I would love to give no stars. Went in looking for a different vehicle. They had a used one with 9000 miles on it but no price listed. The salesman Chris, took my keys to get my truck appraised and find out the price of the vehicle on their lot. Almost 20 minutes later, he comes back with inflated prices and I hadn’t even been on a test drive. I know what my truck is worth and I know the approximate retail price of what I was looking at. The price was jacked up almost $10000! I’m not stupid. I said it was a waste of time and he yelled at me and said I was rude even though I never raised my voice and said thank you. I will never be back to that dealership. It was not professional and I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner.
I worked with Brett Seversen at Planet Ford. He’s been my Service Advisor before. Brett is very helpful. He knows what he’s doing. Trust is a big deal to me and Brett is trustworthy. And I would give high marks to the other staff as well.

I had a great experience with Planet Ford in Spring. They honored the Costco discount program pricing where other dealerships in the area stopped doing so. Drove all the way out to Planet Ford from Austin because of their pricing.Alex Campos was great to work with during the purchase process. It took several months for my new truck to arrive, but Alex was great throughout the longer-than-usual process.
Jessica Pittman is literally the best!! We had to get our daughter’s vehicle towed to Planet Ford due to her keys being lost/stolen. Jessica kept in constant contact with us when it turned out they had to order a new set to program. She made this already stressful ordeal so easy to handle. Jessica is an amazing at what she does and deserves a raise, promotion and bonus!
Had a terrible experience with Planet Ford today, we had scheduled an appointment for a test drive for a vehicle today, but they have sold the vehicle without letting us know and we were told about it when we arrived the dealership, and the ‘manager’ arrogantly told us it was because we did not make a deposit for that vehicle. I understand that the market is good there are more demands than inventory but I think that we at least deserve to know if it’s sold over a text message or a phone call; I also understand it might be a internal mistake, but I don’t think giving us the attitudes would fix it. We have been coming to this dealership for over 2 years, not only we have bought 2 cars from here, but we have also spent more than 20k over maintenance for all of our vehicles. Will not be coming back to a business without integrity like this.

Planet Ford service department goes above and beyond. We had my sons car checked out before heading back to college. After a thorough inspection of the car, they changed oil and rotated his tires. And tested his battery. I feel better knowing his car will be safe on the road driving to Lubbock. Thanks for the outstanding service and friendly environment.
If I could put zero stars I would unfortunately I was referred here by State Farm insurance company stating that this horrible body shop was accredited and they added more dents to my 2021 SUV more damage to my inside of my SUV and underbelly of my SUV how who knows but they painted my SUV 4 times to still be the incorrect color and paint in different parts of the non damaged parts and then kept it for a month and kept telling us it was perfect and we would show up to more damage done and now the doors aren’t on correctly and it’s back a collision center to be redone due to their lack of knowledge to fix a 2021 Ford and now no one wants to answer us in regards to parts they owe us DON’T USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT OR THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR MORE AND BLAME FACTORY ROBOTS!!!!! WORSE SHOP EVER

Mine was a complicated repair. My tailgate opened, while driving, and the horse trailer I was pulling crimped the right corner of the tailgate! The damaged corner made it nearly impossible to pull out the extension ladder! The tailgate popping open while driving, apparently was a manufacture’s defect and a recall was sent out! My damage was a direct result of the recall issue, so, it had to be coordinated with Detroit on how to handle the repair or the replacement of the tailgate. Michael Almendarez, in the body shop, coordinated the effort, along with his Boss, Michael Dennis! They replaced the damaged tailgate! The replacement was fast and the work was outstanding! Prior to picking up my truck, Michael sent it to wash! Detailed, inside and out, was what I received! My F-350 came back looking brand new! I was pleasantly surprised! I can buy a new truck, for a similar cost, from numerous dealerships! It is the after purchase maintenance and repairs that are the most important issue. Planet Ford stands above all others in service and if it’s a body issue, ask for Michael Almendarez. He did an outstanding job on a complicated and coordinated fix! As a result, I remain a satisfied and loyal customer of Planet Ford!

