Great shopping experience. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance, as well as, an employee wiping down the carts.I bought fruit, vegetables, and meat. All of which had a wonderful selection that was fresh and well stocked. I love that they sell produce from local farms. Did I mention the fresh bread? Oh, so good!The were plenty of open registers, so checkout moved quickly. I will definitely return to Publix.

Love this store! The guys there are always very helpful especially Kaden the casher up front. He usually works at the first register and is always the nicest and most efficient. They beat all the other Publix locations hands down.

Always a well kept store as it is always kept clean and always well stocked. The deli people are attentive to your needs and do not ignore you while waiting to be served.Shopping here is really a pleasure, the management are always smiling and greeting me and the staff treat me very cordially, it is nice to have a little chat at check out instead of just standing there waiting to pay.I have so many supermarkets to choose from but I always go to this Publix at Barclay and Spring Hill roads.

Ordered 2 subs online. When I went to pick them up, one was by itself and my 2nd sub was with someone elses order. Ok no biggie. Got home to eat and then here comes problem after problem. Uncooked/Cold bacon. Wrong bread. No salt & pepper. No oil & vinegar packets which I wasnt surprised on. They always forget the packets. Idk how hard it is to read a ticket order, but maybe they need better training or more help. Called the store to talk to a manager and got the service desk 3 times. Hung up and now my husband is going to speak to someone in person. Hopefully they fix the issue without giving him a hard time. Also, i hope they have a discussion with their staff to avoid things like this. Every single time I go in theres always an issue. This time it was 1 problem too many.

Not a good selection like some, they do not have the British section. There Sushi did look good. There selection of mouthwash not very good. If you are looking for many items like I do this store just does not do it for me.

Weve been shopping at this store approx. 15 yrs. For the most part, very satisfied. The staff is great and the store is spotless. But I have become very disappointed with the produce dept.. In general, not up to par with other local merchants. Within the last yr I have noticed wilted lettuce and other greens. Last week the blueberries had absolutely no taste. Yesterday I purchased nectarines which were so unripe they were hard as a brick and pure white inside, not reddish in color. Come on publix, get back to the reputation you were noted for in the past.

I LOVE Publix. This is the only one I have been too that has ZERO customer service. I have tried the store for online lunch orders multiple times. They have never been on time. Not once have all of the people in the deli said well be right with you or acknowledge any of the many patrons standing there to order. They need to go back through Publix customer service school.

Most of the store is a decent shopping experience, minus the occasional lackluster customer service of one or two bad apples Ive ran across in the deli (not listening when I place an order /skipping over me three times as I wait in line with a number) and front counter attitudes. Store is mostly stocked/maintained/clean. The main problem that brings the whole experience grinding to a halt, the Pharmacy!Never in my entire life have I had to endure such a lackluster mismanaged group of people who seem to go out of their way to create chaos/confusion/frustration. Though one or two within the Thunderdome as weve come to call it are good at their jobs, fast, friendly and really try (namely Julie and Rachel), the rest are hateful/rude/and do whatever they want with your prescriptions as they see fit. Youll need to call your medical professionals to verify scripts and amounts and dosage because this location will gaslight you at ever turn doing whatever they feel necessary with your medical needs.Once offering curbside assistance for those who prepay and cannot enter the store for various reasons. They were quick to no longer offer it because they didnt feel the need to assist even after I told them I was unable to walk the distance due to medical reasons. The young lady to whom I spoke, if I recall, Deidre or something similar was none to concerned and it showed. Not my first run in with someone uninterested in her job and her lack of care/concern/customer service is slowly leaking to the others that work there tainting the whole experience. There really should be additional training for employees/management within the Pharmacy as this location runs like a circus on a sinking ship. The left hand doesnt know what the right one is doing and no one can be bothered to even try a solution.If you do visit, are forced to go, or need to feel the frustration/run around/aggravation of lost scripts, deleted information, dosage errors, or amount miscounts please feel free to go. If for some reason youd rather be treated as human being, Id recommend another store or another facility entirely.

Not my favorite grocery store in the area but I cant complain either. Store is clean, which is good enough when I only need a few things.

We placed an order a day in advance of game day, but when we arrived to pick-up, nothing was prepared. There were several staff working at the deli, but work flow was very ineficiente and wer were delayed 28 minutes. Frustrating and added a lot of stress to a day that should be easy breezy.

One of the very best Publix stores I have ever been in Staff is always great and the overall feel of the place is like a welcome home. Staff always is cleaning and stocking and are happy to check stock for you if the shelves are out. I go out of my way to stop at this store rather than one of the others that may be closer to where I am driving when running errands just because of the honey feeling I get there. Try it a few times and you will see what I mean. Top notch location!!

I have always appreciated the customer service from Publix as long as I can remember, that’s really what Publix is known for, for me, customer service and kindness. I just want to say, I really appreciate the fact that this Publix has not converted to all self checkouts like the neighborhood Walmart across the street. The appreciation for your store comes to mind now more than ever. I work 12 to 16 hr days and I don’t have the strength or energy or scan and bag my own groceries. I’m pretty sure the senior population is very thankful as well, for your store, cashiers and help. Just wanna say thank you, your store has my family’s business from now on.

Went in for some recommendations on a meat purchase.Had some questions. Found Tim the assistant meat manager very knowledgeable and helpful.Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I bought a box if fried chicken. I brought it home and sat to eat. At that time I realized that someone opened the box and took out the larger pieces and replaced them with drumsticks and wings. Needless to say I lost my appetite. Always ask for a box that has never been out on the shelf.

Tried to buy a turkey breast. No prices or bar code to match weight. Manager went to get price. Gone 5 minutes. Saw her doing other tasks. Walked by me twice, said nothing. I left my cart with other items there at service desk. Terrible service.

Please expand your organic, plant based, and specialty grocery selection. I just moved to the area and usually frequent wholefoods but there isn’t one close by. It’s very hard to find quality items at your store.

I went to the deli 15 minutes before they closed. I was greated with a attitude and short tempered Men.Then the 3 of them started laughing and talking where only they can hear each other all while looking back at me. They made me feel very uncomfortable,unwanted and they should look into a different profession that doesnt involve costumer service. They were auguring and yelling at me that the manager was right over there. That manager never walked over to see what was going on. The rest of the shopping experience was a wonderful one.

On Saturday, September 5, my husband and I stopped to pick up a few things. Normally we use the Brooksville Publix, but this one is actually closer and wondered why we don’t shop here more often.Today, my husband handed me the 3 bananas we purchased at your store. They literally felt like they were liquid inside. Then I opened the box of “Attitude “ baby romaine mix which smelled badly at first whiff. Nonetheless, I washed and separated out the good from the bad. It’s sell by date was September 10. It was 50% edible. This has not been like this in the past, maybe 5 to 10 leaves would need to be tossed out.Perhaps this was just a busy day and refrigeration could not keep the fresh salad cold enough. It could be a disgruntled person had taken their anger out on the bananas. We will give your store another try and I will hope to write a very positive review. The young lady that checked me out was delightful! And the store was clean and welcoming!
