My girlfriend and I bought a car from here only to put it in the shop 3 days later for the brake booster not working, not only that none of the lugs on the wheels were tight. Do not recommend buying or even getting your car checked up here.

Bought a truck from this company and I paid a deposit with an agreement to complete payment by installment I was promised delivery of the truck after 3 days, I was excited, finally my hauling dilemma would be over. 3 days turned to 3 week which turned into 6 weeks, on the day the truck was delivered no one came to do the handing over they had me waiting for a long lime then I called and was told “you are good to go the key is in the truck” I drove away that day with a sigh of relief and gladness however my gladness was shot-lived because the next day the truck won’t start, We discovered that The truck has no dashboard light No right back break light No back right indicator light I was going to take the truck back to the people at premier auto when again it won’t start I call premier automotive to report the issue I was to someone would come and assist me as I am now stranded in between home and work I waited for 4 hours only to be TOLD without and courtesy at all that they cannot come till the next morning I tried to explain the disappointment I was experiencing but they hung up the phone on me Claiming that they won’t help me anymore. As I write this my truck is parked at a strange property waiting... the customer service at this location is plainly put non existent and I m not sure what will happen tomorrow but I will see

I love the work these guys do. They great cars for sale too, at very cheap prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them from a tire change to a engine replacement

The work was good, I wont deny that they did what they said they would do, my car runs good after repair there. My problem I had there had to do with a miscommunication with the person quoting me the price. I was told on the phone that the job I wanted done (which had to do with the spark plugs) was going to be 50 dollars per plug. I was maybe a bit naive to believe that was the actual cost, and should have double checked before taking it there, so Ill own up to my part there. The customer service shouldve been good enough to ensure an accurate price quote regardless of that though, considering I work in a repair field and have to deal with the same kinds of issues. When I asked if he could do anything about the price, as politely as I could, he replied with Im like Burger King, a Whopper is $2.89 which I couldve quipped back with Whoppers are 2 for 5 right now or something like that but decided not to. I instead proceeded to pay the bill anyway and suggested to him that he get his guys or whoever to be a little better about providing accurate quotes. He then said heres my rebuttal to that. I was standing here when he was on the phone with you and I heard him say $250, but thank you. This pissed me off because he essentially was calling me a liar, he couldve easily said there was miscommunication on the phone and taken the suggestion, but instead he felt he had to be defensive. The problem with his argument though is when I brought it up to him on the phone when he called me with an extra cost (which I was fine with) he sounded like he didnt remember me calling or anyone giving me a quote, he only remembered when I had a problem with the customer service. Whether I was right or wrong or there was a misunderstanding, the customer service was terrible considering that I was spoken rudely to when the situation didnt call for it. Other than that, seems like good work and it came back to me pretty quick.

I stopped here at 5:29 yesterday with a nail in my tire. I explained to one of the techs that i work in a shop myself and would buy a plug if they let me do it myself. He handed me a plug kit and a pair of pliers with no hesitation and there was no charge. Great guys

Ower is very knowledgeable and very trust worthy. We bought a car from them for my daughter and 6 years later she is still driving it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst place to get a car from. The owner is very rude and hateful. He doesn’t fix your car even though he says he’s going to and even though we paid for a warranty. He told us to make an appointment to fix it and then when we tried he turned around and said bring it in whenever but when we did that, he said we needed an appointment. He keeps all the running cars for his personal vehicles. We had our 1 year old son with us and he said he doesn’t care how we get home. We’ve only had our car for two weeks

Owner took 3 weeks to fix fairly simple issues with my car. It had to go to the dealership for one thing. The dealership told me that my car sat there for 3-4 days before they would pick it up. When I questioned the owner about the battery in my car, he was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone. When I went to pick the car up, he said he never wanted to deal with me or my car again (in front of other customers). I never was rude to him at all. I just questioned him and it made him angry. They made a huge deal about working with my extended warranty even though that is their job. I was belittled and treated terrible by the owner!!! DO NOT go here! Especially if you are a person who does not know about cars!!!

By far the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. This man still owes me $2500 for an engine and transmission almost 2 years later. I dropped the engine and transmission off with him and he has avoided all phone calls ever since. Do not trust this guy with anything of monetary value. You shouldn’t have to take legal action to get what is owed to you. If a mans word isn’t good then nothing about him is good!

Its hard to find a honest man to work on your car but I found one at premiere. Tim is the best Ive found
