Jeffrey and Ashley were very nice and professional. They were the only collision repair business in the area who were always answering their phones, had reasonable availability, and had the best ratings. I was quoted on the spot without any hassle. I came in because I needed a new bumper. They replaced the bumper and painted it to match the car. The paint job was beautiful. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, they also kept me informed as to the progress on the vehicle. The cherry on top of everything was finding out that they vacuumed out my car, wiped down the dash, and added a tire shine to the vehicle as a complimentary service. I highly recommend Spartanburg collision if you are in need of auto body services.

I had the absolute best experience with have my car being repaired after an accident. Ashley kept me very informed and helped me out tremendously with making sure my rental car was there when I dropped my car off and they even made sure I had enough gas to get to a gas station bc I was running way low right before this crazy gas issue hit. I got in a terrible wreck and they restored my car to brand new! All of the people are so friendly and genuine. I noticed a few months after my car had been fixed that moisture was getting in my trunk. All I had to do was call and they were more than happy to replace what was causing the issue at no cost to me. This is a great place to take your car if you want amazing repairs done by even more amazing people. I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else if it ever needs more work.

Very nice husband and wife are the owners of this auto body shop. It was a very smooth operation from the time I dropped off my car until it was done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They do amazing work. Due to a traffic accident, our 2015 Nissan Rogue looked like a dinosaur had bitten a chunk out of it. We read so many positive things about this company, and wanted our car to be fixed by them. Spartanburg Collision did a FANTASTIC JOB on fixing my car. I came in on a Thursday with all the information from the insurance company and they sat down and explained what each thing meant and how it affected my car. They even went above and beyond in helping me fix another part of my car for an extremely lower price than what it would have been anywhere else. I was in on the next Monday and they quoted me till Friday, and I received calls and texts giving me updates on the exact time they should be done Friday, so I was not waiting around. My car looks like a completely new car and the whole staff was very professional all the way around. I would recommend them to anyone!

When looking for a body shop I called around to several places and the wait times for just getting a quote was days, even a week at one. They got me in the next day and would have gotten me in that day if I could make it. I was able to keep my car until they got the parts in, which was a huge convenience and $ savor for me.
