I brought in a 2020 Chrysler Voyager with body damage (all self inflicted) and these guys jumped on it right away. Several local body shops had no time for me, but Vics was there and very reassuring. They finished faster than expected and the quality of their repairs was fantastic. If I had one nit to pick, it was that they werent right around the corner from me. But 20 minutes from the house isnt too far to travel when it comes to great customer service. Highly recommend these fellas.

My car was fixed by another mechanic who messed it up we were short on funds and needed to leave it a couple of days while we got the funds and Chris worked with us on the storage price and got to the bottom of the problem and gave us a warranty so even after it repeated after getting them fixed it the first time due to another problem and he took that into consideration with pricing and our situation we just moved to Texas and they say everything is bigger here definitely the hearts of the people bc Chris was a angel in disguise everyone there is my window was sliding down so before I left I asked if they had something I could put in it to keep it up so I wouldn’t get wet if it rained they did even better it started with Chris and one of the mechanics I hate I didn’t catch their names (but I will in the future since these are our new technician) but it ended up with if not everyone almost everyone no exaggeration lol coming out to help they ended up taping it and I must say it haven’t moved yet lol but it’s really spoke volumes to the characters that something so small they all were willing to make sure I was taken care of and I wanted them and the world to know they are appreciated and awesome.

Once again, Vic Auto serviced my car with courteous and professional customer service. The lobby is clean, comfortable, and cool with black leather sofas and refreshments. A nice retreat from the hot muggy weather. In short, Vic Auto provides good quality service in a clean welcomed environment.

Vic and team took care of my 3500 Dodge keeping me in the loop the whole time on a variety of repairs I had been putting off. I could not be happier with the work and the professional way the process was handled. Some repairs were not even known until repairs were started and they fixed them at no additional charge in order to get the job done right. My spouse had a wreck and we had to tow our truck there for fixing and they did a great job fixing the truck meticulously to our satisfaction.

A quick oil change facility did a faulty filter replacement which ran my engine out of oil. VIC checked everything out and fortunately no damage, and did a PROPER oil and filter change. Also did a rear brake job. These guys are the best and highly recommend them!!

Doing a mod on my c7 zo6 corvette... which is requiring me to replace the rear bumper. I first took the new bumper to caliber collision... since i dealt with them in the past. For some reason... each time i took the bumper in... they told me to come back next week... that they were just too busy. After the second time they rejected me... i did a search for body shop and found Vics auto. Gave them a call... they were very helpful and answered all my questions. I took the bumper in hours later and met Vic. Very professional and knowledgeable. Left the bumper with Vic on Thursday... right before the 4th of July weekend... and picked it up on Tuesday. I was blown away... very clean job... no drips and looked OEM!... caliber collision never came close in the past to what Vics painter did. I can recommend this shop without any hesitation... and will use them again in the future. OUTSTANDING!!!

Vic is AMAZING! We took my fiances Civic Type-R in for a repair from a door ding. It appeared to us that there was paint transfer as well as the paint removed in one spot. We just wanted it repaired right and it to look like new. Vic took the time to look at the car and clean up the area to see what we wanted to do after that. He literally just wiped off the paint transfer and what we thought was removed paint in a matter of seconds. The car looks BRAND NEW and we couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided. They have gained a long term customer from us and we will be back with any and all of our vehicle needs.

I drove all the way from Austin to get my car fixed by Vic. He fought for me with my insurance company to make sure I got all new parts, not used ones like their preferred shop in Austin was quoting. Vic fixed my car right and fast. I was supremely impressed and will most definitely make the drive again if I need him!

Vic and his team did a perfect job on painting my front and rear bumpers. They give top notch customer service. Vic is honest and fair. Their ultimate goal is to have your vehicle returned to you as if you just bought it off the lot! Before they returned my car to me, Vic noticed that there were some discrepancies with the paint job, so they gave me a call and notified me that they needed an extra day as they wanted to address and fix the issue as they do not return vehicles to their customers with sub par work. The dealership of my Benz had told me a dent on the front side panel was too expensive to repair and would not even quote. I drove my car into Vics Collision & Repair and Vic personally looked at the dent, cleaned it up with some rubbing compound to remove any foreign matter and then gave me a very reasonably priced quote and scheduled an appointment. The dent is history, my car looks like new again, plus Vic provided transport same day of the repair to my office and back with Chris who was extremely courteous and helpful. Kudos for excellent work product and sterling customer service....

This was my second experience using Vics. The first experience was excellent with my wifes older vehicle. I like that they guarantee their work so I brought my older Yukon which was in need of several things. They finished earlier than expected and my Yukon is running great. rst

We are so grateful to have found VIC Auto Collision & Repair! We have an older BMW that we were trying to decide if it was worth putting a little bit of money into to fix some issues and keep it, or if it was time to just let it go. After going to a different repair shop and it being clear they had no idea what they were talking about nor the ability to explain exactly what they thought was wrong with the car, a friend recommended VIC Auto Collision & Repair. From the moment we contacted them, we knew we had found the right place and we quickly learned the difference between a repair shop that specializes in European vehicles and those that dont.VICs customer service is second to none. I was extremely busy the week I called them but I made time in my schedule to drop the car off at the shop, unfortunately, my appointment that day ran over and I simply didnt have the time to get over there. I called and apologized fully expecting them to be less than thrilled with me, but to my surprise, they were very forgiving and even offered to come pick the car up from my location (say what?!). I took them up on their offer and as promised, they got back to me the next day with an estimate and full explanation of exactly what was wrong with the car and even prioritized the recommend repairs in order of importance. I wasnt ready to make a decision on repairs at that time, but told them I would get back to them. After contacting them the next day I told them what we wanted to take care of and what wed wait on. I never felt pressured by them to have more repairs done than what I requested at the time.Our car was finished in 2 days as promised (actually end of business the first day). They even delivered the car back to me, WOW! The car now drives better than my newer car. If youre looking for a vehicle repair shop, especially if you have a European vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend VIC Auto Collision & Repair. They are honest, fair, truthful and reliable!

Well my experience at VIC was okay. During the initial process of dealing with the insurance company, both parties (VIC, and Insurance) were a little confusing but we got everything sorted out. Communication was lacking honestly whenever my car was with them. I had to call to find out how my car was doing. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I found that the corner of my windshield had been cracked somehow. They tried to persuade me that it was already cracked when I brought it in but that wasnt the case because Allstate recorded every bit of damage on my car before I gave it to VIC. After going back and forth for some time they replaced my windshield for free (as they should have) so all was well. My front hood had to be replaced and painted and the paint on the hood was a bit foggy and dull looking which didnt match the rest of the car. There were streaks in it that are just now starting to go away after about 5 months or so. So the paint job was sorta okay but could have been better. Other than the paint and windshield it was alright. The people are friendly and mean well in the end.
