Honda makes a great product, but I would not buy it here. The salesman I dealt with was rude and discombobulated. They did not have the vehicle I wanted but he said they could possibly get one. The ETA on delivery kept changing and by that I mean he gave me three different answers in the course of our conversation. When I called to follow up it was a different answer. I thought ok, chip shortage, COVID, etc.After some thought I decided to take the one that was available, so I texted him and he said yes we can do that, then followed up with I thought you were someone else, that one is soldMore confusion and inconsistent information. At this point I figured there was no way this guy was reliable, he had demonstrated confusion, he was rude to me and far from professional, he had also forgotten who I was.I decided to go to another Honda dealer. They were personable, professional and consistent with their information. Tamaroff Honda had forgotten who I was after two days.Two days ago I received a text from the salesman that my vehicle had been delivered. I informed him that I had already made another deal and asked how that would affect our previous arrangement ( I am sure he forgotten all about it) His reply was Well that wasn’t a good idea. You should have called me first I actually did reach out to him and he thought I was someone else. He suggested I bring my vehicle in and do the appraisal and see what we could do. I still wanted that vehicle so I figured it was worth a try.I was at work, my boss let me leave early to do this. I texted the salesman I would be leaving work at 4PM. He informed me that other people were also waiting for this vehicle. As I was driving to the dealership he sent me several texts asking if I was on my way, traffic was a bit heavy and it was taking me longer than usual to get there. Then he sent me the following text :So I take it you don’t want HRV anymore at whatever price. Will sell to someone elseThis is where I lost it, I pulled off the freeway, parked and responded with a text that was heavy with profanity. I do not usually go off on people like that but this was deserved. He had been rude and condescending to me from our first encounter, he had demonstrated that he was unreliable and annoyed that I was willing to spend money there. Then he follows up with with condescending comments and plays games with me while I am en route to the dealership. I am not sorry for what I said.He replied that I was trying to blame him for the bad deal I got at another dealership. I was not, I take responsibility for my decisions, for better or worse. I was angry at his complete lack of boundaries and condescending demeanor. He followed up with the following text: You don’t have no one to be mad at but yourself This was on Wednesday.Yesterday I received this text from him : Ok your HRV is ready for delivery πŸ“¦ thanks this further proves this persons ineptitude or perhaps he is playing more games.If he had been even mildly personable and demonstrated some level of competence I could have overlooked his rude treatment of me. As a result I had no reason to believe that he was reliable, so I gave my money to another Honda dealer, and I would encourage others to do the same.

Worst one I have had so far for over 10 years five different car purchase/lease experience. I understand dealer could have different ways to ask customers to pay more. But didn’t think about they could use a cheating way to steal money from our pocket. I was told that monthly fee is 600 and then the actual statement from Honda financial is totally different from what I was told. Stay away from this dealer if you don’t wanna this happened again on you.

They also provided a car wash in the end. I would highly recommend Tamaroff Honda for car servicing.

I was completely satisfied with my previous experience here. I set up a test drive and came in the following week, the car was like a dream. I decided to move forward with the purchase. I had a super helpful and friendly sales rep assisting me in my purchase. I was able to get a pretty fair monthly payment established. Great experience buying our families very first new car a 2021 Honda Odyssey. Our salesman Steve Nowel was super friendly and very transparent. Steve was able to work with me via email until I was conformable coming in for a test drive and competitive price compared to all other local dealers. The staff that work at the Service Center delivers exceptional service to keep their customers happy. A big shout out to service advisor Steve Habhab and also Mike ( a supervisor, I think) for going all out to ensure my experience at the center was a good one. The service of my car was done promptly and faster than expected, Steve was clear with the pricing and explanation. He is a very courteous gentleman who even opened the door for me. After the service, I went home and noticed a couple of scratches (something that could have come from anywhere) and I took it back. Steve referred this matter to Mike who tried to get the scratches off himself and then bringing in another person to work on it. The time they put in trying to help me maintain the aesthetics of my car is just remarkable. Gum stuck on window ledges, dried coffee spills with debris matted in cup holders and door pocket, etc. The dealership insisted it was detailed prior to pick up but the time, effort, and color of the water from the upholstery cleaner beg to differ. I requested a manager call back which never came - so much for service after the sale. Given the current health concerns, I would have thought they would inspect prior to delivery - NO COVID precautions taken in the vehicle itself!

