I guess the store wasn’t open yet. The doors weren’t locked so we tried going in. Like if the door is unlock as a costumer I think I can go in. I mean I’m just coming from having a nice coffee, enjoying the day. And an employee speaks to us so rudely and tells us to leave. Without telling a us: hey sorry, the doors shouldn’t be open. Please come back later.The attitude and the rudeness was not necessary. I didn’t appreciate they way he talk to me and his attitude that was the worst.I get it your store wasn’t open yet but don’t be so mean and rude to people. There is always a better way to approach people. That was disrespectful.A location I will not be shopping in.

Such a Wonderful Experience!!! I have shopped in many BBW. BUT NEVER had this AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! A girlfriend and I meet up here to shop and we were greeted by MONICA!!!! &&&& WE LOVE HER !!! She has the best customer service experience ever!!!! Best Attention to detail to us. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for us she went around the store looking for the perfect scent for us and brought to us and said oh I think you would like this oh I think you would like this and she hit it on the head every single time. Every scent and every candle she brought to us we loved it!!! Made our shopping experience 10 times more better!!! She then walked over and introduced us to I believe the hiring manager and he was amazing as well great team!!! I definitely will be coming back if y’all haven’t given Monica a raise you’ll need to give her a raise she is AMAZING!!!!!

One of the employees thought i was stealing because i had a diaper backpack and reaching for my sons bottle out of my bag. I turned around looking at candles and she was behind me pointing at my backpack indicating to her other employees to watch me and thats exactly what they did!

Dear Jodie you were terrible at accommodating. I have used multiple coupons via a photo before. Jodie not only refused to accept my picture she also lied about saying it wasn’t possible. I’m sure if I was an older women she wouldn’t have dismissed my request as easily. Jodie you suck point blank period. Happy Holidays though 😘.

I went to the Southlake store today to purchase hand soaps. I was dreading standing in the long line in the heat but they did an excellent job of keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently! They had a employee stationed outside to keep us informed of what was going on and of what we needed to do once we got inside the store. I stood in line no longer than 20 minutes tops! Total time spent in line and getting in and out of the store was maybe a total of 40 to 45 minutes with no pressure for me to hurry! I thought they did a great job and I just wanted to let them know! Also,somehow I left a hand soap or lost it (don’t know how or where). I called the store after getting home and realizing I was missing one bottle of soap. I spoke with Gwen who offered me a free replacement! Now this is what customer service is all about! Excellent employees going the extra mile to make their customers happy! Just wanted to thank you all for the excellent customer service.... it was really appreciated in this stressful time!!

Excellent service during their crazy candle sale. Tifawn’s card reader didn’t work so she went to bat for me in getting me to another register to check out. She and the manager gave me a discount for my “trouble” so I got a better deal on an already great sale. Will definitely be back, they know how to treat people here!

Nakeja really took care of me tonight; on one of the worst shopping days of the year she was unbelievably kind, caring and accommodating. Leann was also really sweet and helpful for all my purchases. The store was crowded (hello great deals) but there was hardly any wait at all. Im seriously impressed by the staff at this location and will gladly make the drive from Fort Worth for the amazing customer service from these ladies.

What a great experience at this location! All of the staff was very friendly and even gave me an extra discount because I was confused with my current coupons I had. This location had pretty much every scent of candle you can imagine and there was no line at the checkout! I’ll definitely be back to this Bath & Body Works!

What incredible customer service! Kendall knew the products, and she even helped me find similar scents to what I liked that were on sale. I was in there when a customer was being awful to the employees over wanting an email receipt, and the employees handled the customer with grace and poise. I will definitely be back.

I love this location. Everyone is always greeted and you get some sort of engagement while in the store. I feel that this is the only location in the metroplex that remembers what the brands core values are.

I work retail and I get that come holiday, we’re all exhausted. Never the less we need to be warm and friendly to all customers. Amanda on the sales floor was very helpful however Amanda the Cashier was not very friendly and didn’t even smile- she was very short. Don’t work retail if you can’t be kind to people.

Every time I go here, they always seem to have some sort of sale going on. There are a ton of different scents to choose from for candles, lotion, hand sanitizer, etc. I personally recommend the aromatherapy line, particularly the rose and vanilla (love) or eucalyptus and spearmint (stress relief). If you need help, the associates are generally kind and helpful without being too overbearing.