Chad Jennings was great to find me the best deal and he made sure to show me all my options. They were both amazing and made my experience of getting my first car amazing .
Probably the best and most prompt customer service I received ever, even though it was a recall repair with zero out of pocket. Got the runaround from other dealerships, but not this particular location. Monique, in particular, took the time to educate me and help me out even though I can tell she was exceedingly busy. My next car is going to be another Ford because of this service level.
The place is exceptionally clean. Service is greatly, beyond belief. They are as transparent as can be. They definitely offer the best prices and options between Mcallen and Orange Texas. Alex was great! Until we received the vehicle. We had a few issues brakes squealing. Took it to our local dealer they said brakes and rotors were bad. They did not disclose it was hauling a fifth wheel.. just covered up the hitch. Back door would not open handle messed up. Told we had to talk to Charlie Tatum the used car manager, spoke with Him he was the most unprofessional, rude man! Would not do anything! We paid them over $ 70,000 for this vehicle!BUYERS BEWARE!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I have been without a car for two weeks now. They do nothing to help and the customer service team acts aggressive. They blame their poor service situation on covid, but how hard is it to reimburse a rental if they sold their loaner fleet? Very simple measures could’ve been taken to provide good service. This place simply seems to not be willing.
I have always received excellent service with all departments at Ford! They did a great job on the bodywork to my car! Very pleased!
Took my car in Monday for 2 recall fixes. Advisor said would take 3-4 days and if they needed any longer they would contact me. It’s now been a week and they’ve only repaired one of the recalls and don’t know how long it will take to finish the other one. They made no effort to inform me of the extra time needed. I had to call and message them multiple times to even find out anything. When I spoke to them today, they said they would call me back with an estimated time but have not done so. I have been without transportation for a week and have had to rely on other people to take me to and from work because they don’t even offer a loaner. At this point I just want my car back.
Brett!! I can’t praise him and his service team enough! Had a bad experience at a dealership down south and was told to come here by a few friends. Before I even came to my appointment he had helped me over the phone multiple times. During my appointments he went above and beyond anyone I’ve worked with! He was constantly communicating with me and a pleasure to work with!
Super accommodating when you pull up. Then once you are ‘shopping’ and not necessarily ready to buy that day be prepared to be stuck and feel like your at a time share presentation. Have actually already been approved by Ford Motor Credit but I didn’t let them know that. Won’t be buying from this dealership even though they actually had a vehicle I liked.
Second time trying to take my car in for a recall fix on the breaks of my Ford Fusion. I took it in Monday and told Ford I have a trip Friday afternoon so if they can’t get it done by then I’ll take it another time. On Thursday I learned it won’t be done until Monday… Ford did not provide a loaner or a rental car like most decent dealerships would do for a recall warranty. They said if I were to pick up the car I’d have to sign a statement that I rejected the recall and now I’m without a car and have a trip in a few hours. Will 100% not be going back to this dealership. I am in the market for a new vehicle and will never buy Ford car/product in my life time and will tell anyone else to stay away because they leave their customers without a car for the mistake they made on their bad design. Like I stated previously the last time I tried to take this car in for the same warranty I was told it would take over 3 weeks… I’ve been waiting on this recall for over 2 years and now that is approved it’s almost impossible to get it completed.Now I will have to waste hundreds of dollars on Uber due to this dealership’s incompetence and lack of customer support or care.One positive note is the service advisor Brett has been very timely in his communications to me and has tried everything he can do on his end to help out but it looks like the decision makers do not care about their customers.This is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review on any company or product and I’ve had some bad experiences in my life. Do not take your car to this dealership and do not support it but buying your car here. They do not care about their customers time or well being.

