It was Approved By Tim and we are really happy! My mother had bought the same make and model in the past and was extremely happy with her trade in value too! He listened to what I wanted and needed. let me test drive numerous cars before I finally made a decision. he was with me every step of the way supporting me whatever I decided never felt pressured into what I wanted to buy. Jake Hesford is a great salesmen. He helped me get the car I wanted after several months of runaround from other dealerships in the area. Then after a bad accident that wrecked my new car he helped me utilize my GAP insurance and warranty and was able to get me in a new replacement vehicle within the week. Tyler is wonderful! He took his time explaining everything to me and has already made a follow up call to see if I had any questions. He also offered time to go back over any feature questions I may have. The day I was there was very busy but there was always someone checking in to see if I needed anything, to offer a beverage and take time out of their busy day to chat with me if I had questions while Tyler was away working on my sale. Tyler welcomed us from the start with a phone call after submitting a lead on the website. He listened to our current situation and set us up with an appointment to come to the dealership. From there he went over with us where we were at with our current car and what we were looking for. When I tell you he listened to every single detail he pulled out a car that fit everything we wanted and more the first try. Then Tim worked some sort of wizard magic. We went in with the financial expectation of a pre-owned vehicle. Tim went to bat for us with the banks and got us into the 2021 car of our wildest dreams at a payment we could easily afford. We were treated like family by both Tim and Tyler with nothing but our best interest in mind the entire time. Then our helpful friend Tyler booked our first oil change made sure we knew how to use all the fancy features of our new car, and made sure we had all lines of communication available to reach out if we needed to. He brought us down to parts and service so we could meet the team who will take care of our new car for us. Not once was their any type of a salesman environment. When they say they are a Dealer for the people they really mean it. They put in a lot of work to get us what they felt we deserved and we are VERY thankful. This team has earned a spot on our holiday card list for sure. They are family now. Thanks for doing the seemingly impossible and giving us a place where we no longer have dealership anxiety. I bought two new Mitsubishi cars this past week. The first from St Johnsbury after my clunker broke down on the way to work and I needed a car ASAP. The second after my wife saw my new car and wanted a new one of her own. Our experience in Burlington was superior. Tyler is fantastic and Tim actually gave us more than we asked for with our trade and beat the interest rate I got in St Johnsbury two days prior by a considerable percentage. I called earlier in the year asking about a part for my car. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked David, the assistant parts department manager if I could order from Japan directly or anything (because I just want to fix my car, not buy a new one) and the guy, for no reason at all, lost his cool and became frustrated with me. I was very polite and yet he acted as if I was challenging him in some way. I told him I was only asking where to go to find the part due to it being discontinued.David was incredibly rude!Fast-forward to a few months later and David again answers. While I was asking him for a different part (other part I found at a junk yard a couple of hours way, thankfully) he stopped searching and suddenly says, “Oh, I remember you.”I told him uncomfortably, “okay…” and he claimed that I gave him a hard time and I told him I’m sorry, but I don’t remember that. He then suddenly said he’d call me back with a quote and I heard NOTHING. He practically just hung up and never called back or anything. (Well, another dealership made $200, so loss of business on their end).In all, for the past 3 years since owning a Mitsubishi, I have suffered the rudest attitudes with these parts people when all I am doing is looking for parts. I really don’t get it, and when I complain, no one cares because almost ALL Mitsubishi dealerships have acted like this.STAY AWAY FROM MITSUBISHI! They cancel their parts earlier than most other brands, meaning you won’t be able to fix your car and will need to buy another, and of course this is their profiting plan.Tragic to treat a (formally) loyal Mitsubishi customer this way…

They make the best of the small dealership they have. Between myself and my family weve bought at least four cars from here and every single one never needed more than regular wear items even past 140,000 miles with the CVT transmission no issues. If you want the best AWD with Japanese engineering and quality but dont want to be just another Subaru on the road, Mitsubishi is for you.