Good products, good sales. The candles can be expensive if they are not in sale.

Had a return on some scents that I did not like. Easy swap out, no hassle. Also, upon entering and looking a customer service person was easily accessible.

Went to buy a last minute gift. While paying saw them wrapping the sets for customer in front of me. When I got up front they just shoved in a bag. I asked girl can I get it wrapped since it was a gift. She asked me which ones. I had two sets worth and she only did one. And dashed off. So I asked next guy if I could get another one he gave me just a bag with attitude . I said no like the wrapping and so he looked at me gave it to me like that no string so I could tie it or nothing. Why do wrapping if you gonna complain to wrap them. First last time I go to this one . People looked nice apparently just a front.

Wow, first time in this store location and Ill probably not return. I get that candle day is busy, but for the staff to just give up & stop restocking even though there were well over 4 hours of shopping left is ridiculous! The staff wasnt particularly friendly and didnt want to be bothered with helping to locate something. Ive not experienced that ever in the Grapevine Mills, Northeast Mall or Watauga stores at all. I just know that I didnt care for feel of the store at all and left my basket on the counter and walked out. I found what I wanted at another location with friendly help, a smile and a thank you for coming in.

Im reviewing the website not this location. Website will not accept any payments. I thought it was due to the holidays back in December when I tried placing an order online and it said to please try another payment. So I did... then after trying 4 different cards I called CS and after 5 minutes on the phone they processed my payment with no issue. Well today here I am again. Unable to purchase anything online because it says to try another payment. This is ridiculous. I shouldnt have to call each time I want to place an order. Not just that but it will charge your card each time to attempt to use one. Not sure whats happening here BBW but you should really fix this. More than annoyed at this point.

Luv B&BW! I frequently shop at the Glades Park location in Euless. However the Southlake location is beautiful! Front and backdoor access, with lots of products and all the Sales Associates were willing to assist. Very nice shopping experience.

I purchased a three wick candle That I was talked into by the store who said it smelled just like the one that they were out of and that is completely wrong it smells nothing like the candle that I had really want it I want my money back

Perfumes, lotions etc are good for teens and early twenties. I like more mature ones...

I visit Bath & Body Works every December to buy Cinnamon Sticks fragrance for my room wallflowers fragrance plugins. They use to carry this fragrance year around but now only carry it at Christman. So every year at Christmas I go in & try to buy enough to last all year. So times it works, sometimes it doesnt. Sure wish theyd go bact to having it year round. It really hard trying to co-ordination buying a years supply around other people who also want to buy the Cinnamon Sticks & the limited shipments & the Christmas Shoppers.💋🍀

Sale was a rip off! Purchase a cheesy cheap-looking bag that I would want to ditch for $10 to get 40% off what you could fit in the bag. Marked the items up to full-price which is more than twice what I usually pay for candles there so that they can say you are getting a deal. Tried pulling my email up because someone reminded me that with the email you could get $10 off of a $30 purchase. I was told by am employee that we could combine the 2 offers. My phone was not getting reception. One employee told me that the cashiers know the code to use and that it would be okay if I explained the problem with my phone. Nope! The cashier wouldnt didnt do it and did not say anything about not helping me with this. She just ignored what I said and gave me the total. I asked her if she took off the $10 and she said she didnt. Okay...she shouldve explained that to me instead of hoping I wouldnt notice the total! This total made the candles still more expensive than other deals on candles when I have shopped there. Epic fail! I chose not to purchase and found a better deal on wonderful smelling candles elsewhere!

Was told would be open to 5. Got there at 3:30 and would not let us in..They said they were closed..Drove all the way from Fort Worth.

Today I went in for the HUGE sale for the 3-wicks candles. Line outside to get in, line to pay. Super crowded. During my time there my 4 year old needed to use the restroom. An employee, named Q, saved our spot in line and watched my younger child while my son and I went and took care of business. She was amazing help to everyone there, running around to find certain scents for different customers. I give her an A plus!!

You will get into trouble with the products to sample and test. Found stuff for wife and daughter who like bodysprays,lotions and hand sanitizers. They have stuff for guys too.

Employees seemed put out by us being in the store (it was not close to closing time). We had to track down someone so we could check out, and they clearly didnt want to be there. Made us also not want to be there.

They always have great sales and you can use your coupons.
