Picked up a friends car

I spent over $1000 to have a transmission fixed at this location and when I got the vehicle back nothing was any different the transmission was still broken the only thing they did was put a huge hole in my exhaust and he claimed that it was fine when he test drove it still to this day the vehicle sits in my backyard and still is not drivable

I wanted to make sure to write a review about this location. This is a family owned business. With that said, they make you feel like family. I pulled in with other problems other than transmission to include my timing cover plate coolant leak. Not only did they fit me into there schedule right a way but they also gave me a ride down the street where I was staying and picked me up when they finished. Pricing was great for the work they performed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not satisfied everytime we leave we have another issue lingering

These people are criminals. Lost a vehicle because Joel Bingham sent it to freedom auto after not able to repair. DONT go to mr transmission unless you want your vehicle towed off. At 175.00 to retrieve

Ok these people refused to fix because my 98 honda crv. Because it was sutch a rare bird . These people are not mechanics. No fix. 175.00 for NOTHING!!! There bad folks!!!! + 2 days lost in dealing with these criminals!!! See ya in court!!!

Quality and friendly service

I came to Mr Transmission on Asheville Highway in Spartanburg SC. I had a very low miles Toyota Camry that my aging mother gave me. She was hardly driving any more.Anyway, I thought there was a problem with the transmission.The mechanic, Joel, could have taken me for a ride. He came up with a different diagnosis. One that ended up being correct and saved me from a very costly transmission fix !!Joel thank you and your wife for the excellent service from beginning to end. Was upset when my car was down and at Mr. Transmission I felt as though I was in good hands. Got my car back with in the time they told me.

After 2 unsuccessful repairs, I had to take my truck to another mechanic to get if fixed. Their not mechanics, they are guessers.

I called to check pricing and the lady that answered phone was extremly rude! then when i told her thank you she even hung up on me! no thank you in return or anything!! would never do business here because of her!
