I asked the young lady in the deli for a fresh 8-piece mixed fried Chicken as what was already out was old and cold. She threw it up on the counter and told me she had just fried it up a little over an hour ago and it was fine. It was not fine and I asked for a fresh eight piece. Publix is a little more expensive than other stores but I shop there because of customer service. There was no customer service today!

I want to preface my review by saying all employees are super nice. I have never had a bad customer service issue.I shop for someone else here, not my personal store.I ordered a strawberry shortcake on Friday to be picked up Saturday.It turned out not to be the cake at all and the lettering was wrong. They kindly offered to make another one. Fortunately I planned early.I came back Sunday. It was indeed the correct cake and lettering, however, i stressed that i needed 7 strawberries but if it was easier just to put 8. It was also the last thing I said before concluding the transaction.I got 4 strawberries.....nowhere did she write 7-8 strawberries.I am so upset, as I wanted each person to get a full strawberry on their slice. This may not seem like a problem but for me it is.I am always so clear on my explanation and this is my biggest issue with people who do not listen.They did not charge for the cake....

The hot food service was awful. I waited an hour and a half for three fried chicken wings. I kept being told they will be done in about 5 minutes and they never were.Their actions showed extreme prejudice and I will not go there again.I hope that everyone whos reading this post will feel the same way I do.What is wrong with this country? Is there any place you can go to avoid questions? How sad.

The best employees in the supermarket business in Hernando county but they have the rudest customers to deal with. People angry with people because theyre standing in the middle of the isle when a simple excuse me goes a long way....keep it up Publix employees!!!!

This is the best store in the area. The front end team is by far the best Ive met in a Publix, and that is saying something. A nice young man with nice hair at the customer service desk assisted me with buying my great-grandmothers lotto, and a young bald man assisted me with her groceries out to the car. Overall a great place to shop!

I go here for the pharmacy and lunch for the week. Pharmacy is always very quick and never a long line. They are ok knowledgeable about the medications too. If you want something quick and easy to grab for lunch for the week go by the deli. They have a lot of different pre made salads and all of them are amazing. I usually grab like 4 of them at the beginning of the week and have one for lunch each day. They are healthy and so worth it.

We had the best experience with Christian today at the sub counter. My spouse and I are both vegetarians, when we ordered a veggie sub he immediately asked if wed like a clean knife, it was a very thoughtful gesture that really showed how much he cares about his customers. The sub was awesome too!

Had a “Pub Sub” from here per other Floridian’s recommendation and it was very good. I opted for the low sodium Boars Head deli meat variety. The girl making my sub was super nice, and I appreciated your customer service. Thank you!

Ill start off this review by saying I live about a half mile from from the Publix at mariner & Northcliffe. I stopped going there after not being able to get any correct sub orders with stale bread. I now drive the extra few miles just to come here. Everyone is so amazing, and I consistently get correct subs with fresh bread! This store is also SO much cleaner. This is officially my new Publix. Now I just have to learn the store layout LOL.Thanks guys.

I love Publix however this one is the worst one i have ever been in. The people are lazy, rude and act at times like your a pain if you ask for help. I use instacart and the seldom have everything i want. I will not use them again. If i have to drive to Brooksville i will. It all starts with management and filters down. Lead by example. Your store is poor

Any time Ive visited Florida and shopped at a Publix Ive been pleased with the experience. The employees have been pleasant. The prices seem comparable to other stores. And they have buy one get one deals on different types of products.

The new self checkout lines are great. Seldom have to wait, especially if you only came in for one item and are in a hurry. Staff is always polite and helpful.

They are and have the best cakes ever.my daughter wanted a Charlie damelio cake and they made it happen with a picture I gave them it was swirl Chocolate and vanilla in side it was beautiful and tasty I suggest if you want a great cake go to them.I added a small coffee from Dunkin id1878 donuts which was the them and there wasnt a piece left to save.

Everything was great! The pharmacist answered my questions and I was taken care of immediately. I recommend my friends to you. The cost of drugs r lower then regular insurance cost because I use my Goodrx card, and with that your stores prices are the lowest in my area.