Im a verifiable customer at this particular location because of the service and location.... But Im getting they dont want my business vibes after speaking to their unprofessional, lack of empathy, and customer service representative Ms. Jessica!! 😳🙄😑
Service was fast and covered by a warranty. Do not like the way the service people readjusted everything that could be changed: seat position, seat recline, for both driver and passenger, all the mirrors, radio station, AC controls. Why can’t they just leave that stuff alone?
We have less than 3 months left on a lease, transmission goes bad and they say it’s a warranty issue so no problem. They should have it diagnosed within 4 WEEKS and probably fixed within 6-8 weeks. We ask for a loaner and they say sure, there should be one available in 4-5 weeks… We now have to rent a car while paying for a lease on a car we probably will never see again. They will not reimburse a rental.Updated rating as they fixed a loaner after a week. This helps a lot.
My car has been in the shop for 2 months already going on 3. Couldn’t get a rental due to a shortage of vehicles. I have a 2020 car and a part went on its own I was told, not because how I drive it or anything. In this time I have never received any updates, it’s always me who calls them. I was given a date that the part would come in a while back and the part never came, I was never given a reason why it didn’t come in either. When they finally received the part they told me in 2 weeks my car would be ready, it’s been 2 weeks already and now they’re prolonging the time because they ran in to some issues I was told. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.
My boyfriend had his vehicle serviced under his warranty and dropped it off on May 11 due to his AC going out. We did not get it back until June 16th due largely to incompetence on the dealerships part. First off, they LOST the part theyd ordered for his car. So not only were we in limbo for double the amount of time waiting for car parts, but we also had a hell of a time trying to get a rental vehicle. They dont have rentals, which is fine..but they didnt offer to even set one up for us from another company for our trouble. They acted completely without regard to the fact that my he works full time and had no vehicle FOR MORE THAN A MONTH (mainly due to them losing the part) - so he had to borrow a vehicle from a family member.However, the best part of the whole ordeal is the fact that this dealership had his car for almost 40 DAYS, and his AC still DOES NOT WORK. We picked it up yesterday and it worked for all of 2 hours before going out again. So now we will likely have to send the car back in only to wait another whole month for them to fix it..again. 😄 All that this dealership was worried about throughout our whole experience was bickering with the warranty company. They constantly played the blame game, blaming the warranty company for EVERYTHING. While I acknowledge there’s fault on both ends, it is NOT the warranty company who fixed” the vehicle, which is STILL having issues, and it is not the warranty company that took a whole month to get our car back to us and lost the part for his car. Customer service is severely lacking at this location.
Great vehicle ordering experience with Lauren Forgie and her internet sales team. Dealership is one of the nicest locations I have visited and people are friendly. Their QuickLane service center is my go to for oil changes, brakes, batteries, etc. Overall positive experiences with Planet Ford. 👍🏻

My car was towed to Planet Ford on a Wednesday morning, but I didnt hear from them again until I contacted them on Friday afternoon. They repaired my car appropriately, but as I drove away, I realized that part of my interior door trim was missing. They claim that the car arrived in that condition, but when I left my vehicle on Wednesday, that trim piece was still there. I asked how much it would cost to replace the part, but they never got back to me. Overall, its been a frustrating experience at Planet Ford.
I bought a used Jeep Renegar 2017, from the first day I noticed a small leak of a liquid, I assumed it was normal because it had been washed to deliver, since a week of use the amount of leakage was greater and I checked it and it was oil and the The engine cover was missing apparently never had it and I spoke with the salesperson and she told me to take everything I had to buy to repair and the agency did not respond because I did not buy a maintenance or warranty policy, in a few words they ripped me off and the truck has cost me 1,200 dollars to prepare.Tengan cuidado
My recent experience at Planet Ford in Spring was the best ever. My car was so sick it had to be towed. It was dead on arrival. My Service Adviser, Daniel Alvarado was easy to talk to and kept me advised as the team repaired my Ford Focuss technical problem. His calm personality helped me get thru this process. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Planet Ford, and will recommend them in the future.

Worst Ford Dealership.Had an appt to test drive and buy a Mach E. Drove across town and arrived on time. They had three cars in stock out front. Salesman were showing two of the to other interested couples. When our turn came they claimed not to be able to find the keys. ??? Looking out the window they were still showing the cars (doors open) to other people. . Asked for the manager (David) he had no explanation... just kept repeating they could not find the keys. While we looked out the windows and watch two salesman drive away in the cars with missing keys. Ford 0 Tesla 1. So easy to book a test drive and buy with Tesla without prejudice and discrimination.
I had the greatest truck buying experience ever in my life. This place is awesome. They do what they say, no run around, no hassling, no haggling, so friendly, treated me life family.
It seems like the Planet Ford service department has given up and are not even trying anymore. With complete disregard for customer service they go straight into aggressive combat mode. Never going back here, this place has gone mad.

Very professional and helpful staff. Brought my F-150 Raptor in for service and battery that had died at the two year point of ownership. The battery was diagnosed and replaced under warranty and oil change service completed with about an hour and thirty minutes, truck wash and return.Excellent Service!

Bought a 2020 Edge with 2100 miles on it. A couple of weeks later the pre collision assist sensor quit working. When I took it in for repair, they claimed it was some road trash that broke it. Of course they never showed me the part so I don’t know if this is true or not, doubtful. Now there are bare wires hanging in the bumper where the sensor was. Also the Humble store is definitely not a friendly place
Had the most wonderful experience with Raymond Kellermann when buying my new truck. He was so accommodating and fun! If you want someone that will make a somewhat stressful thing actually enjoyable, go see Raymond!

