Mrs. Sylvia and Mr. Benny are AMAZING! they made a horrible experience for me wonderful. Dealing with a nightmare accident and those 2 making me feel so much better about the whole situation. Went above and beyond to help me and get things done quickly and correctly. Best people ever.

My car spent about 6 weeks at the collision center, after another car hit mine, and while it was in part the insurance companys fault for taking a long time to approve repairs, etc, I felt zero sense of urgency from the collision center to complete the repairs. However, I was able to look past all of this in the waiting process, believing that the result to the body work would be satisfactory, as this is Lexus. However, my bumper is visibly crooked - not let me take a tape measure out to make sure its straight - it is obvious when you look at the car that one side is closer to the hood than the other. When I pointed it out to the rep I worked with, immediately after seeing it, he blamed it on the aftermarket bumper. Also, the front sensors dont work. To say Im displeased is an understatement.

My experience here was fantastic & the outcome of my repair was excellent! My collision advisor Felipe was on point with communication and briefing me on the next steps of what needs to be done, if I had any questions or concerns he was prompt with a response and was able have a quick turnaround time to get me back in my vehicle which came out looking great! When you go get your car appraised they apparently make you sign a client form that states you authorize them to repair your car. This is new to me and I have never seen this before. I have dealt with Northside Lexus dealership new and used cars and have had the best relationships for business and purchasing cars as well as service to the cars.This is my first time dealing with the Collision center and it has not been pleasant.
