HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! ZERO STARS!!!I had the same issue other reviewers had. I placed an order and days later they sent an email asking for the VIN number. The email was lost in my spam so I waited weeks before realizing it. ASKING FOR THE VIN SHOULD BE PART OF THE ORDER PROCESS **NOT** DAYS LATER!!!!! Its common sense. When they finally got back to me, they wanted to charge almost $300 for the parts when my order was originally $100. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.******ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE******

TERRIBLE customer service! Terrible attitudes! I typically have GREAT experiences with orders online but this one has been absolutely TERRIBLE! First of all PartsMaven sent me an email to confirm the order with my vehicles VIN number 5 days after I placed the order. After I confirm the email then its supposed to take 6 days for the order to ship. Granted Parts Maven are only the middle man because they have to order from Ford/manufacturer which adds days to delivery time. Finally my order arrives after a week of waiting. Then guess what WRONG PART arrives!! I call them immediately and of course a man with TERRIBLE customer service skills answers and continues to tell me that I am wrong and that I have the exact order I requested. Doesnt let me explain, or talk he just assumes. After I literally have to let him talk and start shouting then he listens, puts me on live hold meaning he just set the phone down and I could listen to the banter happening in the background tells me Ohhhh I see what happened, the part you requested and the part you received have almost the exact number on file. There was NO apology or any redemption lingo. Then he says he will overnight the part to me. Ofcourse LIED about overnighting the part and its been a week and I still have yet to receive the part ordered. If you ask me PartsMaven is s circus show. I hope I get the part and I hope it works or else they will be getting a CALL again!

These people have the worst customer service, and they are not a parts warehouse, they are just a computer in someones office that orders parts from someone elses warehouse. You never know if anything on their website is actually in stock, and you wont find out until a few days after you order when they notify you that they cant get the part.Save the time and frustration and order from a more reputable website.
