Brought my truck and trailer here, so obviously my tires need to be fully inflated. They put my front tires to 75, and back tires to 60. Once again I left a discount tire and had to complete the work myself.

My tire light came on and I stopped by, the young man with a big smile filed all my ties to the right lbs of air. Thank you so much!!

My Fiat Bella is always hard to get tires for so I almost always have to order them. I made an easy online appointment and then Chris from the Louetta store kept contact with me until they arrived, had a great tow recommendation and then got them mounted within an hour of her arrival. And even though I was set for text updates, he called me to make sure I knew I could head up there. Great guy! Also, I walked in, they handed me my keys and I was out in 10 seconds. Niiiiiiice.

Since Ive moved here in 2016, Ive only used the tire shop. Never had a problem with them. Best group of guys and managers. I guess today was very busy. I had an appointment at 0845 just for balance and rotate. Just got out at 1015. They said they got my truck mixed up with another one. Dont worry Ill still be using this store. Just a bump in the road.

Great service. They are busy, but get your needs handled quickly, especially if you make an appointment. I had a flat, but it turns out that I also needed two new tires. Rather than try to upsell me, they looked at what tires were on my car and gave me several comparable options. As usual, I am happy with my experience.

Went to air up tires and the TPMS did not shut off rather it started blinking. Turns out two of the TPMS needed replacing. They were able to get me in right away and in about an hours time I was on my way.

Their staff was courteous and professional, everyone was wearing masks and respectful of social distancing. Discount Tire really honors their warranty and certificates. I highly recommend.

Really find this team reliable! Discount has been getting our business for years and this is a great location...clean and helpful. I feel like they listened, cared, and worked with me to do the best for both vehicle and safety! Note: If you are heading east on Louetta you will need to turn around to get into the parking lot. There is a Subway, McDonalds and Starbucks within walking distance too!

Usually I have seen greed and unethical behaviors but here it was utterly professional. They fixed two leaks in my tire but didnt charge me a single penny. I was so impressed I tipped the guy $20. Wow! So fast. I had an appointment at 2:15 to replace 2 tires. Knew what i needed going in. At 2:36 they were finished and I was on my way. I brought a book and my lunch expecting it to take way longer. Very clean place and the people are professional.

Amazing customer service! Stopped in for free air check. Turns out the 2020 4 runner has a TPMS monitor on spare. They took the time to drop the spare, take it into the shop and inflate it to proper pressure (all for free!).

A little pricey but reasonable. Very welcoming.

I came here last year when I ran over a sharp tool and punctured two tires. One was savable and the other was not. Thank GOD I purchased their warranty on all four of my tires because this weekend I came to get a tire air fill and the staff member who assisted let me know there was a nail in my tire. I appreciate him letting me know because I had no idea. I came back on Saturday and the warranty covered a FREE replacement even though I did not purchase the tire from there. In an age where you don’t know if warranties are worth it or a sales pitch, trust me and get this warranty.The staff at this location are always direct, but professional. I appreciate that making an appointment shortens the wait time. I like that they moved some chairs outside so we didn’t have to wait inside since some patrons decided they didn’t need to wear a mask.We will always return here for tires because we get a 5 star experience each time.

Been a customer of discount for a long time, but I’ve never had a problem like I had recently. I’m a big Michelin guy there really is a difference in the quality. Anyway I had to get a brand new set of tires for my van it was some new kind of Michelin that was out so I gave them a shot. The van shook pretty bad after the fact. I had a hard time believing it was a tire so I fixed several other things on the van. It’s still shook. I went back to the store a few times never mentioned my problem just had the basic maintenance like balancing done to see if I could figure it out. Long story short I finally determined it was the tires called this location spoke with Jason it was probably the most painless and awesome transaction I’ve ever had to do. He got me squared away honored and warranted out all of my tires. I ended up with tires that I like a whole lot better. Now the problem is 100 Percent solved. I didn’t have to argue with anybody I didn’t have to fuss or fight Jason just made things happen so for what it’s worth ladies and gentlemen discount tire I’ve always said is awesome now I’m one of the customers that actually had a problem that needed assistance and their customer service was exceptional. I will always be a loyal customer thank you again Jason you gentlemen rock as always .

Always experience great service here. Just stopped in to get a tire patched and they were courteous and efficient. I was not given a hard time about the work required. Social distancing was being observed but I noticed that not all associates in the inside sales area had their masks on and/or were wearing them incorrectly. Otherwise great experience as always.

John knocked it out of the park again, replacing the tires on my 5 series with some nice sticky new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. Im always apprehensive about having tires mounted on any of my wheels, but John took care and returned them back to me every bit as nice as they were before. Its relieving to know I have a place I can take my car and wheels and not have to worry.

I am very unhappy with Discount Tires because I have been coming to this location for years. I have seen my vehicle passed a number of times. I would not expect them to treat a customer like this. A 45 min job is going into one plus hours. I need look for a new tire service for my family. Don’t blame it on your system when they came in and went out in the same order after I checked in.

I went to get my tires rotated and balanced and DYLAN at the 4918 Louetta location attempted to tell me he couldnt rotate my tires because my tread was too low. I saw him test my tires and they were all on Green. I respectfully disagreed and asked to speak with the manager.When EDDIE the manager went to check he confirmed that the tires had tread to be rotated. I have purchased tires for 6 vehicles and I have been a loyal customers for over 20+yrs.DYLAN definitely needs more training on customer service although Management seems to have the right frame of mind its NOT being transferred to the customer.

This is exactly what car service should be like. The staff was courteous, competent, informative, and did not waste any of my time.Service took about 20 minutes total, and I could watch it through the window as I sat using their Wi-Fi. Everything was exactly what I needed, and the price was competitive with any alternative.They emailed me a receipt, which was a nice touch as I rarely track things on paper any longer.They even offered to handle my missing hubcap, which I declined for other reasons, and were respectful about my declining.

Ive been using this location for my tires for over 10 years. I have a BMW 7 with 19 run flats, and those notoriously are noisy and dont last long. The service guys helped me find a brand that lasted quite a bit longer than the factory ones, and were quieter. I put a lot of miles on my car, and I estimate that because of the better mileage of their recommended tires I have had to purchase one fewer set of tires over the life of my vehicle. At over $1K per pop, that is much appreciated.

The employees at Discount Tire have always been very helpful. Weve been using them for years. I really hate that they close the store on FM 1960 and welcome Lane. But the store on Louetta did a very good job.

Is about the only place I go now to get tires for my cars or new rims. I find the sales staff to be pretty helpful and the team doing the work in the garage seemed like a good group of guys and gals. They have been very respectful to my classic car and when it came to price matching they were more than happy to work with me.

Place is useless unless you have tires bought from them. Have a 2012 ram 2500 with venom powers. Had some kid sent out to my truck and had to listen to this kid lie to my face and waste a half hour of my time. Came out with a condescending attitude and lied about my tires feathering (other tire shop asked me if discount was the one who said that) and then lied about my tires being too small to avoid doing the work since it was so late in the day. Drove down the road and they knocked out a balance and rotation for me 5 mins before closing time. Stop hiring lazy kids.