I own a 2020 Mustang GT with 13,800 miles, the transmission on the car is giving me major problems so i dropped the car off at the dealer on August 18th for repairs and was told it may take 3-4 weeks before they could look at it to determine the issue, it is now September 30th and the car has not yet been looked at and I could not get anyone on the phone even after calling a dozen times over the last two weeks. I went to the dealer today to find out what is going on with my car only to be told it has not been on a lift nor will it go to a lift for another month or possibly two. So i moved my car to Doggett Ford today and they will have it in the shop within the next week. Planet Ford has lost my business, i have bought 3 vehicles from them in the last 5 years and today they lost my business, I will now go to Doggett or Tomball Ford for my vehicles. Perhaps even change manufacturers.
We’ve purchased over three different vehicles, luckily we’ve never had a recall until recently . Even though our vehicle was under warranty they didn’t care . Even though our vehicle had a recall for that very issue, they didn’t care . We were told when we bought the vehicle it was checked and thoroughly gone thru but they lied. Certain pieces were once superglued together by the previous owner and THEY failed to notice that before that vehicle hit the sales floor. So now we are dealing with fixing this out of pocket. Don’t go here, spend your hard earned money somewhere else .****post your bad reviews but seems like they’re customer service department only has automated responses to bad reviews.
Great service for a warranty related issue with 2021 ford ranger fuel pump. Unfortunately they were out of loaner vehicles which made it more challenging to work but staff and passion more than made up for the issues

I bought ford explorer 2020 and sent to Planet twice for one guarantee claim: driver seat plastic went out, first time September 2020 and repaired within 4 days, the same went out and sent July 2021, after 2nd day Planet says need back order should be arriving August 23,2021, since then i call them 2-3 times, no one responsible for delivery of simple part (plastic, not essential like chip), very bed services of Planet ford and poor quality of Ford explorer. Not recommend to do any after sales services at Planet ford.
Was told that a car was available that I was interested in so I ran my credit thru Ford then never got a response from them until I decided to contact them again... then salesman tells me a deposit was put on the car and that the customer would be picking up the car tomorrow.. So ran my credit to purchase a car that was pretty much sold already.. salesman never told me a deposit was put down on the car.
Love this place! They always take care of me when I visit. Also thanks for having Quicklane available so I can get my oil changed done on Sundays. Yall are awesome.

Beautifully updated facility with modern attributes and numerous amenities. The teamwork environment is a reality at this location. The sales staff was knowledgeable about their products. Everyone I met (some just in passing) was friendly and complimentary of the owner. We ran a little late in the finance area because of the backup of deals but all went very smoothly there as well. You have to see this place to appreciate it.
My vehicle repair went smoothly and completion ahead of schedule! I thorough appreciate Rene for his open communication style and for remaining professional at all times! Can’t say the same for all of the other present staff, but my dedicated individual was spot on!
I have been coming to this Ford location for 3 years and I absolutely love the service I receive. The staff is very professional and always helpful. The maintenance team make sure they run a diagnostic check every time I come in to get services. When I had to leave my vehicle to get serviced for a few days, they even offered me a ride home. The work done was completed. However customer service is important as well. David was very nice and helpful. The other staff....not so much. My wife picked up my truck and the way they spoke to her was unnecessary. Very rude and snobby. Little did the associate know I was on the phone. Probably wont return. Customer service is key.

Nice work from Body Shop, but do get your quote in writing before the work is done and as usual. Unfortunately, I was quoted a price over the phone to have an aftermarket spoiler installed, then I left the car at the dealership early in the morning before the body shop opened and I did not receive a written quote. When I picked up my car after the work was completed I immediately noticed that Joseph Tazioli had increased the price he originally quoted by about $60. When I inquired about the increase he said it probably seemed higher because of the added taxes. I guess he didnt realize that I could add. Fortunately I could easily afford both prices and after that type of treatment it was easier for me to pay the inflated price than to expend any additional energy on Joseph Tazioli. So, BUYER BEWARE and Ill find comfort in knowing that this review may help the next person that chooses to deal with the Body Shop at Planet Ford.

