He was there to answer any questions we had, let us choose what we wanted without trying to guide us towards something more expensive like other places sometimes do, and just listened to us every step of the way. Thanks, Tim, for all your help!Next up is the warehouse/delivery crew! Oh my goodness, so many wonderful things to say about them! My invoice said I would be called in two to three business days to schedule delivery. I was thinking it would be closer to the three days, given how busy a lot of places are. Since we purchased on a Saturday afternoon, I was thinking we would probably get called the following Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised when Tennessee called us the following Monday afternoon to get us on the schedule for that coming Wednesday. This was the first awesome thing the delivery/warehouse crew did, but it doesnt end there!Tennessee and I had originally agreed that my furniture would be delivered between 11 and 2 that Wednesday, but then it turned out I wouldnt be available at that time, and my backup person wasnt available at that time either. So on Tuesday, I called the warehouse within half an hour after they opened, and left a message asking them to call me back as soon as they could so that they could reschedule. Tennessee called me back within a couple hours, and we discussed availability for both of us. When it looked like I might have to wait a week or two to get the furniture, he said, I dont want you to have to wait that long to get it, Ill leave you on the schedule for tomorrow [Wednesday], and well get you after five. It will be tough on our end, but well make it work. I was very grateful he was willing to work with my schedule, and that he was so polite and patient about it.Wednesday rolled around and I got a confirmation call from Brandon Wood shortly after opening, stating that they would indeed be at my house right at 5:00 PM that day. Later that evening, around 4:00 PM, he called me again to let me know that they had to be back at the shop at 5 because a truck was coming, but that they would still deliver my furniture that day, it would just be later that night. True to his word, Brandon called me just after 6:00 PM and told me that they [he and one other person] were on their way. It didnt take long for them to get here, and they brought my furniture right in and set it up where I wanted it. They were friendly, helpful, and all smiles. Throughout the whole thing, Brandon was extremely apologetic, but I told him it was totally fine. I understood.Tim P, Tennessee, Brandon Wood, and the rest of their crew went above and beyond to give my husband and I an excellent experience, and let me just say, they definitely exceeded our expectations. I really appreciated the fact that they returned phone calls in a timely manner, stayed in communication with us the whole time, and were genuinely concerned about meeting our needs to the best of their ability. I am beyond impressed! We will definitely be back for our future furniture needs!

Being a Spokane native, I had heard of this local small business throughout the years. Until recently I didnt know the story behind the name-- youll have to go in and ask! My wife and I went to go buy a sectional after moving into a new home and Tim helped us right away. He was super nice, shared some of his own story of climbing up the ladder in the business, and allowed us to browse at our own pace. We didnt feel pressured by him at all! We fell in love with a couch and he walked us through the buying process and scheduled delivery.Our delivery drivers (I believe they were both named Brandon??) were also wonderful. The whole department communicated extremely well with us to get the delivery done quickly and easily. We got our couch delivered TWO DAYS after ordering! Holy moly!I would reccomend this place 100%-- its locally owned, pretty much everything is in stock, and the employees are awesome!

I purchased a new couch and chair which I absolutely love. The furniture was reasonably priced and the salesperson Tim was friendly and informative. Did some furniture shopping and we stopped at several stores before 16 cents as soon as we walked in and were greeted by Tim we knew this was the last spot. We had a great experience with staff in store, got to know some of the story of how 16 cents came to be. And will most certainly be shopping here again with my family. We went in shopping for a bed. The owner helped us. Even though we wanted something cheap he showed us a sale he had on a previous holiday item. It was the best bed we tried in 5 different stores that day! He got to know us and we heard his amazing story. We were happy we found our best fit from his store. We left the store with an adjustable bed frame, a cooling pillow, and 2 mattress savers! Were happier having a better bed. Im glad we went for something different and not our normal furniture stores because this is an awesome place. If we ever have another need we will be happy to bring our business here again.

