Super clean very friendly staff, they had what I couldnt find at 2 other stores. I really liked how bright the store was and the space between the Isles made me feel comfortable.

This is my regular Public and I honestly love it. The staff are friendly and helpful, just like a publix should be. And the sales are so great.

Even though Publix may be a couple cents more expensive, they have the best custom service. Definitely worth going there. Avalon store is bright, clean, and roomy. I stop by there when Im in the neighborhood 😊

My favorite Publix! Always clean, on point, kind people. Little upset they switched it all up. I could have told you at one point where anything was. However, still my favorite. There is a couple people in the deli that have been pretty darn rude lately... Almost made me reach another level the other day by how much ignorance one woman had. If you hate your job, find a new one. That simple.

I love the self-checkout option. Strange set up of customer service desk sometimes creates awkward entrance flow as customers clog the area in front of door. They need to be more proactive in opening registers when lines back up.I couldnt find a particular item, called, and received excellent customer service from all associates involved, especially Charlie in Grocery. They ordered my items, called me when it arrived, and Charlie kept it aside in the back, and personally delivered it to me when I came in to pick it up. A+ service.Store is very clean and well-stocked. Publix has been my choice for groceries for more than twenty years. I cant imagine that changing any time soon.

Publix is always better than Walmart.. the employee are respectful and I LOVE the fact they have regular registers and not self check out. I would choose publix over Walmart for that reason alone.

Went there to get my flu shot. They were very helpful. Seven hills could not help me.

I usually go to the one closest to my home. However being treated rudely and being spoken to like a child. I now drive a bit further where the staff here are like helpful and actually pleasant and act like they are glad to see you.

Clean, newer, well laid out with most of my needs on hand. The staff was friendly and helpful. Didnt see fresh produce that had passed its useful time. Have noticed that some of the competitors left poor produce out for sale 😢. Cost works out to be competitive with sales and bogos. Not busy at 2pm.

This is, by far, my favorite Publix. I drive six miles to shop at this store even though three other Publix stores are closer. This store is large, modern, and clean. The employees are friendly and attentive. Its also in a convenient location, right near the County Line Road exit from Suncoast Parkway.

Normally theres nothing to complain about at a publixs but it irks me everytime I go to the deli department theres 6-7 workers behind the counter and only 1 person helping customers I stood there 4-5 minutes waiting they acknowledged me but I ended up leaving got tired of waiting!!

Always friendly service, new self checkouts were very easy and simple to operate with plenty of room for baging. Never too crowded. A great store for seniors to relax while shopping with no pushing and shoving like at other over crowded super stores. Family friendly for little tikes as well with race car type grocery carts....my favorite Pharmacy and grocery supply store. 👍

I just want Give Kudos to Kyle at the meat department, he always help me above and beyond every single time I need information or something i need from his department. This is my favorite Publix in town. Not only is it hardly ever that busy because of its location, its employees are extra helpful and courteous! I stopped by to get the Publix eggnog (which in my opinion is thr best brand of it) and was pleasantly surprised to find Peppermint and Caramel Hazelnut flavors along with their original. So far the peppermint was quite good ;)

This is The Best, newest built, biggest and cleanest most beautiful Publix in Spring Hill. Especially for people who live in Wellington. They stock the most food. Hard to find items. Cheaper prices and sales. Im glad I took the 5 minute drive. Also, its a hop, skip and a jump from the Suncoast Parkway. I wont shop at any other Publix.

The produce associate, Carla, was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find items we were shopping for and helped us select ready to eat avocados. We give her 5 stars!

Really bad. Store is fine. Service is terrible. New self checkout machines that was work differently from all self checkout machines I have ever used. Fine.. but Publix should hire someonewithin earshot to help customers when the frequent error messages pop up this store has no customer service. In addition, a butcher should not refuse to answer a question because he is not on the clock !

Publix is always a friendly place. For example, James on at Thursday around 6 pm, was very helpful. The young men in the parking lot, very helpful. The deli has some work to do in the helpful area. Im not naming names but will next time if there is a sour attitude going on.

Always pleasant shopping at this location. I actually drive past a location closer to go to this store. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always well maintained and clean. The lines can bud up a little but I tend to go at times where its not as busy so the dont run as many cashiers.