If I could give 100 stars, I would... Purchasing my sons first vehicle was very enjoyable. Ben, our salesman, was very courteous and professional. He paid attention to our needs and exceeded our expectations. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Sales team was AMAZING! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However, service is another story. We’re really starting to regret leaving Lexus, especially with the amount of money we spent (twice as much as we would have a Lexus). That being said, I do understand Lincoln has had tremendous growth, this past year, and doesn’t have the capacity in the service department to keep up with demand (we are talking 30+ days to get an appointment and last time they had my car, it was there for exactly 30 days, I’ve only had it 8 months and it’s been at the dealership for 50+ days) Planet Ford should really consider finding Planet Lincoln its own dealership, otherwise they won’t be able to provide the kind of service Lincoln owners expect.
Originally worked with Jordan. He did great to help us out and was straight forward. We went back to purchase and unfortunately Jordan couldnt help us, but he hooked us up with Alex. Alex was patient and accommodating. He showed us a few trucks and let us bicker back and forth about two or three trucks before we settled on the one. Highly recommend Alex and Jordan at Planet Ford on 45. We worked with a different Alex on a few add-ons. He was easy going and sold us exactly what we asked for, but made sure we got better quality. Andrew, in finance was great and made sure we got the payments we wanted, too! Great experience for sure!!

Worst and most humiliating experience at a car dealership ever. I was in the market for a new vehicle. Decided to go with a truck this time around. Found one I liked on the web and salesman contacted me and made appointment for me to come look at it and test drive. I loved the truck and was super excited. We go inside all seemed well and looks like there was an approval from finance. So Im with finance signing documents while theyre washing my new truck. Finance manager said bank was closed and that I could take the vehicle home and come back 2 days later to finalize everything. Basic yo yo financing tactic. So I took the truck home and presumed it was mine. I begin looking around for the window sticker and noticed that the the truck was only rear wheel drive but the outside sticker of the truck says 4x4. I messaged them about this but never got an answer back about the discrepancy. Figured I would just talk them when I go back up there. So i decided to back up there and brought my 2 kids a 3 year and 5 year old. Finance begins to tell me the financing fell through which is bs. I asked them about the vehicle discrepancy and they said probably a manufacturer mistake. Guess you can be the judge of that. So basically I had to give the truck back and get my trade in back. So there i go with my kids back to the lot to unload their car seats and everything. They were heartbroken and didnt understand what was happening. I waited there in humiliation as everyone watch me unload everything and wait for my car to come around in the blazing heat. I would avoid this place. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I did get my truck but at Tomball FORD. No issues with finance and everything went smooth. Was actually a great experience there. Sad to see some places use shady tactics still.
I get diagnosed by my doctor faster than this place diagnoses vehicle problems. Planet Fords bad service is the only customer care on offer, so do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the COVID exists (because it does).
Would not recommend this dealer. I bought a 2021 f-250 truck from them and traded in a 2014 f-250. They did not remove the license plates from trade and allowed a employee to drive my trade-in and they ran toll booths for a couple months and I received a bill for tolls, I made the dealership aware of the problem and they blew me off. I made several attempts to talk to a manager and they were too busy. Never buy from them
Came here looking for a pre-owned truck for my brother that we seen online, but we arrived it had already been sold. No problem, they were able to find something similar and at the same price, after a little negotiating. The customer service was great and we were really please at the flexibility from their behalf. They were a little pushy, but nothing to complain about, if less I would have felt they were not interested in my business though. I will definitely recommend and shop there in the future. 4 stars only because Im picky and not because of them.
Sales support by Francisco Hernandez was outstanding helping me make important decisions on options and financing . I would not hesitate purchasing another Mustang or car from Planet Ford and recommend them highly. Support after the sale was also outstanding as they worked with my busy schedule to install window tint, clear shield and tire locks.
Our wheelchair converted van sat for days before being diagnosed. Once diagnosed, the replacement part was on back order with no foreseeable ETA when part would become available. Per service advisor, they had checked everywhere and could not find the part. I suggested they widen where they were looking. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager called us back and when we spoke to the service advisor again about this we were informed the manager(s) did not want to get involved and it was up to the service manager to deal with us.My husband did a quick (10 minutes) google search and immediately found 4 locations that had the part. He passed this information onto the service advisor.We had the part 3 days later in and installed.Advise for Planet Ford1. Be more customer oriented. Inexcusable that a manager would not step up and call us. Not only did this leave a bad taste in our mouths, it shows a lack of leadership and support for your subordinates.2. Leadership lacking3. Initiative, thinking out of the box, i.e., problem solving abilities poor.
I came in and I was like wow. I mean wow. This place is huge. The staff was amazing and worked super hard to create a deal for me. I was floored by the reception I got. I went from timid and unsure to excited to work a deal with this team. The follow up emails after a simple inquiry were impressive to me and meant a lot. They answered all of my questions and worked to get it done.
I am always greeted with a smile (can see their eyes) and a friendly hello. I will not take my car anywhere else for Maintence. They are fair and quick! I love my planet Ford Spring location!