Update... I retract what I said about this place. Even though service was great when we spent our hard earned money there. Their product broke less than a week after delivery nothing crazy going on, just took a nap on it. The warranty said they wouldn’t honor as it was too close to purchase date and it must be a manufacturer defect. So the store had to deal with it. Called the store, filled out everything showed pictures and THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING YET! It’s been over a month and because of that the couch broke further and we have no where to sit now and it’s still not fixed or any indication of when. The sales people when we call seem irritated and don’t want to bother, and they always say they will call us when ready to fix it and then we never hear from them again. The last time they said still waiting on a part, but would take from their warehouse, that was 4 days ago and still haven’t heard a thing....Don’t shop here or buy their warranty, it’s a rip off.....We went into the place today. Friday afternoon, just planning on browsing and are currently sitting on our new couch by 3:30pmWe saw an add on Facebook by Kat who shared some amazing deals and was quick to answer questions. Super friendly and over I like the Attitude. This was our first impression and decided to check it out. We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Tim who then showed us around the floor, sitting with us and showing multiple pieces. He wasn’t pushy and just fun to talk to, which was great as my husband and I hate pushy sales people. He mentioned different options they had if we wanted to go outside our budget, but was perfectly fine when we declined. He even showed us mattresses just cause we mentioned needing one in the future. He gave us a fantastic deal which saved us some money and communicated everything we needed to know about our protection plan.Then between Mike R and Brandon and Tim and Kat they collaborated a plan to get us our couch today within the hour of us walking out the store. So here we are sitting on our new couch and super comfy and ecstatic for the quick delivery and the guys assembled it quick. Greatest shopping experience ever! We will be back for the bed in the near future.

We are absolutely pleased with everything about 16 Cents. We bought several pieces of furniture from the Airway Heights location back in January. We had a manufacturer defect with one of our couches which was immediately fixed within less than a weeks time.We had ordered a custom queen bedroom set through the manufacturers website which was scheduled for delivery in March of 2021. However due to the covid pandemic the delivery date has continuously been extended. The manufacturer was not able to provide an update recently to the store regarding our custom purchase.We reached out to the store regarding that custom purchase and our need for furniture at this time. We were referred to the downtown main location at 1233 North Division. We had a very pleasant experience working with Kat and Terri. Both of these ladies were very understanding and worked hard to help us find a new bedroom set that we can love. By the time we were done shopping today we were able to fully replace the custom bedroom set with a new queen bedroom set for our house as well as a twin bedroom set for our oldest daughter who was due for an upgrade.Not only were these two ladies amazing in helping us become fully satisfied customers they were also able to coordinate with the delivery team to get our furniture delivered same day. Brandon W and Kobey showed up and delivered every piece of furniture, set up the furniture, were very patient and understanding with us, and were more than willing to work around obstacles of children and toys in the process. They made sure we were completely satisfied with where our furniture was placed and how it was set up prior to leaving our home.Though we were a little sad about the custom bedroom set we have been completely satisfied and amazed with the customer service we received from the employees at 16 Cents. We are very happy with the furniture we chose to purchase and would refer them to to anyone. We will continue to take all of our furniture needs to 16 Cents.

My sister and I came down to get a new mattress for her, right when we walked in we were greeted by the best customer service. Tim helped her find the perfect mattress and sold her based on comfort rather than price. We already formulated a plan in our heads that we would go pick out the mattress then run to the U-Haul on 3rd, since that was the closest one we could find. When we went to check out, Katt was a tremendous help by getting us a U-Haul from their own facility!! We didn’t even need to go to a separate location. Would 10/10 recommend! Thanks guys!

