Today was my second appointment with Lash Lounge. The first time I went very conservative as I have never done lash extensions before. This time I went with the Hybrid and KJ did them. She did a fabulous job and they look great. She went over step by step how to take care of my lashes. She also gave me good advice on Makeup remover and also on makeup that is good quality and will work with the lashes. This was just a wonderful experience. I bought a membership and booked out for the rest of the year. Thank you for the fantastic service and great explanation to make it a great overall experience!

I would see KJ regularly for my lashes before I had to move away. I like mine super full and she was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for while still educating me on the health of my lashes and making sure to prioritize that at each appointment! My retention was good and she was always so thorough with making sure the isolation of the lashes was on point. I have been to other places before and would always end up ripping my lashes out or trying to remove them myself due to extreme pain and soreness. Every time I have gotten my lashes done by KJ they are always so beautiful and pain free. Love her! Highly recommend.

10/10 service, you won’t find me getting extensions or fills anywhere else! KJ is seriously the best. Great customer service and I get compliments all the time! KJ helped me with a length that worked with my glasses so my lashes didn’t rub on them at all ✨

First time getting lash extensions & I absolutely loved how they turned out. Everyone here is super sweet and informative. I would highly recommend going to them for all your lash needs!

I am in love with KJ! She is so professional and always makes sure I’m happy. She’s always willing to go the extra mile for her clients! She also walks through and makes sure you don’t have an allergic reaction to anything (I did and she QUICKLY corrected this!) if you go and see anyone GO SEE HER!!!

The stylist was very professional and took the time to assess my needs. She was on time and courteous. The shop was clean and everyone wore masks. This was my first visit. It was expensive. I was surprised when I heard someone say that when the stylist gets promoted to master stylist the price goes up for the customer past what is on their price list. The membership price for 2 visits per month is almost the same as a full set of lashes.

I love Lash Lounge! They are professional and wonderful. My lashes look great and I always look forward to my appointments.

The management is repulsive and unprofessional, especially to the staff. The owner of this business can’t even pretend to be nice to save face in front of customers. She made my experience awkward as hell all while I’m laying down with my eyes closed and can’t do or see anything. Based on her attitude alone I would not give my money to this business. Lashes were not even realistic and plastic looking. Would NOT recommend. -10 out of 5 for me.

I have been seeing Suz since May of 2020. I love this location. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I don’t know if I could go back to my life without Lash Lounge. :)

The manager (anna) is so rude!! My lash tech did an amazing job, but anna was speaking to her in such a belittling way and basically telling her that she didnt do a good job and it made me feel so awkward and I will not be going back! I do not recommend this place, they were very unprofessional.

KJ is phenomenal! I do Mega Volume and she is SO patient and caring about making it perfect!

Shelby at the desk is friendly and helpful and KJ does a fantastic job. I like the “I have naturally long lashes with some mascara on” look and she pulls that off every time.The ONLY reason there isn’t a fifth star has to do with the policies of this franchise. This franchise has 2 policies that annoy me; only one same day cancellation without a charge and if a certain number of lashes is required then they have either do nothing or do a full set. This is not the same policy at all of the The Lash Lounge franchises.However, the professionalism and technique are more important to me and so, I am a member, and I’ll be there every two weeks.Great work!

In summation: Front desk is fantastic. Staff is ready to get your appointment and the day over with.Ive had multiple bad experiences, multiple times in a row.However from what I can tell the technicians arent being paid to be courteous and kind, I think they stack them back to back with appointments- so the technicians tend to be curt and rude.I dont think its personal, but I think if you are looking for a luxury experience go somewhere else. You are dealing with a location that is focused on how many people they can get in on one day.I will not be back.

I’ve been going to the Lash Lounge for over 6 months now. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the job KJ does on my lashes. I’m almost 60 years old and I get compliments daily on how good my eyes look! I always get greeted with my first name, a smile and a beverage if I like. I only intended to keep my lashes for a few weeks for some special events I had coming up, but liked them so well I can’t give them up. As a bonus I always get a power nap in while they are being filled! I never fall asleep in places, but that’s how relaxed I get while getting my fills!
