Found what we wanted and were in and out quickly. We did have to go to the valley to pick up the couch we chose because we didn’t want to wait for delivery, but that was no issue for us.

Disappointing experience. We liked a sectional and was told to come back for the Labor Day sale. We came back, the couch was in fact not on sale and we did not receive the “free gift card” for being the first customers in the store as advertised. Oddly enough, the other customers that were there at the same time as us had the exact same experience. They were told to come back for the sale, their couch was NOT on sale and they did not receive the advertised gift card. We came in ready to purchase if there were some sort of discount as we were led to believe. The employee just said “we never do sales.” (Contradictory to what the other guy told us) so we left.

I bought a couch and area rug on 5/16/21 they delivered the couch in a week which was really nice the area rug got delivered on 6/12/21. the manager says the only area rugs they have are floor models they dont sell new ones I paid $299 for a stained used area rug. on top of that when I called and was asking about the area rug throughout the last month Samantha was rude and short while talking to me.

I had recently moved across the country and sold everything I owned. So after sleeping on an air mattress for 2 weeks in our new house.. we were looking for a new mattress at a good price. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Kelly. She was warm, and welcoming and great to work with. She made the process quick, and pleasant! 10/10 would definitely return for another purchase after working with Kelly. Approval for the payment plan was immensely easy on the app, and we were able to take home our mattress the same day. So far the mattress has been great, and was a great price.

This was one of the worst merchandise purchases of my life. I bought a clearance (no returns) sectional couch from them. I paid extra for delivery, even though I lived only about 8 blocks away. They promised next day delivery, but when it wasnt delivered, I called and was told it was on the truck and would be delivered the following day. When it wasnt delivered then, I went to the store and found it was piled in their show room, missing pieces, and a new rip on the top of one of the pieces. At that time I was told it would be delivered in two days. I called the next day to confirm delivery but was told it was pushed back yet another day. I canceled delivery and picked it up myself. However, the armrests that were there when I purchased it, were no longer there and one was replaced with a non-matching one. The other one is still no where to be found. I requested a delivery refund and was told it would take up to 14 days to be refunded. They also failed to mention not all the factory standard parts to the recliner pieces are there, so I had to purchase those. Two seats are missing the entire motors. BUYERS BEWARE. I recommend shopping around, unlike I did. I fell into their trap of thinking I was getting a good deal on a clearance item, but in the end it was not at all worth it.

I am very pleased with the customer service gave us today I was recommending them before as we purchased furniture last year had such a good experience we came back & I will go back to doing so.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I first went to Overstock in 2015 and bought a mattress at a great deal. Last weekend, my boyfriend and I were shopping for a new bed frame all day and our last stop was Overstock (Sullivan location). The second we walked in we were greeted by Damon. Damon listened for exactly what we wanted and delivered! He was so knowledgeable about all their products, wasn’t pushy at all, and even called his boss to see if we could get the special on an adjustable bed frame. His boss said yes and we bought the frame that day. We had to wait a few days before we could come pick it up which was totally fine. The day before I was going to pick it up, Scott calls me and said the frame that came in was damaged. Without hesitation, he immediately offered to replace the frame and give us free delivery/installation THE NEXT DAY! Talk about making it right! The gentlemen who set up our frame were very courteous, efficient, and quick in setting up our frame which took them about 15-20 minutes. I will never shop anywhere else since Overstock has proven they are dedicated to providing A+ customer service and products. Thanks you guys! ⭐️

Saw the quality and price tag of what competitors were selling and promptly went back and bought the bed back at Spokane Overstock.The prices really cant be beat. Jason was extremely helpful and by 6pm we had the bed set up. Now if only we could get our kiddo to sleep in it. We moved here from out of state and needed a sofa. We bought one from a super helpful person by the name of Brad. We got it home and I could not sit on the couch for more than a couple minutes at a time without it killing my back. The angle was all wrong or something. Well, I knew I couldnt return it, so I thought I was stuck with this couch. As it turns out, Nathan was extremely kind and said he would work with me by doing an exchange. While searching for an adjustable bed, I came across Spokane Overstock who had a great selection of adjustable beds I could afford. Thomas and Trevor took the time to answer my questions. The were both knowledgeable and helpful to the extent I purchased an adjustable frame and mattress. They delivered them the next day set it up and, made sure I knew how it operated. They have a treasure trove of other merchandise also reasonably priced. They are worth checking out online and at their division store.

I took my dad there (and I dont refer my dad ANYWHERE unless I trust the place implicitly) so he could purchase a bed. This was the first bed he purchased on his own in 57 years! The salesman was so nice. He wanted to make sure my dad had the right fit mattress for him so he spent probably 2 hours pulling mattresses down and finding the perfect one. He never acted rude, or irritated or like we were wasting his time at all! My dad left with a great Mattress set that day. They recently helped us with a sectional we purchased there. It wasnt sitting right and the microfiber wasnt looking right and Jason K worked his butt off to make things right. Hes even on the look out for a King head board for me, and he knows how specific (a.k.a. Picky) I am so hes trying to find just the right one! Have been a customer of Overstock in the valley for a while. Always had positive experiences. This one has more mattresses and furniture than the other one. Definitely wouldnt buy a mattress or furniture anywhere else. Excellent customer service and pricing!

We bought a mattress and box springs the box springs werent in good condition and they came out to our house a replaced them for us with new ones. The worker was very polite and very helpful! Great customer service!

Worst experience ever. All I want is my money back and no one here can seem to do just that. I never took the chair out of the store but because I bought it and took it out of their inventory they need to take $100 to restock it. I think that’s ridiculous. Then I have been calling for 4 weeks now to get my money back and no one is competent to do so. Scott was supposed to call me three times. Obviously he doesn’t care about his customers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DUDE. Seriously not happy, maybe I should take this the legal direction.

We found a beautiful leather reclining sofa and loveseat set for an amazing price. These are new, not floor samples or something. The salesperson, Robert, was pleasant and helpful. Nice guy. The delivery people were also great. Cooper (lead delivery person) was very nice and even gave some attention to my 3 overly-friendly dogs! They called when promised and delivered when promised. The sofa and loveseat came in big boxes, with a bit of assembly required. Nothing much. They are perfect, and the price was lower than I ever would have expected! Highly recommend!

Ok. Seriously. I was amazed at the choices of quality mattresses. Less then half of the regular price. We bought a whole bedroom set for the normal price of a fancy king size mattress and box spring and got a top quality mattress set with it.

Id rather go spend more money somewhere else than give this man who clearly needs an attitude adjustment and a refreshment course on customer service one cent that I own.

My family and I went in to get a chair, the guy inside didnt even acknowledge us for over 30 minutes. Didnt say hi or anything. By the time he even came over to help us I was ready to leave. Lost out on a sale by poor customer service. I get better customer service at wallmart.