Found a vehicle on their website I was specifically interested in. Sent the normal inquiry through email and got a response back about an hour later. I asked a few questions and then crickets. I waited 3 hours and called them to get the information. The person who responded to my email was busy so they gave my information to someone else. That interaction was fine and we discussed a price and I set an appointment to go the next day to pick it up.Flash forward to next day. I drove 4 hours to the dealership to look at the car. I ran into a salesman outside and told him who we were there to see and he just walked away. I walked inside and the same guy was standing at the counter so I thought he was finding my salesman for me so I walked over and stood there for a minute. He just kept blankly looking at me so I asked where I could find my salesman and he just said over there.I looked around and found Claud leaned back in his chair just waiting for me to walk over. Normally these are all red flags to me and I would have just went somewhere else but I just drove 4 hours and was hoping this was just an anomaly. Checked out the vehicle and while I expected it to have a few issues as it was an 11 year old car and I wanted it for a project, it did have some concerns. I expressed the concerns to the salesman and attempted to negotiate. He told me that the problems I am describing arent more than 100 dollars and refused to budge on the price and besides you are going to change everything anyway so why does it matter!At this point I was frustrated after driving almost 300 miles and having to turn around and start all over wasnt appealing to me at all. I guess he figured I would go that route, so I made the deal and bought the vehicle. This is where the fun really began. They completed my paper work and through my 30 day temp tag on my car, at least that is what I was told I was getting. So we set off with my son following me home in the car we just purchased. Within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership the check engine light came on. Car seemed to be running fine and I figured it was probably some sensor error that I would diagnose when I got home. Luckily we made it back home! Once we got close to the house, the engine started ticking. Pulled off to check it and it was 3 quarts low on oil and it had a major coolant leak. Topped it off with oil to get it the rest of the way home and found the leaky hose for the coolant. Also as I was walking around the car, I just happened to take a good look at my 15 day temporary tag that they put on.Now the car is in the garage still needing to diagnose the oil issue and in the process of a coolant system overhaul to ensure there are no other issues lurking beneath the surface. While I understand this was always meant to be a project car for myself, I honestly expected to get more than 300 miles out of a purchase before requiring significant repairs of course they would have only been $100 if I let the salesman get them fixed for me...I reached out to the dealership to give them my opinion and asked for a manager to call me back just so I could explain what happened. I didnt want to take the car back or expect any kind of refund or anything of that sort, I just wanted to detail my experience and I heard nothing.After my experience there, I would avoid this dealership at all costs and just go somewhere else. Poor communication, unclear or dishonest promises and just lack of caring or any form of empathy.

Took my car in to have the steering rack replaced. I was informed that the service department was at half capacity and since my work was a 6 hour job, I should plan to leave my car overnight. Claud Casianov & Tamaroff Honda were simply amazing!! From start to finish-zero disappointments! This was by far the smoothest car purchasing experience I’ve had. The staffs communication from an online inquiry turned into me meeting Claud & him assisting amazingly at finding MY perfect car! The staff was friendly while there & Claud did great at listening to what I liked and offered many other options as well. So I was going here to purchase a used car made the deal all I had to do is sign and drive away and my salesman told me I’ll come get you so u don’t have to get a ride here he was supposed to come get me at 10 am and he never showed up so when I called he was like I’m a little behind but I’ll be there soon. So at 130 pm I left cause I waited long enough then he calls at 150pm like I’m in front of your house so I was like I’m not there but I can be there in 10 min he never responded so when I got home I called and said are you coming he gets up set cause I wasn’t home but he didn’t get upset about not being at my house at 10 am. One thing I learned is if I’m going to buy a used car i thank Claud for helping me Realize tamaroff Honda is not the place to go! In times like these and not to lose another sale teach your sales men how to handle situations when they are in the wrong!
