CAUTION! This business appears to be part of scam operation in conjunction with Skyline Towing (an affiliate of Agero, Inc.). I had an accident that pushed the front tire of my car into the wheel well and I could not drive it. My insurance company contacted Agero, who sent out Skyline Towing. Since it was Saturday on Labor Day Weekend, I had already decided to have the vehicle towed back to my house and I would deal with it after the holiday. But the tow driver talked me into letting him tow the car to Complete Auto Care on Telegraph Rd. He assured me that they were part of my insurance company’s network. I agreed. After talking to my insurance company representative on Monday, I found out that Complete Auto Care is not part of their network and decided to let the insurance company move the vehicle to one of their trusted repair shops. The insurance company arranged for a tow for which Skyline Towing was again contacted. I did not hear from the towing company on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday at 3:30 PM the tow truck driver said that he would try to move my car from Complete Auto Care by 5:00 PM but if he couldn’t get it done he would move it first thing Thursday morning. At that point, the towing company told my insurance company that the vehicle had been towed to the new shop. On Friday morning I called to check on my vehicle. It was NOT at the new shop. It WAS STILL at Complete Auto Care. I called the towing company and asked them why it had not been moved. At first they told me that my insurance company cancelled the tow, then they changed their story and told me that Complete Auto Care would not release my vehicle. Neither Complete Auto Care nor Skyline Towing contacted me to tell me there was a problem releasing my vehicle. I called Complete Auto Care to see what the the problem was. They said they would have someone call me back. NO ONE called me back. I was out of town on what should have been a happy event, so I sent a friend to Complete Auto Care to see why they wouldn’t release my vehicle. They said I needed to pay storage fees which of course were now significant due to the towing company’s continued delays in moving the vehicle. By now several people had arrived at Complete Auto Care trying to also get their vehicles released. To add insult to injury, Complete Auto Care would only accept CASH. In total, I owed Complete Auto Care $475 - $50 per day storage plus $175 COVID fee!!! I arranged for another more reputable towing company to move my vehicle. This whole episode made for several stressful days and sleepless nights and cast a shadow over what should have been a very happy time for me.

Dont believe the fake glowing reviews. Just call insurance companies and nearby towing companies and ask about this business. They will warn you about Complete Auto Care. Do not go there!. They add a $175.00 Covid Fee. because its Covid. And no one in the place so much as wears a facemasks! Hold on to your wallet and find an honest auto repair company not out to scam you!

These guys know what theyre doing they get right to the point and are very cost-effective. Highly highly recommend theyre honest and cost-effective crew and shop here!
