My experience at Goss Jeep was wonderful and Amazing, my salesman Mathew Robinette knew exactly what I was looking for and he went the extra mile to make sure it was available when I got to the dealership. I was trading in a Chrysler 300s that had every option pretty much available and I wasn’t going to settle for less. He found me a Trail Hawk that had some options that my Chrysler did not have and I fell in love with my new Jeep.

I was totally blown away by how absolutely phenomenal every person at GOSS Jeep was to assist me with deciding which Jeep fits my taste best! McKinnan, my sales person was knowledgeable about all the Jeeps and their trim lines and a genuine car-guy. I went to Goss several times to drive different rigs (often without an appointment) and as busy as McKinnan was with other customers he accommodated me and took the time to thoroughly address my questions. I never felt any kind of pressure and he knew that I preferred a standard shift. Unfortunately all of the new Gladiators were automatic transmissions. However he set me up with a 2020 certified Gladiator Sport 6 speed manual, performance exhaust and intake with only 860 miles! I really appreciated McKinnan keeping my interest his primary concern over selling me a brand new Gladiator with an automatic transmission which I was pretty close to buying! I am so pleased with the certified Gladiator that the Goss team rushed through their 125 point inspection on a Saturday just so I could test drive it. That WAS the Jeep for me! I highly recommend Goss Dodge for their expertise in getting to know their customers and providing options to support the customer making the best choice for themselves. I was impressed by Kaz, the sales manager, coordinating the parts, service, and detailing departments to have an additional set of new wheels, TPMS, and rough terrain tires mounted and balanced and installed that I brought to Goss at 3 o’clock that afternoon! BTW I’m not a repeat customer, this is the first time I bought a vehicle there! Thanks you guys and thank you McKinnan for all the time and patience you gave.

Let me start first by saying Goss Dodge sales man Wayne is the best. He told me he’d have me in a car by the weekend and he really did. He went above and beyond and follows through when he says he’s going to do something he does it! His communication is really good too. He stayed in touch through the whole process. Kyle the finance guy was good too. Quick and simple in and out with the paperwork. And I have to say the service center at jeep is pretty awesome. They really listened to everything I said and throughly looked at my vehicle and gave me a very detailed invoice of what they did with my vehicle. So I will say this. I’m impressed with Jeeps service center. Not with dodge since I have had many dealings with the dodge side with my moms dart and have never received the service I did from Jeep. I’ll definitely be back to see my favorite sales guy when the time comes for a wrangler!

Specifically regarding the service department: poor customer service in person and on the phone. Regularly did not answer the phone and I had to leave many messages. Spent $150 on a diagnosis only for them to disregard the engine/dashboard light issue and claim I needed $9000 of work done for my car to work properly. About only $1000 of that was truly necessary and I am still left wondering about multiple dashboard lights. Also received the quote a whole day later than was promised, generally glad the diagnosis was done but prices and requests too high to follow through with getting work done there, bringing my car elsewhere.

Accolades to the service team! We had some mechanical work done on our Jeep recently that took a little while for the parts to come in; Covid delay. Durning that time somehow a dent developed in one of the door panels. This is where the service went to the next level. Not only was this unfortunate scenario handled professionally, but quickly. We had an appointment with the body shop the next business day, there was a rental waiting and the result was door panel good as new. We all know that things happen that are less than ideal but its how they are handled that make all the difference. Our scenario was handled exceptionally. I spent weeks and weeks of research, stress, one failed Carvana transaction, and tons of conflicting/mixed information from others with regards to my search for a new car. This was also my first time doing anything like this and buying a car on my own, although I felt slightly more prepared given all my research, visits to different dealerships, etc. I originally thought that I was in the market to buy a pre-owned vehicle, as was told to me by the first dealership I visited after giving them my budget. That’s what I had done all of my shopping around based on, until I spoke to Noel at Goss Dodge, who is an absolute gem. When I told him what I was looking for, my price range, and brought up the possibility of leasing a new car (which is what I REALLY wanted to do), he told me that it was probably doable for me even though he would lose the sale by telling me that (he was in the pre-owned sales department), but that he was there to help. I really valued this honesty and integrity. He then personally brought me over to Goss Jeep down the road because he knew I was interested in a Jeep. There I met with Jedman Snow, who was awesome. Not only did he make leasing a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux 4x4 (basically my dream car) doable/affordable for me, but he made the whole process seamless and easy, and was so patient and thorough with me and all my questions. He also made himself available after the purchase for me to contact him through text, email, phone call, and/or FaceTime if I had any further questions, which of course I did. We communicated through text and he answered all of my questions in a quick, efficient, kind, and again thorough manner (no matter how dumb some of my questions were🙃). He also helped me to set up auto insurance by referring me to a company that got me a low quote. I would 10/10 recommend Goss Jeep for all of your car-buying needs for their honesty, transparency, no-haggle process, exceptional customer service and efficiency :)

This was the first time that we have purchased a Jeep since Goss took over and the experience was great. We had called in the morning and told Scott Constantine our situation on our current lease and Scott had called us back with great news and Goss got us where we wanted to be and even got us 0 interest which we have never had before. When we got there the vehicle was all ready for us to try and paperwork was all set pending our test drive.
