Customer service has really taken a hit over the years. I tend to be very complimentary; whenever I get great service anywhere, I always make sure a manager knows. However, Ive only ever given one compliment at this store, and it was because I had to trouble the same associate several times and I felt really bad for taking up so much of his time.For the most part, Ill be lucky to get a smile from just one associate while shopping here. Nobody asks if they can help me find anything, nobody offers to help me to my car, nobody even displays common decency by moving their floats out of the way or attempting not to block the aisles. Its a rough shopping experience every time.The best thing I can say for this store is that its generally well stocked and fairly clean. But the meat department is a nightmare, and the deli is unbelievably slow. Never order online, you will NOT get what youve asked for!

Also another great Publix! Staff is exceptional! Will help with any questions from when will an item will be in stock to assisting you with special orders. Great neighborhood store to shop at!

I was very disappointed in the apparent breaded wings we ordered tonight. Usually they r on point. Maybe its because we ordered an hour and half before closing and they didnt want to make fresh. I feel when I go home and eat a frozen hot pocket instead of the fresh cooked wings I ordered there is a problem.

Very well stocked. Place needs a new face lift though. So many other Publix have been renovated, not this one. 🤔

I have been shopping here since 1981. The bakery has gone down hill lately. Breads and rolls soft. No crust. The kids working in the deli have no idea how to slice cold cuts. Sad

Huge rooms and living area. 1400+ of living area.All rooms have balconies facing the gulf. Large pool, jacuzzi, grills, tiki hut (byob) and open under the entire condo with picnic tables. Beautiful beach with short walking distance to beach. Very casual, friendly and clean. Not the Hilton but perfect for the family.

Anytime I have visited Florida and shopped at a Publix I have liked the experience. This location is by my daughters. Well be moving to Florida soon so Im glad Ive found a grocery store chain I like that seem to have reasonable prices with friendly employees.

Its a older store not a large variety as other Publix Supermarkets have. It would be great if they had refrigerated dog food like the other stores

This store has not been updated since it was built. The entrance is crowded and difficult to navigate. Once inside the floor layout is just awful, I feel like I stepped into a 1980s cafeteria everytime I shop here. The beer is easier to find than the produce is and the store is low key grungy no matter where you look.

Always find what I need there and the staff is always friendly and willing to assist.

Iam not the first nor will I be the last to be bullied by Josh in Customer service. I went in to cash out some winning lottery tickets and purchase more using my preselected cards. I asked the clerk if i could have extra on the tickets he asked which ones. I said all. He said too late. I needed to indicate this on my cards. Told me i needed to buy them its not his job to ask me. If i refused he would not sell me future tickets. Why should they take the loss. Very arrogant young man. I hope management makes an effort to correct Josh’s representation of Publix

Shopping for me is regularly done at that Publix location.The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates go above and beyond to help with everyones needs. I try not to shop at any other location, its the best in my opinion.

Screw Instacart it’s not a real business they have nothing to do with Publix you pay $99 a year to have half of your items actually delivered they miss things all the time I’m a chef and they were there I can like make a good meal based on them because I was too busy they can I’ll try to worry about anything I saw that half the items are missing I called them and told them and they told me it wasn’t their problem is Instacart problem which is an answering machine

Always happy with Publix. Only difference in this store was the Deli. All were talking among themselves, not paying any mind to customers.

I love buying American food I dont like buying it from other countries that I dont know if its even safe Publix sells a lot of homegrown Foods here in America and so I like shopping there and I know what Im getting and I know that it was made here and it makes me feel safe

Theyve got the freshest best selection of produce in Hernando county, including delicious Yellow tomatoes and Purple potatoes, Pure Pecan Butter and everything that I love to eat.

Make sure you involve more then two ppl to count money because even the lead cashier can’t count.

Publix parking terrible. My car was scraped through the paint costing me $350 to repair. No note, number apology etc. People are so selfish, rude, and just plain narcissistic! I am very honest and hate nasty people. I would have left a number!

We just moved to this side of town & this Publix has been so great to have around the corner. Always smiles and happy employee’s. The cashiers are always friendly and make the atmosphere feel good. The deli employees helped me get exactly what I needed even at 15mins before closing! (With smiles night I add) Thank you all here at this Publix for being awesome!! & for being here for all of us!

Excellent chilly day felt like eat in called deli, put hold chicken picked out sides tossed in small cherry pie, half gallon iced tea..small price walls fine meal!

Prices were higher than Im used to. But store was very clean. Organized and friendly staff.
