My favorite little hidden gem in Southlake! The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and make you feel at ease especially if you’re feeling insecure about getting a full body service. Very clean, and neat. I would highly recommend Spa Habitat! Thank you for always making me and my family’s experience so pleasant!

So this review is for Ms. Penelope, my facial esthetician, first of all she did not review my information and asked me if I was the one who had shingles in my hands!! I let go of it and tried to stay cheerful to get a good experience. My facial was supposed to be 50 minute facial for $125.00, she completed everything in 35 mins, when I asked her why wasn’t I given a good face massage she said that she is backed up all day and also in order to get a good massage choose 80 minute facial ! Well at least If you gave me my 50 minutes I would have appreciated your service and would definitely come back!! I guess you need to learn to give a good customer service when you charge us a good price for it! I hope this will be helpful to customers trusting these estheticians to do a good work! Please find a better place so it’s worth your time and money!

This was my 1st facial EVER! Amanda was very informative about the products she used. Her facial massage technique was so amazing and relaxing. I highly recommend everyone to get a facial as she let me know the benefits of receiving a facial.

I highly recommend Becca! their aesthetician. I would go ahead and get the 80 minute facial because you get so much all-inclusive services at one appointment, exfoliating, deep clean, facial and upper body massage, serums, mask and a peel with all natural organic ingredients made in Texas. She explains, educates and asks you about your concerns and will set you up with an at home program and products between facials with her. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Omg. This was such a wonderful day! It was. Mom and daughter day and we did the green peace and were able to customize it to fit our wants! The ladies that worked on us are heaven sent!

I love going to this place!! It’s clean and they follow covid protocols. Hopefully they will continue to wear and require masks for the foreseeable future.

Yesterday was my first time to try at this spa. I had facial deep clean with them. They only use organic products. This morning I can feel the difference on my skin. it’s smoother, cleaner. Very satisfied! Highly recommend to Lisa.

Im. In. Love!I got a facial as a Christmas gift from one of my amazing coworkers. This was my first facial in life, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it eased such an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we melted out the door. So relaxing. The atmosphere was everything! I cant wait to return.

This place is fantastic. Went with my mom for her birthday, and had an amazing time. The really wonderful, knowledgeable massage therapist was able to work around all my back issues, and even gave me stretches to do at home. The lady who did our facials customized them to suit our skin types, and varied the intensity depending on how sensitive our faces were. Everything smelled amazing! We left happy, relaxed and with a few nice things to use at home - not the least expensive spa in Southlake, but probably the best!

Scheduled deep tissue massage with the most amount of pressure and focus on shoulders and back.What I received was 80 minute Swedish massage with light pressure and no focus on shoulders and back.I have had many massages and this one is a disappointment. The prices are high and the service level is low. I am happy to pay more to get more. At spa habitat this was not the case.

Great experience the 80 min hot stone is just what I needed. Prices are definitely high so it wouldn’t be an every time for me. But to treat myself It was worth it

They ask you to fill out an allergies list but they do not read the allergy list and they dont pay attention to you when you verbally reiterate your allergies. By the way, I only had 1 allergy... So when the lavender toner was applied during my facial and my face instantly started burning, I didnt know it was lavender, I just thought it was one of their products that maybe kind of burned a little bit. I made a comment after a couple of intense minutes and the lady said oh thats really interesting its our calming toner... AKA lavender...grrr... When I asked do you remember when I told you that I was allergic to Lavender? Crickets... And suddenly she was trying to wipe it off my face which hurt even more. The woman at the front desk wasnt much help either, not even really an apology. And I had to point out to them on the way in that there was a dead bird beside their door. Everybody was very polite, I will give it that. Otherwise, fail fail fail.

Parking is an issue here, have to park long.Dont go during peak hours.

I love this place, I made an appointment on my lunch break with jasmine for a facial and she was awesome. She relax me so much I went to sleep and woke up in a much better mood for work. Thx you jazz for making my day better.

Received a gift card for Mothers Day. I was able to book an appointment for a facial and massage on the same day I called. Friendly staff, a little expensive but worth it.
