He let us know they had a 30% off sale and took the time to show us them all and lay them down and let us try them out. Great quick service and great prices and same day pick up! Bought a memory foam mattress there while checking prices before Costco. The promise of the 120 night guarantee gave me a no worry feeling. 2 weeks after the purchase I tried to return it. I was told I need to go at least 6 weeks. Basically Im stuck with it. Now its definitely too late and Im looking for another mattress. Fine print I would have paid a restock fee.Better to just go to costco.

Had a great experience with salesman Joe M. this weekend and left happy with my purchase. He made our purchase so very easy and worry free. My wife and I had been discussing getting a new bed with Adjustable bases and decided to start looking. We went to the Newport Highway store and met Josh Jacobs. He helped us find the correct comfort level for us both. We then had the greatest experience with Josh and his adjustable base presentation!! It was at that moment we decided on a split cal King with adjustable bases. We had a little struggle finding the correct mattress when Josh’s told us about the Intellibed mattress he uses. He did not have one in the store he was at and made arrangements with another store that has it for us to show up and try it. Well all I can say is “game changer”. Today we bought our dream bed after shopping around what felt like forever. Louis was such an amazing help. The best customer service we had while shopping for mattresses. My fiancé and I went in to look for a new bed because we have been talking about it recently. When we walked in we were greeted at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. Josh approached us and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for and my fiancé and I thought we knew what we wanted.... after some time and questions Josh was able to place us on a bed that instantly had my fiancé and I in love. After some time talking and discussing the bed and other in store deals we never thought that we were leaving with a new bed not only for us but for our 4 year old son too! We have been looking for a reasonable price on a king and queen mattress that was not too firm or too soft for our new home. The salesman was super helpful in finding just the right beds and chose the sleepys doze mattress for both. I got them home and they were light enough to carry into the house myself. Unrolled them and they started to expand. They are beautiful and fit the beds perfectly. Price was half off and way less than most places for anything comparable. Thank you for helping me and saving me some money and fruatration in finding just what I needed.

So flipping tired of spending $25 on pillows every couple months so i stopped into my local Mattress Firm to see what “The Sleep Experts” (dramatic eye roll) had to say!I was so surprised! Sam did an awesome job of actually fitting me for a super cool Tempurpedic pillow. Seriously! It stays cool! I mean, no more flipping my pillow all night and no more trips to the superstore to replace sub-par pillows every few paydays!And you know what? My neck has never felt more relaxed upon waking!“The Sleep Experts”? Ummmmm yeah.....

We went in yesterday (6/7/2020) with a certain budget, just to peruse. The salesman we had found us a mattress within our budget AND it was way nicer than we expected! He was super honest and up-front about ways he could help save us money, given our limited budget. I’m super thrilled with our experience.