As a native Floridian, it is illegal for me to say anything negative about Publix. But even if that wasnt true, I never have anything bad to say about Publix. Great company, very very helpful employees and very clean storr

I will always give Publix 5 stars as long as they keep doing what theyre doing- even though they have things to work on... especially in the deli. Ive only been to 1 Publix that had a real line for the deli and it was AMAZING. I never see the tickets being used and its anarchy out there. Also, it looks like you need a new system for getting the online orders prepared. I came in to pick up an order and it was not done or in the process of being completed, but what was off was that the nice guy behind the counter went to this bulletin board with a bunch of orders stuck to it to look for my ticket. There was no rhyme or reason to how the orders were stuck up there and it doesnt seem like theres an alarm letting the deli guys know when the next order is due.

As always this is a fantastic Publix with helpful staff. Everyone acts like they want to be there and all have something to do keeping busy stocking shelves or doing something. I am always greeted with a smile and acknowledgment. Fantastic experience everytime I enter.

This is a fairly new Publix. Very clean and staff is friendly. Lots of parking and easy access. Great place to shop.

My spouse and I received the covid vaccine at Publix. They were professional, organized and made the whole procedure painless.

Over the past few months this has turned into the worse Publix Ive ever shopped at. Cashiers are never at thier registers. Lines will be backed up into the isles and staff will all be hanging out at the customer service booth. Theres always the same two dudes standing in the isles together acting like they are stocking or facing but they are just talking. The deli is only staffed with 2 people during busy lunch and evening shopping hours. The managers just stand around talking. Yesterday a girl bagged my groceries and was literally throwing my items I. The bags. The bags broke on the way to my car. She seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. Who ever is hiring these people needs to be better trained in coaching. But there wont be any coaching as the managers all just stand by the door and talk instead of stepping up.

I was so disappointed to see the self check outs here. There was only one lane open with a cashier and she was very friendly.I expected more from Publix especially this year. Their staff has worked hard during a pandemic, then to make changes that could cost employees their jobs while the business is definitely making money is so disappointing.

This is the most friendly store I have ever been to! Every employee goes out of their way to help. Very, very clean, well lit, and well stocked! Prices and selection are excellent. Such a great place to shop!!!This is my second review on this Publix. I wanted to add that my sister fell and broke her leg last week while she was back near the milk. It was her own fault, her own personal electric scooter moved when she didn’t expect it, causing her to fall. EVERYONE pitched in to help her. One cashier even prayed with her. Everyone REALLY cared. They sat with her while 911 came, and put her groceries in a cooler somewhere, and held onto her scooter until I could come and get it. It was a bad incident, but handled well by Publix. Jeff, the manager, has checked on her often, and has said to let him know if we need anything.And just yesterday, I got caught in a thunderstorm on my way home, and my handicapped electric scooter got wet. I am relatively new to this area, and have no other family in Florida. I couldn’t get the scooter apart to dry it out. I had to go to Publix in the afternoon for something, and the manager Matt was greeting near the front door. I asked him if perhaps one of the young men could help me. He stepped up, grabbed some towels, and apart and dried it off for me. He had it dried off and back together in 10 minutes. I was so happy!!! This Publix makes me feel like I have friends and family right here. They are amazing!!!! Thank you Jeff, Matt, and all of the employees in the store. I can groceries anywhere, but good customer service is difficult to find. I am a customer for life!!!

Ordered three subs and they were all wrong. Two had no cheese on them and the chicken tenders on the third weren’t tossed in buffalo sauce like I requested. I would recommend not doing the online ordering.

Excellent customer service from Amber in the deli along with the cashier and bagging assistant. They really make the customer feel like they matter. Main reason I keep going back, because it is much better than wal mart and the people who make you feel like you are a burden.

People are always friendly. Shelves are usually stocked well and love the help bagging. My only disapointment is on wednesdays is sales prices are not marked because they change over to a new sales week. It would be better if they left the current tags up and removed them when the store closed.

All departments are great are what they do. There chicken tenders are the best and the gouda mac and cheese is great too. Ive never had any issues in the 5 plus years I have live in FL. My only issue is that its all considerably more expensive than other places and the dont have hood countdown milk. I drink it because it help with my diabetes. Also, coupons are a must, you should definitely use coupon and look up there deals before and during your shopping. It will be well worth the trouble.
