As someone that was in commission sales for 15 years, I feel Im a pretty good judge of sales styles. Josh was the right mix of asking for the sale while being mindful of my occasional brake-tapping and need to steer the ship back from ultra-high-end options. Thats rare - often salespeople will get attitudinal when a customer puts their feet down with pricing and upsells. Josh didnt - he simply gave us the information to make an informed decision then did what every salesperson should do: ask for the business. Anybody with the gift of gab can sell something. Only gifted salespeople can make you feel happy about buying something like a mattress. Hes an asset, for sure.

Joshua was amazing!!!! This was hands down the easiest buying experience I have ever had! He was super knowledgeable, and explained everything to us in depth. He was extremely busy but totally able to multitask and help multiple customers at once without us feeling like we had to wait, or that we weren’t a priority. Amazing salesman!!!! I went in today and Josh the manager helped me. I explained that I am a black sleeper looking for a pillow with good neck support. The last pillow I bought was about 8 years ago. He spent the time to fit me with a pillow that will give me good neck and back support. He found a deal online that ended up saving me more money then what I spent. I purchased a Beautyrest Black hybrid for my mother in law because that is the bed I purchased for me and my husband a few years ago and it has given me the best sleep of my life. I needed a box spring to put over the bed frame and beneath the foam mattress which were both delivered with out the box spring. Mattress firm sold me one in stock for 20.00 off and available to pick up . They were so helpful and had exactly what I needed in store. It was so convenient and they provided a 20.00 off coupon on top of it. It was wrapped in a sealed plastic bag so I wasnt worried driving it home with a down pour rain .Thanks Mattress Firm

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I know their job is sales and we were sketched out before we walked in, but it was an amazing experience. He had us try out all the beds to learn what we like. And he taught us a lot about bad/good sleeping habits. It was so relaxing and fun. Our sales man, the store manager, was extremely helpful and was not pushy. We told him what we could and could not afford, and he did not make us feel pressured at all. He didnt try to push financing down out throats. It was a great experience and we have no buyers regret.

Staff attacks you as soon as you walk through the door, at this location.Hard selling begins the very second you walk thru the door and doesnt stop until you are safely in your car. You are never left alone, at the Francis location in SpokanePricing changes the closer you get to the door to leave.Not a pleasant shopping experience, used car shopping is tremendous more fun and definitely much less pressure in comparison.Staff needs to relax and let customers enjoy their experience and make themselves available for questions when the customers have questions.We found ourselves leaving for another matress firm location simply because the staff at this location.

Wow, matress firm knows what they are doing. Our guy Luis has 10 years experience and showed us a range of options from low to high. We ended up getting exactly what we needed, an extra firm matress. He was respectful when we declined other offers and did not try to cram them down our throats which we appreciated. Luis also looked for any extra deals and saved us an extra $69 bucks outside of the labor day sale! Would recommend!

I came in here because I needed help with something and all of the gentleman there were so polite and as helpful as could be! Absolutely WOWED by my experience... First I actually came in by mistake as a little bate and switch action from my Google search sent me here instead of a competing furniture store looking for a Purple mattress to test before buying... And all I can say is THANK YOU GOOGLE. First I arrived at about 945, then realized that they didnt open till 10... But Josh saw me walking back to my car and flagged me in. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and asked questions about what I was looking for... He informed me that they also sell purple but didnt stock any on the floor he actually referred me down the road to the competition to sample it, But before I left he showed me the intellibeds... He took the time to talk about the difference and why he believed the intellibeds were a superior value even though the price was higher. He actually recommend that my wife and I go and lay on the purple mattress at the other store then come back and compare. I did just that and took my wife to the competition first, then back to Josh. While we both liked the purple... We loved the intellibed. Josh not only made us feel extremely confident in the purchase, but also gave is some insight into the modular bases we purchased a few years back(from the competition when living in Denver) he convinced us to actually start using them again and showed us how to do so properly. All that and he saved us a ton of money off the advertised price. If youre looking for a new bed... Go see Josh!

He was so understanding when l told him the matress he first showed me was more than l could afford. Not once did he try to sell it to me but took me to an area that had less expensive ones. I purchased a mattress in February, and was upsold to a adjustable base that I was specifically told was compatible with my bed frame that I also purchased from this location at an earlier time. When the delivery arrived, driver said it would work and they were not allowed to install it. I was also told they would not return it and wanted to leave it with me in its giant box. I had them take it as I had nowhere to put it and no use for it. Ive been trying to get my refund now for 7 weeks. I was issues only a third of the refund and told the rest would come in 7 to 10 days. Ive contracted my sales man several times now who told me he would take care of it, but still nothing. I even tried filling out a support ticket on the website but was only responded with an automated response with no way to reply. This has been a terrible buying experience. After spending thousands of dollars at this location I would have hoped they could at least refund my money I was promised.

My husband and I had never been able to buy a new bed. We had our mattress for almost 11 years and we dont know how old it was before we got it. Josh at the store on Division and Francis was absolutely amazing!! I thought the whole process was going to take hours and it actually only took 20 minutes tops.
