Feb 8 2019 just came into the store over off 2920 about a fitting, the guy didnt check anything looked at me like deer in headlights said ( naaa we dont have anything). Just my experience.

Knowledgeable staff with decent prices, and also carry some hard to find items as well.

Horrible service. I called about a tail light, they had it I needed it went to go get it, got there before 5 on a Saturday and they said they were closed and wouldnt help me
