These guys are awesome very trusted, if you need a part they’ll fix it if you don’t need a part they’ll still fix it lol. I told them I thought my cell phone needed a new charging port but it really didn’t they cleaned it out and got me charging in no time. If you need something repaired these guys are who you want to go to.

Where do I start.....As a Customer Service Manager for the past 6 years I am very excited, relieved and happy to know there is still such an amazing place with outstanding customer service. Everywhere you go these days you typically get awful service but certainly not here!!! The gentlemen in this shop took over 2 hours to help me with my Iphone after it had been severely damaged and bent. They took the time to replace the screen and try to bend the phone JUST so i could try to access my phone long enough to get into my icloud and save the pictures of 1 year old son. There are no words or amount of money that can express how extremely grateful I am for what they did!!! They stopped their day, went out of their way, helped me in every single way they could and still did not charge me and arm and a leg! This is truly a genuine business with honest people running it who really know alot about what they are doing! I dont feel there is anywhere else that would have helped me without giving attitude and becoming frustrated with the customer. I will always take my cell phone or laptop needs to them and will recommend them highly! Thank you so much for helping me!!!

They replaced my phone screen, then the new screen had issues. I took it back to them a week later. Dunno what they had to do to fix it but they did — no hassles, no charge. Highly recommend. Thanks!!

I went there it’s fabulous they have amazing customer service and they had my phone done in like not even an hour live this place going back soon to get my tablet fixed and there was this amazing employee that I would make manger if I was the boss he gave me a free Case for my iPhone 6 s and I love it thanks I wouldn’t go any where else in somerset

Dropped off my phone to have glass replaced and they damaged the motherboard in the process.They refunded my money plus some and I cant say nothing but good about how I was took care of.Never tried to act like it had damage already and I appreciate that more then I can say.Definitely will go back if I ever have phone troubles and definitely know their honest and straight up and you cant ask for anything more.I appreciate your honesty and hope the best for you all. Worst place to ever go and get your phone fixed. I went there 2 times for them to fix my screen and it still kept popping out. They don’t even deserve a star.

Great experience with this business! They did an update to my Laptop and is running really smooth. They are quick and professional.

Very pleased with how friendly the staff was and how fast the service was! They replaced my screen and home button along with a new battery. Phone works like brand new! I felt like the price was reasonable as well :)

Personally ive went there twice to get my phone fixed from a cracked screen and both times they didnt do a good job :(

I thought that my iPhone battery was weak, took it to iFix, they told me it was not 100%, but still good.They could have easily told me it needed replaced and made a sale, but they were honest about it.On another occasion, I took my phone to one of their competitors because I thought my phone would not charge at all. They replaced the battery, but when I returned home I found the problem to be the electrical outlet the charger was plugged into had a blown gfi circuit and probably nothing was wrong with the original battery at all.I trust iFix.

IFix Gadgets is the best cellphone/computer place in town. The employees are always great and very helpful. Their prices are the best in town. I get all my electronics fixed there and have also bought phones from them.

Dropped in thought my phone was a goner but they where able to get it up and running in no time. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. My life was in that thing. Thanks guys
