Fair prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff but the selling point for my husband and I was that throughout the entire experience from when we entered the building down to walking out with purchase paperwork in hand, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Karmel answered all our questions, helped to compare pros and cons of different mattress brands and found the best fit for us based on our needs. We didnt feel pressured to make a decision from start to finish and that was the biggest determining factor in choosing to do business with them! Would highly recommend!

Purchasing a mattress is something you probably only do a few times and there are so many options, pricing structures, etc. that it can seem overwhelming. I visited three stores and there was a noticeable difference in my experience at Sleep Outfitters when compared to the other two stores. Karmel was knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the experience seem easy and even enjoyable. I especially liked that she really listened to what was important to me and helped me find something that fit my needs. She also went what Id consider the extra mile in helping me with my delivery/haul away arrangements. In total, I visited her store three times before finalizing the sale and I liked that she was there each time and I didnt have to start fresh with someone new. I am extremely pleased with my experience in her store. Edited to add: The delivery guys, James & Alonzo were great as well!

I purchased a queen mattress with adjustable base, and two twin mattress. The prices were reasonable. At first I was hesitant because of a bad experience a few years ago with Jay (very rude, nasty) but Im glad I gave it another chance. I couldnt have asked for a nicer, patient, and professional salesperson, Karmel is awesome!The delivery took place today, the delivery guys were good, sufficient, professional and even moved a bed from one room to another. Im excited to go to bed tonight, my day is too busy otherwise I would take a nap. lol

Impressed from start to finish...and then some. I was in the market for a new mattress due to neck and back pain. I intended to visit Mattress Firm but accidentally drove here. Im so very glad I did. I was impressed at the look of the store from the parking lot...very clean! Covid precautions were posted on the door as well and masks were available (sanitizer too!) in the foyer for guests that didnt have their own. Nice! I was greeted promptly by Karmel. She asked a few questions and in less than a minute introduced me into my dream mattress!! I really appreciated Karmel being so knowledgeable and down to earth. Shes a pro really. She didnt try to undersale or oversell me. She was honest and straight forward and never tried to persuade me in any direction, but genuinely seemed interested in me finding my right fit. Karmel was super friendly and the experience was a true pleasure on top of getting an excellent mattress SUPER QUICK (purchased Sunday evening, delivery was Tuesday a.m.)!!!! Instead of completing my purchase online, I decided to actually go into the store. Boy am i glad I did! Chris helped me find a way better bed than what I would of purchased online!! I felt safe shopping in the store because they keep everything very clean. There was even an incident where three people came in together and didnt bother reading any of the signs about wearing a face mask. Even though there was a table inbetween the doors coming in with sanitizer and face masks available. Nope, these people apparently feel theres no pandemic. So, Chris right away asks them nicely to please put on a mask. Do they? Nope. Chris politely repeats they need a mask or he cannot help them and theyll have to leave. Chris handled everything very professionally and I really appreciated him looking out for the wellbeing of others including myself. This store has great customer service and Im extremely happy with my purchase! They even have a layaway plan. Cant wait for my bed to be delivered so i can get an even better night sleep! 😴

My wife and I needed to invest in a new mattress. We intended to price shop at 2-3 mattress stores in Smyrna. Sleep Outfitters was our first stop. We had the pleasure of working with Kevin for the afternoon. He never rushed us, or made us feel we were wasting his time. I really wasn’t planning on spending a lot of money on an upper end product. We had a great experience at Sleep Outfitters in Smyrna. My mom and I went in to buy a new mattress. Kevin greeted us right off the bat complementing us telling us he recognized intelligent, strong minded women when he saw them. Typical salesman stuff of course. He asked me my budget and some questions about how I sleep. He started by showing me a mattress below my budget first, then one exactly my budget, and lastly one a little more than I wanted to spend. I ended up going with the more expensive mattress. When it arrived there were a few issues with the mattress. Kevin bent over backwards to make it right. This is a great place to go buy a new mattress and Kevin really is a great guy to purchase one from, and Jay is great too!

I had been to several stores looking for a mattress that could fit my needs. I walked into Sleep Outfitters which was my last stop because I had gotten frustrated and was really frustrated. Walked in not only to find what I was looking for but the manager (I think her name is Kesha) was so patient and informative. I have issues with my back and being able to sleep throughout the night without adding extra pillows. I felt like she listened and was patient. Even with me being short answered and not trying to be sold I left being excited about my purchase and felt like I got a good deal..

Smyrna Tn. Good advise. Buy directly from the mattress source, not a showroom. They were cool in the outlet, but, cut out the middle man at Smyrna Sleep Outfitter store. No stock there. Contracted Delivery method, very late. Still not delivered from Alabama.. Cut out the middle man. -My Only day off,. waited 1/2 a day on a mattress I bought 3 miles away. 4 hours late and counting.Purchased 3 miles away. Would like to hear feedback.

Went into this store because of the good reviews, but the store does not deliver on their promises. Salesman put my address in incorrectly for delivery, which threw my entire delivery day off by two days. I moved my schedule around to compensate for the delivery. Any company that puts the customer out because of their mistake is no company to shop at.

Matthew was incredibly relatable.  We walked into the store on Friday night with 45 minutes until closing.  After he showed us around and gave us so much great information about the beds, it was time to close up.  I asked if we needed to come back the next day to do the paperwork, but he was stayed an extra 30 minutes to complete the sale.  The whole time we were there, our girls were running around checking out all the beds and he was very nice to them and never once got irritated with them.  I definitely would visit the Smyrna Sleep Outfitters again.
