Nice customer service when scheduling appointment and figuring estimates. They are honest and straightforward with you on the repairs, parts used, parts choices, and explaining what will be done to repair your car. They as well are clear with you on what can and cannot or should not be done to your vehicle. In other words, honesty. We found the finished repair working well and looking practically showroom new paint surface. Very satisfied.

My vehicle was in a minor finder bender benson collision was recommended by my insurance. When I took my car in Ashley was very professional and helpful in helping me get my car patched up. Although my insurance made some mistakes causing my vehicle to sit with benson 15 days after it was fixed, Benson kept in touch with me and took great care of my car. I loved my 1st time I got my used 2012 Hyundais Tuscan. Then 8 months to the day I was hit by a woman almost head on. So once again I was needing another car.I went back to the same dealership for another Tuscan and I got a brand new one with all of the bells and whistles.I love my car but it got hit by a tree. So I took it to the dealership where it has all kinds of warranties on it,including GAP insurance. I was told that I had to claim it through my insurance company cause out of all of the warranties that was not covered.The general manager said that he would help me out with my deductible which was $500.00 and then I will have to pay $563.00 to the collision shop. That he would help by putting $150.00 toward the deductible. I would also be given a loaner car once I drop it off to be fixed. Yet I tried to call him and I get no response cause he is out of town. I should have took my money to a different dealership.

Ran over here after getting my Rogue serviced to see about pricing to get a light scratch out. Met the manager (who’s name I have already forgotten but who’s face and hospitality I will never forget) who then went ahead and had a coworker go ahead and buff it out IN THE PARKING LOT for FREE. Was not expecting that at all! Outstanding service you all!

I felt very uncomfortable in the waiting room..u could feel the bad vibe among co-workers...but they got the job done..thats all that matters in the end.

Do not recommend this body shop at all. There quality of work is sorry. Wish i would have never let them repair my Dodge Challenger. There is runs in the paint and gaps in the panels. It took 2 months for them to fix the car and as long as they had it the work is way under par. So if you have a nice vehicle and want it done right do not use Benson collision. Sorry i did.

Sarah was Awesome! Sarah worked diligently with her team to find me the best deal. She carefully listened and took into consideration my interest and needs. I love my New 2021 Kia Forte!! I had scratched the tailgate on my new truck and then shortly after was rear-ended. Benson handled both repairs with ease. The repairs were estimated at 2-3 days, it took a full 4 days. At the end it looks new again.I enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were quite friendly and helpful at all times. I did have to call for updates. The online system was nice, but it didnt list a projected finish date. No big deal in my case to take a little longer, but for some this could matter. I would still return without hesitation

They went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. My vehicle wasnt ready by the time my insurance company made me turn my rental in. So Jonathan put me in one of their rentals. Got my vehicle back and it looks like it did from the factory. Will definitely recommend these guys!

My family & I from FL had an auto accident in South Carolina on our way for vacation in TN. Ashley answered the phone & Johnothon both are trust worthy. Went back to work on the day I needed!!!

Took three weeks longer than estimated and the work was incomplete. Ive had to take my car back more times than I can count in the 6-months since I had this work done and it still hasnt been restored to the condition it was before the damage occurred as it their legal obligation due to them losing a plastic piece that covered the wire from the rearview mirror to the headliner. One of the wires (Im guessing the mirror wire) was also exposed and had to be pushed back into the headliner. When I got my car home I went to clean my personal belongings that had been thrown all over my back seat only to find that a bottle of Windex I had had been tossed in the back seat and then somehow the nozzle was damaged and most of the contents leaked all over my back seat. To sum things up, they will mistreat your property and will cut every corner that you will let them get away with. If you get a couple cans of spray paint and damage your cars interior, you will get only slightly worse results than taking your car to Benson Collision.

Service advisor, David, was amazing and helped me through the mess their mechanic put my car through.