My husband and I ventured to the division store near downtown to shop for a mattress set Tuesday morning. Our daughter moves a lot in her sleep, rolls off of her twin sized bed often. Tim helped us shop for a full sized mattress. He gave us his recommendations based off of what we needed. Our daughter was so excited for it! She can move around and hasnt rolled off yet, hah! But thank you for the quick service. In and out with a positive experience. Also, delivery time was estimated for 1-2 weeks, Tennessee called me later that day for next day delivery. That was the plan until the power outages, but thats okay! Gave me extra time to tear our daughters bedroom apart. It was delivered Friday afternoon by Mike and Brandon. My husband was home to receive and said they did an amazing job with delivery. Thanks you guys! Well surely be back!

We first visited the store on Ash St. and we found the sectional that we wanted but in the wrong color, the gentleman at that store said it does not look like they have it in stock anywhere throughout any of the stores. We then arrived at the store on 1233 N Division and we were greeted by Tim! Throughout our experience at this store Tim checked on us periodically to ensure we were doing well and didn’t have any questions. We finally found the sectional we wanted (though the guy on Ash St. said they didn’t have it) in the color we wanted. Tim helped get us checked out and was professional, kind, and overall genuine. Even on our way out Tim noticed my son was not wearing his hat and made us aware so that we could get before leaving! Thank you, Tim!!

I have been looking for a sectional for a couple months. When it came time to buy I learned it was extremely difficult to get anything delivered before 6 to 12 weeks. I panicked and bought one online, simply because it would arrive soon. When the first piece arrived I knew it wouldnt work for me. Back to the sectional search, but now my heart wasnt in it, I just wanted it done. 16 cents was one of the first things that I saw on my Google search and I remembered Id seen the store the day after I ordered the first one. I emailed them first just to see if there was any point in going to the store. I was happy to hear they had a shipment coming in that day with the sectional I was interested in. I got there too soon, the shipment hadnt been processed yet. But after talking with Shane, he offered to call me when it was on the floor for me see in person this time (Ive learned my lesson on buying furniture without testing the firmness first) Tim gave me a call when it was ready and I only needed to sit down for a minute and I knew this was the sectional Id been looking for! Both these guys were great! They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really a lot of fun to work with! The financing was quick and easy. I had never heard of this store before and stumbled upon it while looking for furniture for our new home. From the start, the customer service was great and the selection was perfect. Not only is there an incredible back story behind the organizations development, but this local business also gives back to Spokanes local community. We opted in for delivery and the two gentleman, Mikel and Shane, unloaded and assembled our sectional, sofa, love seat, and bed frame and were exceptional. They were efficient and friendly. Got our couch delivered the other day by Mikel & Shane. They were very fast and friendly. They showed up right in the time window they said that they would. They were very polite and efficient. It only took them about 10 min from when they got there to unload my couch and get it in the house and set up where i wanted it before they were done and gone. Would highly recommend shopping here. We had great customer service both at the store and and our home. Thanks again for everything. This was about our forth or fifth time shopping with 16 cents but our first time at the lower division location. We will definitely be returning there in the future.

We came into this store not knowing exactly what it was about. Needles to say we had an awesome experience and our salesman Andrew was amazing to work with. He got us exactly what we needed. I will not buy furniture at another store again this is officially my go to!! 100% would suggest!

My husband and I came into your Division store today to look at your couches. Tim your sales Associate was awesome! We wanted to purchase 2 of the same couch. He verified that they had them in stock. His store only had the floor model and sold it to us and then personally called each store to locate another couch for us. We were able to purchase both couches at one time which made it convenient for us.Shane and Corey loaded up our truck quickly and exactly how we asked they were awesome. My daughter and I went shopping in this store to find her a inexpensive loveseat for her new apartment. The sales person, Tim was so helpful, personable, and kind. He really made our experience a positive one. He was training Mitch on the computer system when we checked out and everything went smoothly.

Honestly best customer service I have dealt with in along time! The manager Terri was very personable and genuinely cared about the customers needs. All employees were extremely professional and helpful. And they do offer financing payment plans! Go check this place out for your bed room or furniture needs you will not regret it! And they support the military and law enforcement so if i could give another star I would!
