Bad experience, its as if there are two sides at the service counter.. one was very helpful and couldnt do enough.. however the grumpy older soured man made not effort to service my vehicle so wasted my day dropping truck off for nothing. No apology from him..really should retire think he enjoyed it, sad.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation around 10:30 am. This is something that, in my opinion, shouldn’t take longer than two hours max. This is also considering they are very busy. This particular day they did not appear busy at all and I did not get my SUV back until after 3 pm. I called three times to check on the status and was given the run around on the phone. Each time, I was told that I would get a call back from my service advisor with a status update, but that never happened. I ended up just going back at 3 pm and they were just then starting work on my SUV. The service advisors should make an effort to keep customers informed. There was no issue with the completed work.

This is my 3rd car I have bought here and it just gets better. Shelsea was amazing. Between getting the truck and everything together she even told me to go do the paperwork while she watched and played with my 2 and 4 year old. That alone was a huge help in the car buying process. And then even Big Tom the manager stepped in to watch and play with the kids while I was transferring insurance and going over rates. The truck wasnt prepped yet since it just was delivered and they handled that quick and painlessly. Inventory is maybe the only reason I would look at a car somewhere else.Please if you decide to go to Fullerton ask for Shelsea. She was top notch and most of all not pushy what so ever.Thank you Shelsea and for all the help today.

Rob Long is the best salesman out there. Not only did he take the time to understand my wants and needs, but he also worked with Scott and the rest of the team to really give me a great deal that was exactly what I was looking for. Rob is knowledgeable about the product and explained everything in great detail so that I could feel comfortable with my new car as soon as I took it off the lot. All of my paperwork was ready to go when I got to the dealership, just had to sign. The whole process (between looking for the right car and signing the papers) took less than an hour. Received a decent deal on a used truck that I drove cross country, and the truck was flawless. The truck wasnt the issue.They first input my address incorrectly, so ALL of my paperwork went to the wrong address... ALL OF IT. The manager of sales told me and I quote Is one incorrect number on your address really a big deal?... He wasnt joking. They were very reluctant to make the changes and re-do my paperwork because of their own mistakes. It took about 4 months to get the entire thing resolved. 3 stars for the awesome truck. Loss of 2 stars because theyre not trying to help us, they just want their cut.

I just recently leased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Fullerton and it was the best buying experience I had. I wasn’t pressure by Edward the salesperson or Thomas the manager. I told them the price I wanted to pay and they were able to put a deal together without the thumb screws. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t want which was a first for me. I bought a Chrysler 300 at Fullerton 8 years ago and have taken it their for service ever since, with some noticeable gaps. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is awful.For my last service, I went online to schedule. The website didnt work - it kept asking me to register, and when I did, it said I was already registered. Infuriating. Having no choice, I called the service department. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back. Same thing. I tried another day, this time asking to speak to the service department manager. Same thing, three times - hold, then hangup. I left a voicemail asking for a call. No response. I then went online and tried the instant chat. After assuring me that the person I was chatting with was a human, I asked to be called by the service manager, leaving my phone number for the third time. Never got a call.Returning to Fullertons website, I looked in vain for a phone number or person I could call or email to find out why I was being treated so badly. There is none. It seems that the only way I can ever get a manager to speak to me is to go into the showroom directly.Now I am on the verge of buying a new car. Fullerton is convenient for me but I am finding it difficult to do business with an organization that does not service its customers nor return phone calls or messages.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The dealership has a very pleasant and boutique-like atmosphere with an exemplary staff across the board. Rob Long (sales), Scott (manager) and Patti (internet sales) raised the bar in making this the best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I was met right away with politeness, and courtesy. My car was taken care of in a timely manner, and when everything was completed, Mary explained everything to me so that I had complete understanding before my car was back in my possession. I sent four emails inquiring about the status or an update on my order with no response. The part was a fair price but the customer service is absolutely terrible! Went in on Thursday with a friend to trade in her car and purchase an Explorer. From the beginning, we didnt feel the salesman wanted to put the work in to sell the vehicle. We had been looking for a specific vehicle with specific features and found one at this dealership at a great price. It is a 12 hr drive from where we are located, so we had a lot of questions before going to check it out. Communication and response time was a huge hangup for them. The internet contact would sometimes respond to a question by the end of the following day, if at all. The sales manager would not respond directly, but rather route any information through a salesman. However, when we did test drive the vehicle, they did allow us to take it down the road to another dealership to have it checked over. One wheel bearing was found to be going bad and the estimate we received from the other dealership to fix it was around $800. When we went back and asked if Fullerton could split the cost of the repair with us and credit us $400 towards our purchase, they gave us a hard time and accused the other dealer of just trying find something wrong to get more business. After they verified that the bearing was going bad, they agreed to give us a $300 credit. All in all, we left with what we felt was a fair deal, but the staff could definitely use some improvement in the customer service area.Update: The service manager reached out to me. I had a good dialog with him and cleared some things up. Though our experience left a little to be desired, I would recommend Fullerton Auto Group to others. We did get a good deal on a good car.

Definitely a great experience. Not only at the service center but all around. Service center was honest about how many cars were in front of me and when I told them I was going to wait, they were right on point with how long the wait time would me. The new set up inside the service area is very nice, clean and welcoming. I worked with a few sales associates, but all were very helpful and welcoming. This is my 3rd or 4th service and all the same feedback each time. Also, the man who sold me my car and had a great experience with, Lou Rimblas, made a point to come see me in the service center waiting area. Lou Rimblas helped me through the whole process. He is a very good salesman. I have brought my car here multiple times to fix a front-end problem. The first three times they couldnt find it until it was so bad I couldnt drive it. So unless its really bad evidently they cant find the problem . Got it back and the one problem is fixed but it still is making a sound in the front. Also have had oil dripping from it and they say its fine. It had gone in more than three times for that problem until it was so bad they had to replace the oil pan. So everything seems to take more than three visits. Now theyre telling me I need brakes when I just had them replace the brakes 9 months ago. Not even 10,000 miles. definitely need to find another dealership to deal with the warranty work.