I have some of my most challenging credit possible, so much so that most of the bad credit dealers don’t want to deal with me without several thousand down. Jake and Tim worked their tails off where none of the other dealerships would and got me into a 2017 Mirage with very low miles. I went in not the least bit optimistic and walked out with a vehicle. ( I looked it up) I didnt know what I wanted at first but the second vehicle he brought out was the one for me! I was not pressured into buying anything. It is easy to book an appointment for service, they communicate well if there are any issues and are prompt in getting the car back to you. I am always met by the original sales consultant, Tyler, who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My experience was spectacular, right up until I signed the papers on a brand new 2017 Lancer. I scheduled an appointment a week after purchasing my new car after having issues starting it as well as shifting it into reverse. The day before bringing it back to the dealership to be looked at I found a large dent (that I hadnt seen before, because I didnt think I needed to inspect a brand new vehicle coming off the lot) that was covered in rust above the passenger side back window, on the roof. I had only driven the car for four days, and it sat for the other three while I was gone on vacation. After discovering the dent I emailed my salesman (Adam Crowley) and was told there was nothing they could do. When I brought my car down the following day I asked for management, was told he was not in, then after telling the salesman (Tyler Hornidge) to take a look at the dent, he turned around and said he would go get the manager. The manager (Tim Bedard) never even left his desk chair to come out of his office to talk to me directly, instead, sent the salesman (Tyler Hornidge) back out to be the messenger of bad news. The following day, I went back to pick up my car and spoke directly to the manager about my experiences with the dent, them providing me with a loaner vehicle, the lack of professional customer service, etc. He then proceeded to twist my words, tell me that I was not willing to provide my information to Majestic Rental in order to get a loaner vehicle, and treat me with disrespect. I was told that the rusted dent on the roof was from me, even though he hadnt taken three minutes of his time to personally go look at it. After actually looking at it, he realized that based off of the placement, size, and amount of rust on the dent that it was clearly from shipment of the vehicle. I will give the dealership the benefit of the doubt, after being given very little consideration, and asking why unlike other dealerships, they were not willing to keep their customers happy and wanting to come back in the future, they actually decided they would fix it out of THEIR pocket. After getting my car back dent free, I thought that would be the last of my worries. But then I received a letter in the mail from DMV saying that my registration was going to be put on delay until needed information was provided by the dealership. I was told by the dealership that it was taken care of. Then after speaking with a coworker who suggested I had my plates ran because he did not think it was legal for a dealership to directly provide brand new plates to a customer, I was told by a police officer that there was no record in the system of my plates. The police officer had to put in a claim on my plates just in case I was pulled over. I called the dealership after discovering this, explained why I went to the police station and had my plates ran, and was given a very sarcastic reply by the manager. Well first off, your friend doesnt know what he is talking about. It is not illegal to give you new plates. After telling him that the bottom line is I have been driving around with plates that are not even on record for over a month now, he proceeded to beat around the bush. I asked him to call DMV (because I am quite frankly sick of making phone calls trying to pick up the pieces of mistakes they have made), he did. So here I am a month later with plates that are not on record because they made a mistake with the information they provided to DMV. If I could rewind time, I would have kept driving by the dealership and never even gave it consideration. In a letter from the General Manager, the same man that I have been treated with an exceptional amount of disrespect, he wrote you deserve to be treated with respect and honesty when buying a car. My experience, in just a month, has concluded that they are doing the absolute opposite of their mission.

Can’t say enough of the professionalism of John when we test drove an Outlander with him. Very personable, didn’t feel like a sales pitch vs customer routine. Knowledgeable about the vehicle we were talking about and gave great advice. Even though we ended up not purchasing at Mitsubishi it was nothing to do with the dealership or sales team. Very positive experience, highly recommend stopping by and asking for John if in the market.

