I have been going here for a couple years. Always great service. I had been recommended here by another STS/suburban tire. They always have a great price and are all so friendly. Located close to home. And they always work late on Thursdays which is a plus. I will continue to come back anytime I need car help.

Joe the manager took care of me right away! Needed two rear tires changed as soon as possible since I had a donut on and they were able to do it same day and had the right tires in stock. Highly recommended for someone on the go who needs quality and rapid service.

The staff here was prompt and courteous. Front desk guys provided me a full detail of the services. My appointment was 10am but it was my fault I was late because I went to the wrong location. They still were able to complete my brake fluid flush. The mechanics did a great job because you can visually see what they are doing with your car. Will come back again. Healthcare Friendly! Very close to my home and convenient. It is one of very few available auto shops equipped to do alignment for full size auto truck. Nissan Titan XD could not fit some other shops for alignment. Great staff and service.

My car broke down right next to this location. They were extremely pleasant to deal with in a stressful situation, helped me push my car into their lot and then had everything turned around in a few hours. They ended up only charging for labor and were very transparent about all pricing and work done. I found them by chance, but Ill definitely be back!

Great Job Overall. I completely destroyed a run-flat tire on my car. I called ahead to inform them of my eta and my car issue. Dan was honest about the wait time and he was spot on. The technician, whose name I did not get, was able to evaluate the issue efficiently and provide me with a very reasonable quote for the work that was needed. They were upfront with explaining to me that they did not have the tires in the shop, but could get them in the morning and have them ready for noon the following day. They were prompt with completion of the services and when I informed Dan that I would not be able to pick the car up until the following day, he had no issues or concerns with me leaving the car for a second night at the shop so that I could fit the pick-up into my schedule. Thanks!

Long time satisfied customer.Was there today because my low tire pressure light was on.They thoroughly checked all the tires added air,removed a small nail for no charge.They said no charge because they really did not do anything.Of course I will continue to use STS.

Excellent service both mechanically and is the office. They take time and show u proof and explain what really needs to be done. They do what they can to minimize costs. I have been taken advantage of before at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change and they would always find something else to charge me for that they said need to be replaced. I found out after the fact my car did not need what they said. At this STS store from management to mechanics I find them very honest and helpful every time. I have a 2003 Honda CRV and they make me feel very comfortable knowing they have been taken care of my car without charging me for repairs I don’t need. Thank u STS and ur team in Bridgewater, NJ!!!

Great service in and out in less than half an hour

I had a tire tha had a nail in the side wall. Amanda the front service person made sure that I could get home and ordered the tires for my vehicle and got me in quickly the next morning. I couldnt have had any better service.

Great and quick work...

They were able to squeeze me in to change both headlight bulbs last minute, since both lights were out. No long wait at around 415pm and they close at 6pm.

Nice service rep, but mechanic reinstalled spare tire upside down under car after we requested to have it left in the cargo area of the vehicle. I am guessing this was done because there was a dime-sized piece of material scraped off of the face of the wheel and they didnt want us to see. Careless.

Beware of additional services you may not need immediately. The staff is good and do a good job but it always seems that I end up with many more issues needing fixing after I bring in m car. Also, I made the reservation for service with Mavis yet the GPS brought me to STS!

STS is the most unprofessional from start to finish.Called for pricing/availability over the phone, gave the make and model number of the tire, they had the tire we wanted & it was priced well so we said we would be there in 5 minutes.When we got there, they took my car up on the lift and removed my tire with a slow leak. They said they would call shortly. We left, called them twice after to follow up. They explained they did not have the tire but could get it in the next morning. (Not at the same price we were first quoted but we still agreed after hesitation. My instinct was to pick up my car at that point for inconsistency & I could already tell the business was ran poorly.)The next day, (my car was supposed to be ready today) we did not hear from them all day. We called, they had already closed.The following morning I called again soon as they opened to come pick up my car. They did not have the tire in yet! I told them it’s crucial I have my car for work that morning. I did not make plans to be without a car a third day. I told them I just needed it for a few hours and I would bring it back when the tire came in. We even gave them our credit card info to charge ahead of time. They said that’s not possible because they threw my tire out. I asked about throwing a donut or a used tire they sell on, she said no.The girl that answers the phone is not trained in phone skills and customer service. She was awful! Any good business would update you if they experienced delays on their end, possibly even apologize for the inconvenience they caused and sure as hell not give attitude when the customer is upset.We followed up at 4:00 that day because we once again did not hear from them. (Wasn’t surprised) They said it’s still not ready and to wait for their call.They called at 5:00 to say it was ready, we said we would be there in 5 minutes. I get there my car is still on the lift with no tire on exactly where it had been when I first dropped it off.At this point I literally thought I was being pranked. Never ever have I had such rude, slow and terrible service. There are two other tire places around the corner. Don’t use this place if you want your car back in a timely fashion. It’s ran by kids that don’t care about their job or their customers.

Got both my brakes and tires replaced here. Quick and painless. Would definitely go back.

Called the 23rd and made appointment. Showed up on time they didnt have me in the system, changed the price because they didnt have the tires I decided to order while making the appointment. They told me my price, then asked if I wanted an alignment, which I said yes, red flag number two, I left and received a call back an hour later saying that the alignment was needed which was red flag number two. They then added an additional cost of $79 which was not mentioned when I had explicitly said I wanted mounting, tires, alignment, and balancing. All and all I feel as if they got me with a bait and switch. Will never return.sad thing is I was planning on getting a second set of spring and summer tires in two months but Will not be returning to this place..

Did great work in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. They were able to diagnose and service my vehicle on the spot, no wait, no hassle, same day appointment. Went the extra mile to help me solve a warranty issue I was having with Ford. Highly recommend Stevie and Jake.

Finally a place to depend on. I go to Green Brook, they didnt even enter a ticket for my car, AND I made an appointment. I went to my local in Jersey City, they completely missed the nail in my tire. Its just the weatherYou know who found the nail? These guys. Jake even comped the job, due to past transgressions of other locations.I pick up my car, and head straight into todays traffic apocalypse (Nov 15 snowstorm). I just had my tire plugged and now Im dealing with the worst conditions possible. I made it home safe because they did the job right. Thanks so much guys.

The one manager, Gabriel S. gave us an honest assessment and recommendation about my tires. Very trustworthy/knowledgable- especially if you are on the fence whether your tires need replacing or not! I would definitely go back here again.

Was in a bit of a predicament here and as a broke college student car problems are always a nightmare. But this place actually has both affordable prices and good honest staff. ( at least the ones who I dealed with were) Jamal and the regional manager are both great from this place. Helped out a lot!

Went in for a rotation and a balance on a Thursday afternoon. Was told would be done in an hour. Took over two hours!

My wife had a flat in Bridgewater where she works, so I came and put some Fix-a-Flat in it and pumped it up with a bicycle pump. I called STS and told the agent what happened and I asked if they could repair it. He said yes. So I came right in and told the agent Im the guy who just called. The first thing he said is are you prepared to buy a new tire? I said, well not if I dont need to. I once again told him it just had a leak, and I put fix-a-flat in it and pumped it up. He said, Oh Fix-a-Flat! That stuff destroys tires! You only use that in emergencies! We cant repair it once youve used that! I said, really?! OK, thanks anyway. I then took the car back to my regular mechanic (Dons auto repair in Annandale) and told him what happened. He laughed when I told him they said that Fix-a-Flat destroys tires. He said its just a little messy to work with. He fixed the tired and charged me $28.Its obvious that STS just wanted to sell me a new tire without even looking at the old tire. Ill never go back there.
