I would highly recommend this dealer. Im from out of state and was searching for a specific car online in other states and found this dealer with the car at the right price. They were extremely accommodating with sending pictures and answering all my questions patiently. Very nice to talk to. Easy people to deal with. Well let’s see, first it was a hardship to leave our truck on a Saturday (mind you our appointment was for 8:00 am on a Monday) we both work by 6/7 am, then didn’t put us in a truck rental so we lost money (we do work on the side), then took over two weeks for you to finish the truck, then were gonna charge us (I don’t think so) and some of the customer service sucked. If you want to keep your customers happy then start listening to them. I understand that you were probably short staffed, but so is everyone else. Don’t tell your customer when you think it will be done or say you will call but then don’t. Just poor service all around.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 and Dylan was who I worked with at the dealership. Our experience was less than ideal and I would expect more from a company we purchased a vehicle from.1. When trying to call and discuss maintenance, absolutely no one at any time of the day answers the phone.2. Since no one answers the phone, we tried communicating via email and no response with that either.3. There is a lack of a detailed explanation of your invoice when you pick up your vehicle.4. The battery died in our 2019 GMC truck, which we bought in April of 2020, and the only way to get it to our service appt. was to get a new battery or have it towed. We opted to replace the battery and when we discussed this issue with Key, they stated that since they had not replaced the battery, this would not be covered by warranty, so we had to absorb the $200 cost of replacing the battery in a truck we had for a little over a year. We tried to reached Key several times by phone and email before replacing the battery, but since we got no response replaced the battery.

We all know that when you bring a heavily used vehicle there are always some extra repairs that may occur. However, Key Chevrolet service agent Jerrit made it easy and was also willing to discount a number of extra items that were not expected. This type of high service and respect for the regular customer is why I return every time. I need my truck to work well and they have helped me to make this as painless as possible.

Key Motors has THE BEST people working there. They are great on the phone or in person. They are friendly, helpful, and want to please the customer. They have a nice waiting room with lots of chairs, TV and snacks. It was easy to make an appointment online and there were slots available that matched my needs. The wait time was appropriate for the service I had done. They took into account the pandemic, extended my coverage and because of it, my service was free. I have been going to this established for several years now and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience.

Good car leasing experience. Good communication and follow through. Negatives would be that compared to the other Vermont GMC/Chevy dealerships the gas tank was less than half a tank when I picked it up instead of full and instead of offering 100% of the oil changes and tire rotations throughout the term of the lease, this dealership offered 2.

Dennis my service advisor and the technician went above and beyond to take care of me and squeeze me in on a very challenging day for both myself and the service department despite computer and phone issues that day they were able to not only diagnose but repair my vehicle in under two hours and get me back on the road as a emergency responder both here and my employment in NH my vehicle is critical to what I do. I was very impressed with the quality of the staff I dealt with at leasing a Bolt. They included the key sales person and the delivery person. So impressed that I actually gave them a small gratitude tip of money which I dont recall ever doing before in my sixty plus years of buying cars.I was particularly pleased with how quickly they moved through all the paper work and then suddenly delivered the car and took away my old one.

I had to go through the sales department to try and get an appointment for service! And the sales department told me that they knew that the service department was doing a horrible job!! Jesse was great did a super job.but my husband had a issue with one of the finance person and I was watching him and he didnt want to fill out paperwork for our 2021 car. so we sat there way longer than we should have.I almost left !!!that would have meant to put my 2012 plates back on. as it was we didnt get out of there till 630 pm we showed up at 1 pm. thats way to long as far as Im concerned.Thank You,Jody

Service center is friendly, quick, reliable, and straightforward. We have no problem with the service center, but are wondering how Chevy is going to handle the battery recall for our 2017 Bolt. Service department was great with taking care of our recall and breaking system issues (under warranty). The sales department was friendly and pleasant when we bought our car, but our sales rep didn’t follow up on a minor chip on the car door handle touch-up paint. Left messages a few times but didn’t receive a return call. Finally talked to the service department when it came time for regular service and they were quick about helping us out. Overall happy and generally satisfied.

I worked with Scott mostly via text due to COVID restrictions and geographic hurdles. He listened to my needs, sold me what I needed at the price I wanted. He delivered my vehicle to my house where we quickly signed paperwork and went over all the functions of the new vehicle. This was my second purchase with Key (Shearer) and it wont be my last. We first spoke with Scott Edwards on the phone, inquiring about your hours on Saturday, as the website indicated you were closed. We thought it odd to be closed on Saturday, so we took a chance that was wrong. We met with Scott when we arrived and he organized the test drive, went through the features of the vehicle and then let us take it for a drive. Everyone was very friendly. There was no hard sell, just laying out the details of the sale, rebates, etc. We didnt feel pressured or pushed in any way. We were treated well and we appreciated the time Scott, Cory and Robert took with us. We have to wait to get our vehicle because it was being brought in from another location. That was disappointing, not being able to drive it home that day, but I will be able to pick it up on this Friday. Key will also swap out my winter tires for the summer tires before I return it to the Ford dealership. I appreciate that they were willing to do it instead having to make an appointment somewhere else to have it done before I pick up the new vehicle.Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

This place is awful!!! I bought a $55,000 lemon “2020 GMC Sierra” it has been there several times for multiple issues that are still not fixed. GM has offered no solution besides throwing parts at it hoping it would fix it. In the past month it has had a new transmission torque converter, valvebody the wheels balanced all for a transmission concern that they told me didn’t exist!? Now they are saying there is an issue with the engine it had been there for months I tried for a buy back and they declined after waiting for the latest repair hoping that would fix it which it DIDN’T. I will never but another GM product again!!!! I would beware of there products as I am not the only person having problems they only care about making money not giving the customers a good product they work hard to pay for!!!

Despite their promised “hassle free” buying experience, I felt it was anything but. Everything seemed like they did not value my time. They were not prepared, they kept “going to check something” or “let me ask my manager”. They also tried to sell me a vehicle that was $15k more than then one I asked about.Finally, we found a truck and worked out a deal. I made a deposit over the phone. After 24 hours of not hearing from anyone I called see what the next step was. The salesman told me the vehicle had sold two weeks ago but he didn’t know. Despite finding this out in hours ago he didn’t bother to call me.The prices were good, that’s about the only good thing I can say about the experience. I did not end up purchasing from them. The other GMC dealer I dealt with was far better.

My experience with this dealership started great with friendly interactions and support when purchasing my new vehicle. It came afterwards that I started experiencing lack of communication and failure to keep me updated when delivering my new purchased vehicle. Ive called the dealership a hand full of times leaving messages and still no response back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of reassurance that my vehicle would be delivered to me within the period of time they told me. I had a conversation with the lead financial employee named Robert, who told me I can not imagine this car not being delivered in the the next 24-48 hours. Now at the 48 hour point of when they told me I would receive my new car Ive realized I probably wont be getting my car today or hear from their staff. Unfortunately, I wont be coming back in later dates to purchase another car or recommend to anyone because I dont want them to have to deal with the unprofessional lack of communication.

What an outstanding dealership! We live 40 mins away and Jesse Desjardins (the salesman) drove the car to us so we could bring it to our mechanic for an inspection prior to buying the used 2014 Toyota Corolla. After getting an A from the mechanic we headed to the dealership to start the paperwork.