This place is amazing my salesman was Jacob Hesford and he is awesome. They really do work for you and take you into and your input into consideration. I went there and the same day i had a vehicle and there was no stress and no feeling of being pushed into anything. I went to Della Kia first and after 3 long days of giving them the same information over and over i did not get a car all i got was a migraine. I learned more from Jake in 10 minutes than i did at Della in 3 days. My husband and I met with the salesman, Adam and were very pleased with the friendliness and the helpfulness that was provided. All the salesmen were energetic, friendly and seemed to be willing to do that extra mile. Fantastic experience here at Burlington Mitsubishi. John is not only very personable but very knowledgeable about the product he is pushing as a salesman. Not just your typical “oh this car is a great car”. Was able to give me exact specs and details about the vehicle we were interested in on the spot. Shows that he really puts effort into his job. Both Tim and John were as personable as they could possibly be. Worked a ton of magic for us with our trade and really made it happen for us. Most of time I find that if finances or trades aren’t just right you have to settle for something less than what you initially wanted. Not these guys. We set a goal and they worked tirelessly for 3 days to get it done. Highly recommend!

My experience with this dealer continues to be very positive. The salesman and the manager that I experienced were authentic, honest and upfront. Good hardworking Vermont people! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them: one new and one used. Months after the sale, they regularly call me to check to make sure I am happy with the car. Ask for Adam or Tim. This is not a friendly car dealership, and they only care about your dollar. We test drove 2 vehicles and on the second car found one that we liked. We decided that we wanted some time to think it over, maybe check out what other dealerships had, and not rush into buying a new car. After explaining this to the salesman, he went to his manager to and dropped the price on the car. We still were not comfortable purchasing on the spot without thinking, so we once again stated we wanted to think it over. He then went to his manager again and then pulled another car around front and came back in stating he had one more car for us to test drive. At this point we told him that we dont want to test drive another car, we wanted to think things over. We ended up leaving very unhappy. We will NEVER shop with this dealership in the future. High pressure sales destroy the customer relationship. I suggest that if your looking for a new car that you shop elsewhere, do that waste your time here.

The service center is fantastic. I have found them to be honest with repairs needed and timely with getting them taken care of. The low rating is due to my experience purchasing the car. I traded in an old Mitsubishi car to purchase my new one. Between the price of the car and the negative value of the trade in the price came to $23000. After putting my down payment of $3000 I was expecting the loan to come out to $20000, instead they used the down payment to supplement what they took for a trade in value to cut some of their lost and it didn’t get applied to my loan amount.

I was recently out of a car, so Id been looking at different dealerships in the area. I was looking at cars when a salesperson approached me about a Honda Civic they had on the lot. After giving it a test drive, I went inside and made it clear that I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle that day, and that I only wanted a quote.After waiting for half an hour, the owner of the dealership came out of his office and told me about how glad we were able to make a deal today. Confused, I asked him what he was talking about. I thought this was a done deal? he asked. I told him that I made it very clear that I was only interested in quotes today, that I would be looking at other cars in the area, and that I was not making a decision on anything over the next day or two. He then proceeded to act annoyed with me, saying he had called in a couple of favors to get me a special deal on the interest rate.After leaving the dealership, I was bombarded by calls to my cell phone that day, and every day for the next week. They eventually called my place of work to ask if I was still interested in the car, at which point I told them I had already purchased one, just to get them off my back. Poor customer service overall, combined with a lot of high-pressure sales tactics, mean I will not be returning.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! My wife & I salesperson, Nicholas Brice, was pleasant, very knowledgeable, fulfilled every promise he made to us, and literally ran hard back and forth to get us not just a car we would love but a perfect financing deal! My. Previous new car buying experience (15 years ago) left me not only swearing Id never get a brand new car again but also left me never purchasing that make of car again (Ford)! I only gave this a shot for my wife whom had never had a new car and am so glad I did! We do not have perfect credit but we left with the exact brand new car we wanted!! (2016 Lancer). Nick introduced us to his award winning service team (with over 25 years of Mitsubishi specialty experience). We felt like we where being welcomed into a new family! To anyone looking for a new or slightly used vehicle my wife & I would highly recommend giving Burlington Mitsubishi a chance. These guys are great, especially John in Service. My family has bought multiple cars here. Weve been having trouble with one of the cars, but these guys always do what they can to fix it and make recommendations as to what to do and explaining the process they have to follow. I dont know that Id recommend Mitsubishis in general, but if you are gonna buy one, buy it here with these guys.
